Stay away
My apartment flooded 3 times in less than 2 years. Aster Fields did not address potential mold issues. They did a patch job repairing the hallway where water came in, which caused my apartment to flood again. For several months there was a half a way taken down outside of my apartment. When I moved in, I put a few repair requests in, some of which weren't taken care of until over a year later and after several requests. Neighbors don't respect the no smoking rules. Upstairs and next door neighbor both very loud. This place is on the cheaper side for a reason. Just pay more elsewhere and save yourself a lot of stress.
