I can't praise the maintenance team at Aston Apartments enough! Rolando and Obdulio were incredibly professional, arriving super quickly after I reported an issue. They worked efficiently, completing the job in record time while ensuring everything was done perfectly. On top of their excellent work, they were also extremely friendly, making the whole experience pleasant. I feel fortunate to have such a fantastic maintenance team at Aston. Keep up the amazing work, Rolando and Obdulio!

If you, your family, or your roommates have more than one car do not live here. You will not be able to park comfortably and they charge excessive amounts for parking. They do not take into consideration that their residents may have friends or family coming and want to charge $15 a day for guest parking. They are closing the retail/guest parking to start and charge their residents and guests when there are ZERO retail stores open in the building. If you don’t except to have people to ever come over and have only one car for the whole apartment then you can consider it.

All residents receive 1 assigned parking space included with their rent, which is communicated upon touring and within the lease agreement. Management has partnered with Zark for residents to use as a solution to the parking, as it allows residents to rent an additional space. In addition, there is ample street parking, right on the exterior of the community, for guests and residents to utilize. Saw this beautiful place on social media, decided to make a reservation online to take a tour. Big thanks to Vanessa, super helpful and patient, introduced & explained to us everything before we ever asked, it was the best visit I've ever had. What Vanessa did definitely made us wanted to move in right away because we know she cares. Anytime we ask questions, Vanessa always acts fast and get back to us quick. We are happy that we moved in, the building is super new and all community amenities are well maintained. Love it

Having lived here for a considerable time, I can confidently say that residing here has been an excellent experience. We have great and modern amenities, the staff offers a sense of community with fun events, and it's in a prime location. Great location near bus stops and restaurants. Good square layout of the rooms and living room/kitchen. White interiors and ample sunlight which make the space look bigger. Entry access only by key fobs- great for security. Overall, a great place to rent!
