I’m loving the community so far, the maintenance staff is good and the front office staff is nice and attentive. My only issue is that my apartment needed several things that needed repair, I wish those things would have been addressed before I moved in.

The apartment is great and easily accessible but new residents especially those coming from a foreign country should be friendly welcomed and patiently incorporated into the community.

The other residents are nice, and the location is good, but they only have two maintenance staff and aren't hiring any more. There's a huge backlog of tickets, and we've had a hole in our unit's ceiling for almost two months now. Trash pickup isn't every day, so there's often bags of trash waiting to be picked up. The dumpster is also often overflowing or not working, and the recycling isn't taken out frequently enough so it's often full (plus it gets filled with garbage when the dumpster is broken.)

I have renewed my lease but I got charged twice for the same month. I have sent an email to the office but nobody had returned a response for it. Maintenance has been slow since the beginning of our stay. I am not confident that any of my work orders will get done by the end of our lease next year.

I love the location, apartment interior, and office staff. The maintenance staff is not good and the landscaping throughout the property needs improvement. Overall, I would give the apartment community 3/5 stars because it is okay but could be better.

community is good, flat is ok, why is the service fee in the resident payment around 40-50usd, takes long time to fix our mail problems, it took them more than a month to give us our mailbox key

Great place to live my only concern is the response time for maintenance repairs. The location is almost perfect. The property is well maintained. The office staff is professional. Hopefully the maintenance response time will improve. I renewed my lease so I’m here for another year

I’m here because of location. I want to move. This property has gone downhill. I pray I don’t have maintenance issues because it will take months to get a response if you get one. There is trash and pest waste everywhere. Residents are disrespectful. There is loud music all the time. More and more dog breeds that should not be in an apartment. I’ve been here so long that moving to where I want to be is higher than Iwant to pay right now. However I will be moving sooner rather than later. Complaining goes on deaf ears even when going above the leasing office

Location is the primary reason that I am living at Aspire Perimeter. This last year has been a challenge with the constant turnover in property management staff. With the new management several things were changed that greatly impacted the residents. The gate is always broken which is compromising our safety. Aspire Perimeter and Lincoln properties need to do better.

It's a nice community. Since I am always traveling for business I hardly ever use the amenities available in the community. The only reason the community doesn't get a 5 is because of the constant issue with security. Last Sunday I arrived from a flight at 1:00 AM and the gates were wide open. This has been constant since I moved in and there are always a reason why. 1st. reason : was a lack of parts from the vendor to fix 2nd reason : had storms come by somehow something was damage I think we have an opportunity here to look at other vendors that can support the security in the complex. I believe the complex should has the Operating Expense funds that can manage these situation and look for vendors resolve.

So far, not good. The apartment was not ready to be moved in, maintenance took a long time to complete work orders, and did not complete the job. Leasing staff does not really care about resident's concern, always need to be called/emailed but I don't get answers or nothing gets resolved. Poor customer service.

New management is not on top of gates properly working like old management was hopefully they get it together soon. Also usually to busy to address concerns .

Not a bad place but for price it can be a little more decent. It’s never really nowhere to park, maintenance don’t never come when needed and it’s starting to get loud and messy

Nice quiet area. Apartments are very spacious and units are very clean and new. We have new appliances inside and even better a washer and dryer was included in ours. There’s a pool, car wash area, and a nice little relaxing area. So far a great experience.

I love the location and the amenities, plus living in a gated community gives me more sense of security. I have many different options for food and shopping very close by, and the main highways are 5 min away. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

New resident. Tyrell was awesome. Easy move in. Apartment clean and ready to move in. All staff have been wonderful and helpful answering all of our questions. Great experience.
I’ve had my eye on this property for a while. The location of my next move was important to me because of my work. This place is central to how I navigate across Atlanta. It’s quiet, the staff is friendly and funny. They are always welcoming and accommodating. I love the layout of the apartment. It seem to have everything I need.

Tyrell was amazing! Without his outstanding personality and spirit I don’t think I would have become a resident. When we first walked in the lady sitting beside Tyrell just looked at us and did not even speak! So rude! Especially when she made eye contact with us first. But because of Tyrell we were able to get past that and look around. I would usually just leave from first impressions because I wouldn’t want to deal with rudeness whenever I come to the office or call the office. Customer service is most important in my book when I’m paying for something.
Lived here until 2/21. For starters, our electric bill was consistently 300 per month and gas 250 in winter. Ridiculously inefficient windows and appliances. Poor remodeling, everything was broken. Not wired electrically safe, circuits trip all the time, especially in kitchen where fridge is plugged into a regular outlet. Major pest problems throughout summer and breezeways are disgusting and always covered in trash that sits there for weeks. The only thing this place has going for it is location.
BEWARE!!! These apartments are trash!!! I lived at Aspire Perimeter Apartments from 6/6/2018 – 8/14/2020. First, there is nothing upscale about Aspire Perimeter Apts. People do not pick up after their dogs and it just sits there. It smelled sooo bad, I could not go out on my patio because of the smell of dog waste. When walking my dog, I would pick up poo right next to poo! WTF!! Second, the parking lot is full of abandoned cars and cars that have been there for months just sitting. Third, the people above me made so much noise – I had to take the pictures off my wall. Fourth, the concierge trash service, people sit out so many bags of trash, ants and bugs would crawl off over. I counted as many as five bags of trash outside my neighbor’s door. Trash would sit outside on a day the service did not come. People just sat their trash outside anyway. The trash would sit there for days until the next pick up. The smell was horrible. Fifth, these should be non-smoking apts. I had to buy a $300.00 air purifier because my apt constantly smelled like smoke from the people who smoked in their apts. My asthma was bad. I could not breathe. When I complained about all the above, mgt would send out these passive aggressive letters reminding everyone to respect each other. Lastly, moving out was horrible. Erin, one the apt managers told me that I was going to have to replace the carpet because of pet stains. What? Then why pay a $350.00 pet deposit and $10.00 extra on rent every month if they make you replace the carpet anyway? How many other tenants have they pulled this crap? Plus, my dog is potty pad AND outside trained. How do they know it’s from MY dog? Is that carpet new? NO! Erin said the carpet was over five years old. So, she backed out of making me pay for it. Now, they are keeping my deposit because of “Drywall damage throughout the apt” The damage costs $195.00. You would think I put huge holes in the wall – NOPE, from hanging pictures. Where in the lease does it say, you are not allowed to hang pictures. We have all watched enough Judge Judy to know what normal wear and tear is – Right? Now they want me to pay for damages when all I have done is pay. I’ve paid for emergency room visits, paid for an air purifier and paid my rent on time. My stay at Aspire Perimeter was awful. If you choose to live there, best of luck to you.
