Aspire College Station

I’ve only lived here 3 months and it’s already been a horrible experience. You pay an outrageous amount of money for a tiny room and management who doesn’t care about you. Do yourself a favor and live ANYWHERE else.

Great and very helpful staff and amazing amenities!

Aspire is such a great place to live for students of all ages. The location makes it feel as if you are basically living on campus making life so convenient. There are so many great amenities here such as the workout complex, pool, and study rooms which I use often. I feel so at home here which is a big reason why I resigned to live here a second year!

I have lived here for 3 years now and I LOVE IT! They offer many amazing amenities. I especially love using the fitness amenities and getting massages! The pool also has a great view and a TV. The staff here is also super accommodating. They love to celebrate their residents with community events and giveaways, and I really appreciate it! Also, the location is PERFECT. It is such a close walk to campus and super convenient for going to my college classes. I love Aspire and living here is the best!

I have lived at Aspire for 2 years now and I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Aspire has the best views in college station from the sky deck. Not only that but if you’re in the penthouse you get 15ft ceilings making your room feel a lot bigger.

I love living at Aspire because it has the best amenities, location, and services! I love hanging by the pool and watching the games on the big screen or getting a good workout in while enjoying the view at the gym. Additionally the workers at Aspire are always super nice and provide you with the help you need. Aspire also offers fun things like free massages, coffee trucks, tacos, drinks and more! Lastly, the Aspire location is perfect as it is right across from campus and only a walk away from Kyle field. This enables me to get to my classes and to football games super fast. Overall, Aspire is an amazing place to live and I 100% recommend it!!

I've been living at Aspire for the past two years and I absolutely love it! Its so close to campus and a bunch of restaurants and stores! The pool deck is super cool and I love having a gym in the building! The apartments themselves are super nice and modern. I really like the valet trash system also! The staff is always super helpful and nice! I love living at Aspire!

This is my third year living here and I wouldn’t live anywhere else. Not only do I love the amenities aspire offers, but the proximity to campus makes everything so much more convenient. Something that sets apart this apartment from others is the amazing staff that does their best to keep the community connected and engaged. They are all so incredibly helpful and always going above and beyond. Days like thirsty Thursday are such a nice treat and aspire doesn’t have to do them, but they do, and I am very appreciative of them going out of their way to do nice things for the residents that live here.

Perfect location if your an engineer or steam major. Love the staff super friendly and love their community events

Aspire has many wonderful amen amenities perfect for college students— from study lounges to open gym to relaxing pool and outdoor area, there is plenty of places to go in your downtime or in the peak of the semester. One thing I love about aspire is how quickly maintenance requests are fulfilled. Although the walls are quite thin and e-mails never get responded to, it is still a great apartment. KN

Aspire is literally in the best location in all of BCS. 10 min walk to MSC and 5 mins to dining halls! Great apartment and always clean. Pool and Workout area are unbeatable!

I currently am a freshman and living here at Aspire! I absolutely love the atmosphere and all the things you can do. The pool is great for socialization but also relaxation, the gym has a great view with many different options, the workers are so polite and helpful, and the rooms are just perfect! They even offer bi-weekly massages and yoga classes, watch parties, movie nights, giveaways, lobby gifts, etc! It really can’t get any better.I have no bad things to say about it! Especially the rooms, I feel so comfortable and at home here. If you are considering living here, I would do so! -Current Resident, Kylie Castruccio

It's a really convenient location to all of my classes and if not, there's always a bus in a short walking distance. Along with that, the amenities are excellent such as the study lounge for when you don't want to go on campus. The amenities are also up to date and really well maintained. You also need a key fob to get into the building, the elevator, and your apartment, so it's very safe considering Aspire's located on University Dr. Overall, the apartment is very well maintained and the staff makes it a positive living environment!!

Just started living here but I love it already. Great community events along with amazing amenities. The staff responds very quickly if you have maintenance requests or just questions in general.

Every time I forgot my keys or have been locked out of the apartment they’re always so fast to help. Also they’re so nice at the front desk when it comes to package and getting them to us as fast as they can! Just recently there was an outfit I ordered that I needed for the Arkansas game in Dallas and it said it was delivered but they hadn’t distributed the packages out yet into the boxes. I told the worker on the phone how I really was wanting that dress and they took their time to go into the office and search through the boxes for my package even though the office was closed! I appreciated it so much.

