Stretching north from Allentown along the Lehigh River to Spring Street, Whitehall is a family-friendly township with terrific shopping and a fascinating history. Along MacArthur Road, Whitehall’s “Golden Strip,” you’ll find the vast Lehigh Valley Mall, one of the region’s largest indoor malls, as well as Whitehall Mall and several strip plazas. This is also where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, from local favorites like Whitehall Diner to popular chains and mall staples.
Formed in 1752, Whitehall was supposedly named for a hunting lodge in the area. Lynford Lardner, the lodge’s owner, painted it with a whitewash and although the lodge was named “Grouse Hall,” everyone referred to it as the “white hall.” One of the historic landmarks in Whitehall, the Helfrich Springs Grist Mill, was built in 1807. Today, it is owned by the Whitehall Historical Society and is open to the public for special events, scheduled tours, and monthly meetings.

Property Ratings at Aspen
Dirty, Nasty, & Mice, Apartments on the inside are nice but overall filthy in hall ways and smells horrible. Alarms are constantly being pulled and going off randomly. Not a place to call home if you like quiet, cleanliness and a sense of feeling safe.
Dirty halls, stolen packages, building has a stench hard to explain but stinks very bad.
I didn't know re-screwing a loose screw on a cabinet door counted as renovation but hey in the bizarro building with the horrible management guess everything a lil bit whacky
You can have pets here. Get awoken by dogs barking every morning. Step in dog turds too. You will think people would clean up but nope
Management just let tenets do whatever they want. I hear the maintenance people take money from the bad tenets to let them continue to break rules. Filthy halls, broken doors, elevator works once in a blue moon, walking the halls is similar to attending a music concert all day all night seems no one has a job.
Countless dogs live in the building. Owners have no consideration letting the dogs poop on sidewalks and grass. Management should let the tenants know if you gonna break the no pet rule clean up after them I can imagine what their apartment look like.
Messy halls. Filthy dumpster (no one gets trash inside). Just bad has a new jack city feeling.
I wish I could give 0 stars. They will tell u what ever 2 move in just 2 get your money.
