Tommy in the front office made our move in and first few days fantastic! He rocks! So far so good at Aspire, we love this building and are so glad we came.

Living here has been nothing short of fabulous! Almost 2 years and it will always be a place we call home. The entire team here at Aspire has always been there for us. We have renewed our lease and will be doing it again when the time comes. The complex is always cleaned, things are always up to date. The office team has great social events that are community based with locals. Would give a 10 star but they won’t let us!

Location is incredible and walkable to almost everywhere. I have lived at Aspire over 3 years and absolutely love it.

This building is amazing. Coming from the East coast where I have experienced some interesting apartment experience, this building is a complete 180. The amenities are incomparable and the buildings management team treats you like your neighbor! From the leasing agents to the maintenance team they are all extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking into the Capitol Hill area of Denver. Tommy and Lizzette will help with finding you the best apartment.

I love the buildings amenities and how dog friendly they are. They also do fun things for the residents like having free breakfast, coffee, cooking courses and yoga from various companies around Denver, as well as things like cocktail hour for residents to socialize. Lastly, If you put in a request for maintenance it is often fixed on the same day.

We have been living at Aspire for about 6 months and it’s been a great experience! Maintenance requests are answered quickly and the amenities are great. My favorite part is the location. We love the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shops all well within walking distance!

I love living here! The building is relatively new and is quiet and clean. I also love the community. The staff do an amazing job creating events and are always so helpful, and maintenance issues get resolved quickly!

We've lived at Aspire for a the past 5 months and it has been a great experience so far. Everyone on staff is amazing- takes care of any of our needs and has super fun events for the residents. We love the location as well!

I've lived here for about 5 months now and everything has been great. The amenities rock, if I put in a service request, maintenance is here within the next day, maintenance is also super nice, and so is everyone in the front office. They also host a fair amount of events for residence!

I’ve lived here for over a year and I haven’t had any big issues. Generally management and maintenance is generally responsive and quick to attend to concerns. I love that they throw unique events frequently like paint and sips or catering from local vendors etc. to get to know the rest of your neighbors. Overall, the location, amenities, management is great. A little pricy for apartments but worth every cent.

The building is in a great location. Living next to Trader Joes is much more helpful than I originally thought it would be, and having all the other restaurants/bars nearby is a great perk as well. The building management has also been very responsive. When we moved in, we had an issue with a lingering smell from the prior tenant and the management went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Maintenance requests are also handled very quickly (within reason, no building is ever going to fix something day of). The community events are also great. Ive attended a bunch and multiple times expected to go for a few minutes and ended up staying for hours. The package lockers are helpful, some other comments mention packages being left out but those are often such large packages they dont fit (i.e furniture) - not the fault of the building. Overall I highly recommend this building and have loved living here.

The location is everything with this apartment complex. Having restaurants and bars and Trader Joes within footsteps is a huge perk! The amenities are nice too. Management and the manager has changed a few times since I have lived here, but I have really enjoyed the team. They are kind and get things done.

We love living at Aspire! We have been here since summer 2021 and happily renewed our lease twice without crazy increases in rent. There has been some changes in staff over the past few years, but everyone has been lovely to work with. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner by a fantastic team. There was some issues with one of the elevators a while ago that was out of their control (supply chain/missing parts) and they did a great job of keeping everyone in the loop and there hasn’t been any issues since. There’s always fun resident social events and the common spaces are kept clean. It’s a good community with respectful neighbors and lots of cute pups! Our apartment is spacious. We do miss the view, but construction is to be expected in a growing city.

I have really enjoyed living here. The amenities are great. Maintenance has always been completed the day a ticket is submitted. The staff is all very friendly and helpful.

I love living here! It is a great apartment complex with very friendly renters and staff. Location is convenient with close access to Cherry Creek Trail, Trader Joe's and a variety of bars/restaurants.

I love this apartment! Lizett and Tommy made my recent move to a new unit very seamless and Tim is always available to quickly assist me with any maintenance. It’s great how pet friendly and community focused this building is.

Absolutely love living here! The staff and maintenance crew are great and quick to respond. It’s also nice to be in a smaller building where the amenities aren’t ever full. Not to mention the huge bonus of living right next to a bunch of restaurants and Trader Joe’s!

The team has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole moving process. Originally moved in last year and just got my lease renewed. Never had any significant issues here & repair requests get address quickly.

Perfect, location. Having Trader Joe's next door is the best and being able to walk to local coffee shops and restaurants.

