Stretching from Interstate 5 to Highway 167 in the northwest portion of Kent, the Riverfront area places residents in a laid-back, yet engaging environment along the Green River. There’s a blend of retail space, modern apartment communities, and vibrant green spaces scattered around the area. The Green River Trail is one of the more popular attractions in Riverfront. Miles of walking and biking trails connect to Lake Fenwick Park and provide fantastic views. Riverfront Park features the Riverbend Golf Complex, while Hogan Park at Russell Road contains several ball fields, tennis courts, and a playground.
A few restaurants, shops, and coffee shops dot Meeker Street, and the highway makes accessing the establishments in Downtown Kent easy. Downtown Seattle and Bellevue are about 18 miles north.

Property Ratings at Aspens at Belvedere
After living here I see how I was fooled. They do not respond to repairs for days and days. They ignore calls and emails. They refuse to fix the rat infested garbage area. Stay away.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Please reach out to our offices at your earliest convenience with any outstanding concerns you may have. Thank you.
I have lived here for a year and they have never cleaned the hallway and the stairs. There are cobwebs and spiders all over the hallway and the lamps. Don't come to live here, maintenance rarely solves the problems. Very dim street lamps on main street, this causes crime such as stolen and vandalized cars. Don't even think about having visitors, there will never be a parking space for their cars. There are a couple of spaces for guests but they are always occupied by the same residents' cars. The office does not enforce the law to tow Illegal cars in guest spaces, I sincerely believe that for the price of rent here you can get something better elsewhere

I don’t know who they asked to write the nice reviews but don’t be fooled. This place does not care about residents at all. Your packages WILL be stolen and management will turn a blind eye. Parking is TERRIBLE there’s a family that lives in the building next to us that rotates their cars in the guest parking spots so they don’t have to pay for more permits. Maintenance problems? Leave it. They won’t reply to you for a week and then show up unannounced. Management always has an attitude and talks to you like you’re a toddler. Save your sanity and look somewhere else.

The property looks nice and the location is convenient, but there are some major issues living here. Parking is always an issue, management is very slow to respond to requests, and the noise levels got very frustrating after living here for a year. The management has definitely gone downhill and its not worth the money to stay here. Prices increased while the service and support plummeted. I decided to let my lease end and find somewhere else to go. If you do move here then PLEASE take detailed pictures when you move in and move out, and be present while they do they final walk through. They will absolutely try to screw you over and keep your entire security deposit no matter how spotless you leave the unit. Worst move out experience I have ever had with an apartment!

I have lived here for over 2 years and love it! The apartments and grounds are beautiful. Managment responds quickly to questions. There used to be a parking issue but that has been resolved! I love it here!

And we love having you as a valued member of our community! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful Aspens experience! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
We lived there for 2 yrs and really enjoyed our stay! Professional management team Great location and view Modern and cozy apartment Responsive maintenance team - no big issues though usually changing burnt out light bulbs or unclogging shower drain Safe neighborhood Access to Gym -during fall& winter 2017 access to gym was limited to working hours -not convenient for ppl working during day time but truth is we did not use it on regular basis :) Parking was the biggest issue we had encountered esp when we had guests coming over. Things to reconsider for the future: Swimming pool, more hours to access gym Overall it is appealing apartment in the area, deserves 4.5 !!!
This was actually my gf living here. she finally moved out last month. Major major problem with RATS all over the complex at night. running around, near trash dumps, jumping into peoples parked cars causing damage. The apts never seemed to do anything about the RAT problem. GF moved out at end of her lease. AVOID this nasty place.
I am happy to say that I have enjoyed myself at this apartment. The location has been perfect for my commute and is close enough for daily activities away from home. The staff has been great and we're always there when I needed them right from the moment we met. I have lived in many apartment complexes, this is one of my favorites in all categories. I hope this review gives you piece of mind and makes your decision easier. Good neighbors make all the difference, just like management that cares. This place personifies that. Thanks
We moved to The Aspens in July. The apartment was very clean. The leasing office was very professional and understanding of our needs. They went out of their way to accommodate our move in schedule. All maintenance requests have been handled the same day, and completed to our satisfaction. We love the quiet atmosphere. The neighbors seem quite respectful of nighttime and early morning quiet. We love living here, and hope to renew for a long time to come!
I think some of the other reviews "good" are being put up by the management!!

this place has gone down hill and is a place where CARS GET BROKEN INTO OFTEN!! our neighbors car 3 times my car 2 times and another neighbor Once that i know.

the management office run by PRIME RESIDENTIAL is nice when you meet them but as soon as your in contract, the fangs come out! they are really cheap and don't maintain the place very well. poor lighting, light bulbs arent changed... the ones they do change are dimmer and cheaper.. this place is not safe anymore and i have to watch my wife come and go..

recently they "cleaned" the breezeways.. they took a power washer and sprayed dirt from the ground all over our doors and the entry to my apartment inside my door there was a standing puddle of water when i came in... i fell on it and got bruised up..

the smell of weed wafts through the air and there is no parking.. so if you have friends that want to come over, forget it.. they will get a huge sticker on the window or get towed..

this place is pretty bad, after being here for 3 years we cant wait to leave!

management will call you a liar if you come to complain about something..

this might sound a little extreme but this place is turning into the hood fast
