I love living here at Aspen Ridge. I’ve been here two years now and have never been disappointed in anything or anyone.
Everyone has been extremely welcoming thus far as well as helpful with any needs or concerns we have had. Maintenance has been on it with tackling work requests and we have no complaints at all with how this property is managed. Diana is very sweet and informative
The property is beautiful and you can tell it is well maintained. The amenities are also wonderful and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome. Great community to live in and great location.

Aspen ridge is a beautiful community with an amazing location right off lake ridge golf course and close to shopping and dining. The pools are very nice and the apartment is cozy and comfortable. The leasing staff (CJ) was amazing and made the move in process super easy for us. We appreciate her and love our new home!
I would have given them five stars based on living here. However I have to give a poor review because of moving out. I took very good care of the apartment. Particularly the floors. I never even wear shoes in the house and vacuumed at least every other day. So my carpets were in great condition. I lived there three years and had to move because of circumstance. I moved everything out and cleaned everything. I even had a pre-inspection prior to move out. They said everything was great. The following week I get my move out statement. They're trying to charge me $600 for my portion of the carpet. Instead of cleaning the carpets they decided to completely replace them. When asked why they chose this. They said the vendor they use said the carpets were not saveable and they rely on their expertise. There was not one stain, tear or hole in the carpet. There was no reason that they needed to replace them. All they needed to do was clean them which I would have gladly paid for. The company is clearly out for the money and they don't care.
This is the best apartment community that I’ve ever lived in. It’s in a great area of town right at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It has well maintained outdoor and indoor swimming pools. It’s situated on a golf course and it’s a well maintained apartment community. It’s really tough to beat!
I enjoy living here at Aspen Ridge. The grounds are kept looking great and I feel safe living here. I would and have recommended Aspen Ridge to some of my coworkers and friends.
This is a clean and well-maintained community with easy and quick access to grocery stores, doctors, etc.
Anytime I have an issue, they whole team from office management to maintenance is very helpful and resolve the issue right away.
I’ve only been at aspen ridge for one week but it feels like home already. It’s spread out over many acres of well maintained landscape, love the dog park, people in general are friendly and it’s quiet and unassuming. So far so good.

I really enjoy living here. I feel safe and it’s clean
My 10 year old and I really love living here. Although there are lots of kids and still a very quiet community amenities like an indoor pool, tennis courts and basketball courts keep them busy. Plus plenty of places for them to ride their bikes. One of my favorite things is how courteous and prompt maintenance is. Any little thing and they’re willing to help. They usually get the job done right the first time too! Management has been very patient and helpful when dealing with any issues that have come up as well. Although I’d love to live in a house again someday, I really love living here. As a single mom, I feel really safe and secure.
Staff is wonderful, responsive and they actually care about our experience of living happy & peacefully here.

I love it here! The grounds are clean and so pretty with the rolling green grass. I have an excellent view of downtown Reno. It's cozy and tucked away, and I feel safe here. The staff is amazing. They are all so kind. This is definitely my favorite place to live and I will be here a long time.

I love living at Aspen Ridge Apartments. The landscaping is always manicured and kept up. If there is something that needs fixing they are prompt to respond and get it fixed. It's also nice to have the valet service for garbage because I physically can't take it out. I also like how safe I feel here, you can't put a price on that.
The assistant manager CJ made the application process very easy; she is so friendly and kind. The grounds are beautiful. She responds right away. I love this apartment; I just wish it was clean and maintained updated for the cost.
Management and maintenance are very efficient and friendly. Grounds are very nice. Although pruning/triming and clean up people could be more thorough.

We are so lucky to live right on the Lakeridge Golf Course! Aspen Ridge has beautiful landscaping and maintain their homes well.
Any time I’ve had a request it has been handled quickly and efficiently. From the girls in the office to the maintenance crew, everyone is so kind and attentive. I feel so safe living here with my son as a single mom. In fact, I’ve been trying to get several friends to move here too. LoL :-)

Aspen Ridge is a great place to live. Management is professional and responsive to the needs of the residents. They are positive, accommodating, and extremely professional.
Any time I have had an issue they have been prompt, courteous, and respectful. I’m a single mom and have always felt the safest living here. There is lots of space for my son and his friends to play too.

Anxious attachment style when moving? The leasing managers at Aspen Ridge accommodated me without knowing they even were. The whole process was well-represented, cleanly executed, and you didn't have to guess where you were in the process or what came next. Having everything online was so much easier to navigate, and I didn't even have to worry about making myself a copy of the lease. I got a copy in my packet, along with everything I needed to know about Aspen Ridge. I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and efficiency of the leasing managers, and they went above and beyond by giving us a small 'welcome home' gift that made me cry after our last leasing experience. I am beyond thrilled with my experience so far!

Aspen ridge is a clean, quiet community. Great for pets & outdoor lovers alike. Not terribly priced or located. Very good start for a small family. Only thing you’ve gotta be mindful of is the occasional flying golf ball living right off the edge of the lakeside golf course.

Overall it is a great place. I like the location, the units floor plan is very good. The common areas are generally very clean and green. Management has always been very accessible when needed. I have not had any incidents since I moved. It is however becoming increasingly expensive.

The rent is much too high for older apts which require a maintenance request every couple of months..Much of the time the requests is for the same problem, just in a different room.