One of the things that makes Aspire standout is that it’s always clean. And I’d there is ever a maintenance issue, the awesome staff will take care of it right away! All of the amenities are well kept, and the weekly events hosted are a fun way to get to know new people!

Aspire is a great place to spend your college years. From the location, to the staff, to all the events they throw every month, Aspire really can’t be beat. If you’re looking for quality, look no further!

Aspire is located just across university drive from campus, making walking to class super convenient. As far as nightlife and restaurants, both Northgate and Century Square are within walking distance. The amenities are a huge plus, in addition to the gym and social lounge, the study cafe is a great place to work without leaving the complex. The pool is a great place to watch away games on the jumbo screen and hang out with friends. Overall the best place to live in cstat.

My step-daughter moved into this complex in August so I wanted to wait for her to settle in before I reviewed. She truly loves it and all the luxury amenities. Her only complaint is lack of visitor parking. We love it for safety and kindness of staff. During move-in we were overwhelmed, had lots of questions and Bailey was so nice and helpful to us. My stepdaughter has since mentioned that Bailey is always so helpful and friendly to her which means so much to us since we live out of state. Helpful staff is the cherry on top for this fantastic apartment.

This is my second year living here and I LOVE it! Aspire is in the perfect location so close to campus, Northgate, and century square! It has the most amazing pool and gym as well as amenities like massages and tanning!! THE PLACE TO LIVE IN CSTAT!!

Aspire is one of the best places I have lived so far in college. The amenities are fabulous including the pool deck, individual unit washer and dryers, gym, and study rooms. The location is primo with churches, campus, and restaurants all within walking distance. The parking garage is super convenient and worth the extra fee as well. An excellent complex with great staff!

Aspire has everything a college student could wish for and more! I’ve lived here for about 2 and a half years and have nothing but great things to say from the customer service to the location. If you’re thinking about a lease here don’t think twice because it fills up! Come check it out sometime and I promise you won’t find anything better than this place! - Alejandro Ramos

You can’t beat the location! I walk to all my classes and it’s faster than it was from my freshman year dorm. Additionally, the amenities are very convenient on a day to day basis, and they’re well maintained.

Besides the great location Aspire College Station has for many of the TAMU students, living in a clean space makes this apartment feel like home. As well I have never felt any sorts of fear living here, which I as well prioritize to my living

Aspire is in a great location and super clean compared to other apartments in the area. The only downside is how expensive it is and fees add up. The amenities are great and work orders are completely very quickly.

I just toured this apartment with my son and the apt complex is amazing! Right across the street from Zachary engineering bldg and my son wants to live here so he can walk across the street to class. The amenities are extraordinary. We toured with the absolute sweetest, most friendly young lady named Bailey. I do believe I like her even more than the apt! She was so kind, caring, happy & enthusiastic so if that's a reflection of all their staff, it's 100% top tier! She even took the time to suggest restaurants and points of interest for us!

Aspire is a great apartment with wonderful amenities. The staff is very nice and helpful with all questions. Move in was smooth even arriving a day late, they were on top of it. I would recommend Aspire to anyone wanting to live close to campus (literally just across the street) and by Northgate. Walls aren’t thin like other student living apartments, and the apartments themselves are an upgrade from most in College Station. Live here if you can!

I’ve lived here for 4 years, practically since it opened up, and I love it! The pool is like a vegas-style resort pool, and they always have giveaways/free food each week. Front desk is always super friendly, and the units have really big windows + nice appliances. Pretty similar pricing all along Northgate, so you might as well sign at Aspire since it’s the newest/cleanest high rise here.

This property is nothing shy of awesome. It is so clean and so well kept and beyond cool. The staff is amazing too! Baylee gave my daughter and I a tour and she was so nice. I can't wait to have my daughter stay here.

