I mean honestly for the low price, you get what you pay for… loud neighbors, constant construction, multiple times a week there are false fire alarms going off that are so unbelievably loud, doors to the outside are ALWAYS open and never locked, pipes bursting is a regular thing. if you have a pet don’t move here, the fire alarms going off for hours at a time even late at night will traumatize them.

Horrible place to live. Don't let the fake reviews fool you. There has been construction happening in the middle of my hallway for over 6 months, and nothing seems to ever get done. The supposed "renovations" have been under work for as long as I have lived here. Pipes burst every winter from what other reviewers have said and this winter was no exception. The burst pipes led to the relentless construction. The fire alarm goes off almost once a week and every time it is a false alarm. Regardless of how many times the residents have contacted management, they do absolutely nothing to fix the problems. The hallways were completely pitch dark for over a week with no attention or acknowledgment from management. On top of these situational issues, this is an overall bad place to live given the constant noise outside at all hours of the day and night. Constant smell of weed and horrible parking decks with very minimal security. The doors that lead to the outside are always open and the gates to the garage don't close. PLEASE LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Have been at the property for 8 months and I regret every single moment of it. I have never felt this way towards a property. Absolutely rude staff (excluding maintenance team) that could care less about any concerns you bring forward. Submitted maintenance claims 6 months ago and they never came. Due to negligence, their entire building has flooded forcing most of the residents to leave. Anyone remaining gets to deal with the sounds of demolition and construction for the next 2 months. STAY AWAY.

Do not move here. Especially if you are a woman living alone. From the moment I moved in, there were on-going security issues. The gates and doors were constantly broken allowing anyone to walk in. I was attacked by two men in front of the lobby, and they did NOTHING about it. Even told me that if I moved out, I would still face the early move out penalty. Once I did move out, I received a letter from a debt collector that they hired for a bill that they NEVER SENT ME. Avoid this place at all costs. It is extremely dangerous, unsanitary and they do not care about their tenants at all.

I’ve been living here a week and I wish I could move. Not one appliance in my unit worked properly upon moving in and I currently have 4 maintenance requests in that are being ignored.

There have been many influential factors to why I would not want to renew my lease. First, I feel the overall safety is lacking. The parking garage gate is always open or broken. There have been car break-ins on property. I have once called the "onsite security officer" & no one picked up or returned my call. The overall infrastructure also seems outdated. In my own apartment, there have been 4 plumbing issues where pipes have burst (two in the bathroom, one for the air conditioner, and one for the water heater) in a span of about 8 months. Maintenance also has not fixed two of my requests, with one being made multiple times over the last year. They stated they needed to order a part, and never came back. There were also other occassions where they stated they would come back and never did. Management is also almost impossible to get ahold of. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Overall, there has been a crime increase in the area, the walls are thin, neighbors don't clean up after themselves, and the gym & other amenities you pay a monthly fee for have limited hours. I honestly can't wait to move out. They market themselves as a "luxury" community when it definitly is not.

Overall a nice place to live, close to local shops, bus routes, and a 30-minute walk from Buckhead Marta station. The Buckhead is situated at a dead-end road so there are no traffic issues. I have lived here for over 3 years.

We had a short term lease for one of the nicest plans they offer. Nothing was renovated (ok) everything broke and took forever to fix. The front desk couldn’t care less about anything in the world than this property. Don’t go here.

The Aster is for sure the place to be in Buckhead! The people here are so on top of things and the residents are a community! I just moved in and already loving the gym and business area! The apartment is up to date and I love feeling safe! Elevator is a huge plus too!

My experience with the Aster Buckhead has been exceptional. As a human resource professional, customer service is paramount, in most organizations it directly impacts the engagement, performance and profitability. In the apartment industry, it is increasingly difficult to meet the diverse needs of your clients, however, The Aster Buckhead seems to have perfected providing bespoke customer service based on the individual needs and relationships of their community. I have rarely seen it done so well and am very thankful to have stumbled upon this community and it's excellent reputation!
The aster Buckhead is really nice place to stay if you stay in the upper levels. The ground level has some issues with bugs.

The Aster at Buckhead has been a great place to live - the rent rate is so incredibly reasonable for the location and what you get and the maintenance people respond very timely to requests. As with everything in life, not everything is perfect, but I'd highly recommend this apartment complex if you're looking for a good place to live with a reasonable rent!
I have lived at the Aster Buckhead for over 2 years now and I am very happy. It has good access to Peachtree Road and the local buses. I do not have a car and manage to get around by foot, public transport, Lyft or Uber. The management and staff are very helpful.