I've lived in this building since March of 2022 and it used to be wonderful, but now it's going downhill. 1) My car was broken into in the "secure" garage in Feb of 2023 and building management did not respond to my report of the break-in 2) One of the elevators has been down at least 25% of the time I've lived in the building - with the fire department responding to multiple calls from tenants trapped inside the elevator when it goes down, 3) The mountain view, which was such a luxury, is now gone following the construction of a 13-story building across the street 4) Despite the loss of the mountain view and persistent loud construction noise 6 days per week, the property raised rents at a rate higher than inflation 5) Tenants leave their garbage bags in the hallways and even inside the garbage rooms - yet the new community manage has done nothing to ameliorate this issue 6) The cost of renting the amenities nearly doubled overnight, without any requisite improvement in said amenities. It's sad to see such a wonderful building in a fabulous location be so poorly managed.

This building is in a great location; however, it is quite expensive and seemingly poorly managed. The building is set up with package lockers, but maybe they are always full so you should expect to dig through piles of packages in order to find your own. In addition to the package situation, the elevators are constantly down for extended periods of time. Elevators seem to be down more often than not.

The elevators are broken all the time. The main lobby elevator was down recently for about a month. The other elevator is also reserved as a freight elevator fairly often. Sometimes you get an email if it's reserved, other times you have to guess by waiting to see if the elevator will come. I've also been stuck in the freight elevator for almost 2 hours. I looked at my emails and there have been over 40 emails related to elevator issues/updates over the past 7 months I've lived here. Oh, and to add the fun. Sometimes your fobs don't work. They switch systems, reset the fob system, their contractors accidentally flipped some fob readers, etc. I recently waited 30 minutes in a line to the management office just to get my fob reset (along with everyone else's). Other than that, no issues with the building. Nice gym/tub/pool/skydeck/common areas. Elevators are fast when they do work, but they make some sketchy scraping sounds sometimes. I like the floor plans. Furnishings and appliances are nice, windows are big. Good neighborhood, a fair number of walkable restaurants/cafes, and easy access to wherever you need to go.

The building is nice but the management is messy. There are heaps of packages without any sort of organization, packages go missing, and elevators are always broken down. Pretty expensive for the level of management you get from kairoi.

I absolutely love living here. It is in the cutest neighborhood with so many things close by (Trader Joe’s is right next door)! It is easy to get to many areas of Denver (downtown, cherry creek, etc.). The staff is so kind and helpful always! Highly recommend!

If you look at the dates on these reviews, you'll see they are for the old management team, not the team/company that took over in May. I tried to give the new team the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, it’s clear they really do not care. Before moving into this building, make sure to look at other buildings in the area. Also, ask residents how they really feel about living here, without management being around. You will be paying a lot of money for a building that should not be charging nearly as much as it does. A few of the issues and management’s responses: 1. At least one of the two elevators is broken every 10 days. Last time, we had to wait over 48 hours for it to be fixed. Stairs are fine to use, but keys don’t work on all floors, so good luck. Response: User error or please put in a ticket/notify management. (Not sure why they keep breaking down, can’t be user error all the time.) 2. Cars were/are broken into. Apparently, they can't release video footage unless you have a police report. Response: Well, this is a city so these things happen. Crime is rising. (Sure, but please explain why we are paying $125 to park in a garage where there is no security and cars get broken into ALL the time. Residents stopped saying anything because we know management doesn’t care, unless of course, police is involved. Then I guess they have to "care".) 3. Dog grooming station does not work - hasn't worked in the past 8+ months. Pump finally worked after 6 months but once again, no longer works. Response: Did you put in a ticket? Well, in the winter there is no hot water, so. (Many tickets were placed, doesn’t ever seem to work. Most of the units do not have tubs, so good luck getting your dog washed after a muddy day) 4. Bicycles are getting stolen from the bike room. Response: Yeah, you can keep them on your balcony. (Seriously, why offer this as an amenity?) 5. When will the hot tub be cleaned? The color is green. Response: Oh, it supposed to be that color, we checked. (Luckily, a week later, the hot tub was cleaned. On that note, it was not working for 2ish months, due to a piece that they couldn’t get) Find out about the other fees before signing, this includes valet trash (can't opt out even if you are next door to the trash room), common area electricity fees, pest control, and who knows what else they'll come up with by the time you move in. Good luck if you are signing a lease here, you’ve been warned!

Wish I wasn’t tied to my lease. This building looks very nice but everything is a disaster. The elevators are down and waiting for repairs 2x/mo, the trash constantly overflows, pet accidents in elevators don’t get cleaned up, multiple car break ins in the secure garage, bike cage break ins, sirens 6x/ day, and many more annoyances. I’ve lived in 3 downtown apartments and this is the worst experience. Save your money. This is not where you want to call home.

The apartment itself and the building amenities are beautiful, the location cannot be beat, and the individuals who work here are very kind. Very happy with this decision!