I have lived at Aspire for 3 years now and it’s amazing! I love their fitness amenities, massages, and other perks! The staff is very accommodating and the environment is great! Perfect location for going to school too! :)

The rooms are going to be the best in college station! There is so much space and there is so much natural lighting which I love. The proximity to the engineering buildings on north side is the cherry on top as it is just so convenient to get from the apartment to school. TD

Aspire truely has added to my freshman experience! If your like me and you always wanna be busy this is deffiently the place for you. After class I sit by the pool with the best jumbo tron ever, go to the gym, do yoga, go outside to the turf area, or use the awesome study rooms. My favorite part at aspire so far is meeting everyone on the elevators, everyone is so friendly and It just makes my day so much better to live in a amazing place with amazing people! I am so thankful to be able to live in aspire becuase the amazing amenities really add to my college life; like massages, the fun monthly activists they host for us, or the away games football watch party at the pool! I have lived here for two years, and I have not had any problems so far! Perfect location, amazing amenities and staff members.

I’ve been living at aspire for a couple years now and they have always taken care of our needs, and made new additions for the residents!

The complex is so close to campus which is extremely convenient as well as being right on northgate. The pool and the gym are the best I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex !

I’m currently living here at aspire and let me say I am really impressed! I recently lived at a different apartment complex and moved because I was not happy but aspire meets my needs and more. My unit is great and their maintenance is awesome and super fast. I love how you get your packages from the lockers, it’s so convenient! Also their amenities are awesome and always super clean. The study rooms are like my favorite thing and there’s so many of them, my friends and I study in them all the time. I recently resigned with aspire for next year and I couldn’t be more excited. This complex is awesome I definitely recommend.

I have loved my time here at aspire. The staff is great and the amenities are endless. Being so close to campus, it’s almost as if I live on campus which is so convenient. Could not imagine living in a better apartment complex.

My classes are just minutes away, the amenities are top-tier, and the staff is so helpful! Everyone I have met at the apartment is so kind! Aspire has many great amenities and is the perfect place to live basically on campus. The staff is great and mail service is convenient.

This is the absolute best place to live if you are in college in college station. The location is astounding as it is near so many restaurants, shopping, and going out activities. There is conveniently a cvs right underneath and that is amazing when you need something right away or maybe as an emergency. The staff is the absolute sweetest and they are always willing and able to help no matter what day it is. The maintenance is always on point and always comes asap to fix whatever you may need in your apartment. Everything is so clean and there are such amazing amenities. The gym is insane with a killer view of the campus and the pool is absolutely ginormous and the huge flat screen tv is awesome for game days when you wanna stay in instead of going out.

Love living here as a college student. Aspire has a great location next to campus, great amenities, and super nice apartments. Aspire is clean and has wonderful staff who make a point to be super friendly. I met Susan one of my first days of living here and she has been the best for helping me with anything concerning my apartment and mail. Highly recommend Aspire and talk to Susan if you need help with anything Aspire related.

I just recently got into A&M and wanted to tour apartments. Aspire had to have given me the best tour yet! My tour guide Susan was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She answered every question I had and overall the tour was great. I will be signing here!

I lived in Aspire and had a really great experience! The amenities are well kept, the apartments are modern and spacious, and it’s the perfect location on Northgate and close to Zachry and north canpys where most of my classes were. Susan that works in the front is awesome and went above and beyond to accommodate a request. There could be more guest parking but everything else is great!

Aspire is a very nice apartment and I really like living over here. The staff here is very nice as well.

Aspire has fabulous amenities. The pool deck with its oversized outdoor tv is a must on a hot Texas day. You can play a round of cornhole poolside or sit and relax in one of their oversized hot tubs or hangout in their lounge area playing a game of pool. The location to A&M doesn’t get any better! The apartments have quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances with more than enough kitchen storage. And who doesn’t like having their own individual included washer & dryer! Having a walk in closet is definitely a bonus. The staff is always helpful. Having the parking garage is well worth the additional fee! They have a bicycle storage room for individuals who like to bike to campus or around town. The property is clean and well maintained. We have been at Aspire going on three years and it has been a positive experience. You definitely get your money’s worth living at Aspire. Come take a look and you can see for yourself! JL

Susan at the front desk is great, she’s always there to help when I have a dumb question or a package waiting on me. Highly recommend her if you need any help!

I just have to say that my relationship with Aspire has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. All thanks to Susan, I’ve had the best time here. From fixing the grills to providing post Malone remixes, Susan has made it happen.
