Overall nice community. Continues to have trouble parking, valet trash could be more consistent as well. They have a new portal to pay rent, and I don’t like it because of the fees associated with it, and original portal was no longer an option. I feel residents should have been given the choice to switch, or remain with the original portal.

We love it here! The apartment managers are very nice and the complex stays relatively clean. The kids enjoyed the pool this summer, though it was closed a lot.

The complex is very clean and quiet, the common areas are very nice and up to date and the property feels very secured. I love the face I can walk my dog at anytime and feel very safe or go check the mail and not be worried

I really enjoy living here. The only complaints I have is the pool is closed a lot during the summer and there has been an increase in trash around the property. Everything else has been great.

It has been great so far! My wife and I enjoy the community. The communication between office and tenants is fantastic, I never have to guess is something is being worked on. The maintenance team is very responsive and accurate! The only tiny complaint I have is there isn’t a lot of parking that is available at the end of the day in front or near my apartment

The location is so clean and maintained. I’m happy to say I live in aspire fossils creek. It’s quiet and peaceful. I love that shopping centers are close to my home. Such a convenience.
This is the best complex I have had the opportunity to reside in so far. They take very good care of their residents here. Any problems, any questions, etc, will be handled accordingly and in a timely manner. The front office admins are so sweet and just the best I’ve had so far. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with very good prices.

A little trouble with paperwork moving in. Other than that I love the size of my apartment the location and staff are great. This was one of the only complexes I found that had a squat rack which a plus for me. The apartment isn’t updated as far as countertops and what not but like I said for about the same price you only find apartments with like 200 less sqft

Front office staff are dismissive. I told them about an error with my billing, and they stopped responding. It’s been a month and no response! I had to pay an extra fee that wasn’t my fault, and when I reached out to discuss they never responded.

I love the apartment itself, all the amenities are great. Can’t wait for the summer to check out the pool. All staff have been very nice and helpful, and the gym is awesome, even has a play room for kids while you workout.

My review is really of personal preferences. I was excited to move here and really liked the atmosphere and the friendly neighbors! Living by the street has its drawbacks. Loud motorcycles and seemingly drag-racing constantly interrupt my sleep at night. My upstairs neighbors "bowl at night or have a stomping contest all day?", who knows? And lately, the gates are often open, and even the walk-in gate is left open. I wish there were cameras near the back gates and lights in the dog park. Hard to feel safe at times.

When I moved to the apartment in 2020 the people were much better. It seems now that it's people that are loud, much more traffic, and 300% more dogs. The dog owners are not scooping up the poop. The loud people are nasty leaving trash on the grounds. I wish people could take pride in themselves so our community would be better. The office ladies are great and the maintenance men are awesome..
