Very nice apartments; Maintenance crew is excellent, very helpful admin staff, and the landscape remains quite well cared for. There has been several issues with the entrance/exit gates, and still wish residents could enter through the far east gate with remotes.

The living here has improved more but we still have problems with smoking and rodents and we also need more cameras that were promised when the property management switched over

Aspire Presidio West is a wonderful place to live. Close proximity to most everything. Quiet community with a wonderful pool and outdoor area. The staff takes care of things quickly. I enjoy living here and it is quiet and kept up well.The office people are very nice and the amminities are good.The only thing is,is that I wish people would pick up after their dogs.It would be good if they would respect that it is a non smoking facility also.Over all it's a safe and good place to live.

Most of the time it's good and I love my actual apartment. I just wish the staff would communicate better and return calls. Many times I've put in maintenance requests or leave messages and I get a notification saying the issue was resolved or they returned my call when they didn't do either. The business center hasn't been open in weeks because somehow the time setting got off so we can't get in in the mornings but apparently the staff won't listen to us to reset it. Its unfortunate we have these "amenities" when we can't even use them.

Love the area, property management is really nice and helpful. Maintenance is great, maintenance requests are handled fast. Only thing I do wish is that landscaping would trim the bushes in the patio areas and apply some fresh mulch as winter is approaching. Also, I hope that for the winter season if we’re going to get snow please treat the parking lot and sidewalks . Prior years the parking lot and sidewalks were extremely slippery there were days I couldn’t even walk to my car.

Great maintenance crew here.. nice amenities, respectfully maintenance crew, apartment is ok, the walls are thin, you'll definitely hear a lot of foot traffic if you live on the 2nd floor which is soooo horrible.

Only been a few minor inconveniences such as bags being out at dog stations, pool closures, loud speakers at the pool. Other than that everything’s been well.

Lived here 4 years I enjoy the community events. Great area, there’s lots of nearby shops and restaurants. Since the new management has taken over everything is getting much better on the community grounds they seem to care more for their residents.

The apartment community was great. The gym needed to be updated with newer equipment. The pool was a very nice size and refreshing. I also wish that our unit had carpet.

I was nervous about moving here at Aspire Presidio, I loved the place when I was driving and saw the apartments. When I entered to the main office I was surprised, a very beautiful place, very helpful lady at the front desk. She explained everything perfect for me, and when I entered to my aparment, boom! I fell in love with it!

Staph is very friendly and helpful.The place is nice and quiet.I like the amenities.I do wish they would pick up their dog poop and that people would respect that it is a smoke free complex.Other then that my experience has been great!

Use to love this apartment complex. Seems like no one follow the rules anymore. People are still smoking in a smoke free environment. Residents are required to register their vehicles but visitors are not that doesn’t make any sense to me because visitors take up residents parking . Trash is all over the place. I don’t use the amenities because it’s not clean.

We have loved living here! The new management is great and are good at communicating updated community guidelines. We are a smoking free apartment complex and they handled this very well when you could tell someone was smoking in their apartment. The pool is great and with the weather getting warmer, they are doing a good job at getting cleaned out and ready for warm days. The gym is great, but small. 6 people working out seems like a lot, and can be hard to use certain equipment. I love that there are free weights to grab and move to a more open part of the gym to workout. Very spacious in that way, just wish there was more machines. Overall, we like living here. We feel safe and HEB just opened. 6 minutes away depending on traffic, haha.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The application process though was a little longer than expected. Some confusing issues but we got it solved. The facilities is awesome and our Apartment location is fantastic. Being seniors, we have easy access to our place and it's pretty quiet.