I moved into this complex in June of 2015 after graduating college at an SEC school. It was the perfect location/price point for what I was looking for and came with the right amount of "luxury" that a young professional needed. All the amenities (grills, pool, gate access, maintenance, location, etc...) were great and in good working condition and the maintenance staff was wonderful! I loved the leasing office staff and they always made me feel welcomed. They offered a personal touch that really made this place feel like home. This complex transitioned ownership at the beginning of 2017 and unfortunately the new company has done a terrible job with the transition. Several examples are as follows. The office staff (excluding Alex - he's great) is very rude and acts like you are bothering them when you come into the office. They do not recognize who the residents are and it feels very impersonal. The gate to one parking garage was broken and left open for over three weeks allowing anyone to access our cars and building at any time. They do not boot/tow abandoned cars in the garages, even when notified by residents - this was a problem with previous management as well, but I was hoping new management would fix it. There are visitor cars parked in resident spots that have been there since Christmas of 2015 and have not been moved. There are two grills on the property and neither have been working recently. The pool does not look well maintained either - the last time I went by, there were many bugs, leafs and dirt in the pool. When you go to management with any of these issues, they promise new "upgrades" and fancy changes to come but current residents haven't been notified of any of these improvements. The only thing I have seen is a new fee for valet trash and package lockers (a nice touch, I'll admit). It's sad to see that our beloved apartment complex tucked away on a quiet street is now a dirty, nonfunctional building with a rude office staff. It seems like their goals are to attract new residents and not retain current ones. Current resident happiness is low on their priority list. We will reluctantly be moving to a different complex at the end of our lease.
I spent a year in Westminster- it's in a pretty good location, the apartments are good sized, they are responsive to service requests and the office staff is friendly. However, the Management Company will try to take advantage of you. I have had several landlords over the years and I have never had a more disappointing one. I highly recommend living elsewhere- there are several other great options in the Buckhead area. If you do decide to live here be very very careful when you sign.
If you want to live like you never left your frat house from your college campus, then this is the place for you. NO ONE throws their trash down the trash shoot, they just throw it into the trash room which makes the entire main floor of building 2 smell like a land fill. If you want to be woken up at 3AM on any given day of the week, this is the place for you. Drunk people come home from the bars and think it is an excellent time to go swimming and scream at the top of their lungs - think "hey, I'll just live facing the court that doesn't have the pool and that won't be a problem" WRONG! The court that doesn't face the pool also has to deal with the drunks that come home at 3AM getting dropped off by their Ubers. The manager will not take any complaint about noise seriously and a matter of fact, will walk out to the pool area and stand next to the stereo blasting it's music and will say "I don't hear anything" then laugh and walk away. It's great that this management companies warn the employees that work in the office that this is basically an extension of college life - MAYBE YOU SHOULD TELL POTENTIAL RENTERS THAT!
Not sure where this app gets the pricing info for this property... I left work early to check out the 2br 1 bath only to learn that the price listed was "yesterday's cost" and rent on that floor plan was $200 more than advertised. I understand market prices change daily but I had checked the price minutes before arriving. Felt like it was a classic bait and switch.

The pricing is based off of availability as well as lease term (that is why you will see a range on our website). Unfortunately, due to demand, you may see the price for a certain unit listed and if leased, it will go away. We are not trying to do any classic bait and switch. It can just change whenever an apartment is leased or a lease term changes. Please call us at our office or stop by if you have more detailed questions. We don't want to lose you on a negative front.
You definitely do not want to live here. The apartments have constant water/pipe issues. In a matter of 2 years, I have had water coming out of my ceiling light fixtures and a complete ceiling cave in, in the bathroom that ruined 10 pair of shoes and some of my clothes of which I was never reimbursed. The neighbors are extremely loud and there is no noise buffer as the walls are paper thin. My young child would hear the neighbors doing the deed (if you know what I mean)at least 3-4 times a week. Drunk college students acting crazy in the halls at 3 and 4 am in the morning (ringing your doorbell). Not to mention, the garbage smelling hallways, that always reek, but summertime is the absolute worst. The theft is rampant and several people including myself had our car registration plates were stolen. A range rover had its wheels and rims replaced with cinder blocks and the radio system stolen. There are beer bottles everywhere, left poolside, in the hallways and garage, the idiots would put them on your car, and underneath the tires of peoples cars all the time. The holding company is a Canadian based company, so when you have a problem, no one is readily available or willing to help you, when the circus people who run the office have no real clout. All they ever do is profusely apologize and refer you to another regional clown, who never gets back to you. Don't bother trying to reach anyone in the Canadian office, I have since moved out and I am still waiting for the president of the company to contact me to resolve my issue. Warning to all civilized people, don't lease an apartment at Westminster @ buckhead.

We hate that you left on a bad food after living at the property for nearly 10 years. It was not our intention to upset you and we do strive to ensure that our residents have a comfortable home and living environment.
I moved into this community about 3 months ago and I absolutely love it. The office staff know me by name and are always friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the Buckhead bars, which is awesome. The community itself is both beautiful and secure and the upgraded features make it all the more worthwhile. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking to move here.
