Contrary to popular belief, Wake Forest is not the home of Wake Forest University (at least, not since 1956). It is, however, a charming southern town with a consistently growing population, positioned roughly forty minutes northeast of Raleigh. The vibrant downtown district is a beautiful environment of unique shops, art galleries, and cafes in wonderfully preserved historic buildings.
The sports complex known as the Factory features everything from playgrounds for young children to ice rinks to indoor soccer. Residents enjoy the benefits of excellent schools, a low crime rate, an attractive atmosphere, and convenient amenities (several large shopping centers can be found along Highway 1). Kayla did my onboarding process and apartment tour, she was very professional and friendly throughout the process. Nadine and Ashley at the leasing office are also very kind and welcoming. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful. The community itself is always clean and feels safe. The units are also very affordable, considering all the amenities available to use. Highly recommend!

I just recently moved the beginning of February. My leasing agent Cayla Williams was above and beyond helpful. She carries a grace for what she does that allowed her to elaborately perform her duties to ensure that my transition was a success. Her thorough knowledge and skills was superb! I am loving my new place. Full of space and the neighborhood is nice.

I have lived here for 1 year with my husband and we just renewed for another year. These apartments are beautiful with large open kitchens with lots of storage which is really important to us. This is the first apartment I have lived in where I finally have a closet or shelf for everything I own. The layout and design of these units is perfect! I have not had need to meet with apartment staff on a regular basis (which in my opinion means that everything is run very well),and the complex makes sure to regularly schedule treatments for insects and cleaning of air vents. This is a wonderful peaceful place to live. This is the 4th complex I have lived in within 2.5 years and it is by far the best.
