Honestly, when I first moved in the prior property management was not great. Since then they have changed hands and everything is so much more smoother. Parking, maintenance repair, pest control, and overall professionalism from office staff. I would recommend renting from Amberley Courts!

The new management team is great and I want to recommend the professionalism of the office staff in the way they handle all questions and the way the conducted the tour of the facility. I was looking for a 2 bedroom and found what I needed in space and amenities and that the rental rate was good for the size of the unit, as compared to other apartments that I looked at in the area I would not hesitate to recommend Amberley Cts to anyone who is looking for an updated and clean apartment!

I have lived at Amberley Courts for about two years now and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is great. The maintenance guys are fantastic. They fix things when I ask them to. My apartment is a good size for the price, and the location is perfect being right by Rt. 57. If you're looking for this price and location, you can't beat it.
Dont move here theres mice, the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors whole conversation there is no parking in the parking lot andThey have a mice problem that they cant not nor will not get rid of I can not wait until my lease is up and they over charge here.
This management team is rude and they are a bunch of liars. I lived here for a year and it was fine until I decided to move. Once I figured out I wanted to move I informed the office staff in July that Sept I will be moving. Yes! August I did not pay my rent due to some personal problems I had. I was under the assumption that since they had 1,350 dollars for my security deposit they would take it out of there. The day I was in the process of moving out they came and put locks on my doors and would not come and open the doers. The lady in the office apologized and said she had to because of management. I had to go to the police station in order for them to remove the locks. Mind you all this happened sept 1st! I moved in with a friend and start looking for a place to stay. I found a place in oct and that's when I found out amberley courts had placed an eviction on my records and filed court papers. Due to this I could not get my apt! Mind you I had never been served or put out by the sheriffs, I left of my own free will after informing them. I then went into the office and they told me because I never turned in keys I am responsible for sept and oct rent. I told the lady I lost the keys during the move why they just ain't charge the lost key fee like the lease had said she informed me that's not how they do it. After loosing the court case because they had a lawyer and I did not they sent me a letter in the mail saying I owed them 3,000 plus dollars in false damages plus what the court ordered me to pay. Please don't move Into these apts they take advantage of young adults who are trying to get their very first apt.
Amberley Courts is the worst place you could choose to live. Take your money elsewhere. The landlords are rude and careless. This a message that I received today from the office manager about a pest problem I am having "Swift action has been taken and will continue to be taken. I have a more proactive regarding pests and vermen than anyone has ever been at Amberley Courts and have the invoices and an extermination company that has been in business since 1860 (that's 18, not 19) who is willing to testify to it. The problem with you, and why you don't get responses from me is two fold. Unfortunately, you are not smart enough to know what you don't know, and what you don't know could fill a book. Do whatever you feel is necessary. I am confident I can present to any judge or building department anywhere in the country that I have done my due diligence as it relates to this matter, to the point of going through significant expenditure for preventive maintenance. In terms of this issue, the macro environment is out of my control. But again, all you ever want to do is talk down to people and place blame while being horrifically ill informed. I have had tenants pay $6000.00 a month and not give me the grief you are after seeing a mouse, and more than fifty or so of those sort of tenants in my career. So please, get over the yourself. No one would ever suggest that after an extermination that immediate remedy is the natural course of proceedings. I am going to go on doing what I know what is the right thing by the property and the tenants all the while ignoring you until you learn how to speak to people. And thank you so much for paying your rent on time. How kind of you to fulfill your contract. I fulfill my end of the bargain and have the paper trail and cancelled checks to prove it. To be clear. I do NOT want any mice in any building, nor any other pest. Right now, I'm not sure who is a bigger problem for me. You or them." The fact that they even speak to their tenants this way should be more than enough to make you go the other way then looking for an apartment. Do yourself a favor, don't make the mistake I made.
I was evicted after being on medical leave from work and not receiving full pay from work I paid my rent yes it was late however the management didn't care they would not allow my to catch up in my late fees once I went back to work received nasty letters to vacate even after paying my rent my rent was returned and told to vacate I did vacate only to still have to go to court and because I was never served court papers the case was thrown out I found out I had an eviction after I applied at another complex.... They are under new management hopefully he do a better job then the other lady in the office but besides that the apt was very nice and spacious
