I have enjoyed my time living at the park. The location is prime for those working in midtown and downtown with close proximity to Overton park, yet close by to the library and shopping amenities in East memphis. The maintenance was timely and friendly. Management was kind and responsive to any questions. Rent is fair priced. I enjoyed that there was a security officer in the parking lot at night, as I leave early in the morning, and there is always someone watching. Also has walkability to Broad Ave. My only con is the surrounding noise and train. Sam Cooper and E parkway is a busy intersection, and there is a train that has woken me up at night. I am a light sleeper though. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay!

I’ve been living here since June, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The layout is perfect for my needs, and I love the natural light that comes in through the large windows. The management team is friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. I’ve had a peaceful experience with neighbors, and the location is convenient, with easy access to Overton Park

We moved last May to Memphis and chose to live here and it was the best decision. We chose the townhome and the finishes and space is amazing! You will not be disappointed. As well as the amenities on site the work out room is our favorite!

I rented my apartment in May of 2022, and it was a brand new. I love it there. The office staff is friendly and helpful. When I have had issues, the maintenance staff fixed it within 24 hours. All of the tenets that I have encountered have been friendly. There is not elevator so if you have medical issues like myself, request a first floor apartment (which I did). If you are new to Memphis like I was and you are looking for a safe place to live, @the Park is a great place to be.

The move in process was seamless and fast! The property manager works hard to ensure the property remains safe and clean! I have no complaints I’ve been here for 6 months now! And I love it!

This is a great place to stay. Very convenient, close to the express way. Half a mile from the Memphis Zoo. Nice scenery. Been staying here for over a years, haven’t had any problems. Overnight security, love that!

Great place to stay! Very reasonable prices with nice amenities. Lawns stay up to part. In the middle of the city, not to far from everything, very convenient area. Heather and Ginger are very helpful an always here to answer any questions an accommodations.

I’ve been living here for six months with zero issues. Admin office is very responsive and amenities such as the gym are awesome. Would recommend especially since it’s right next to Overton

I've been here since the opening of these apartments. This is the first "new" apartment I have ever lived in and they don't disappoint. They are very well built, and have an outstanding community feel, with great spaces to have parties, family gatherings, etc. The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and quick to respond.

Hi, I am a resident here. And have been for almost 2 years now. The apartment staff is great and always attentive to every service. The facility team works great on service requests and the ammenities are always well taken care of. Security is of utmost importance and the management team ensures they are constantly improving all measures.

Apartments are modern with a great floor plan! I never thought I'd have a kitchen island in a one bedroom apartment, but here I do! Walking distance to Overton Park, the shell for concerts, art museum, and coffee shops/restaurants.

I've been living in this community for three years and have nothing but bliss since I've been here. I was a new tenant in my then townhome which I loved but I've recently downsize to a one bedroom. The transfer was extremely easy and simple. Ginger and Heather will address any concerns or questions promptly. I've never had any issue with any neighbors but I will say the walls are thin but that's all apartments. People are respectful of your time so you won't hear crazy noise at night or even during the day honestly.

I’ve been living here for a year now, and it has been such a positive experience. The staff, especially Heather and Ginger, are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really make you feel at home and go above and beyond to make your move-in smooth. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any requests, and I’ve never had any issues with them. On top of that, they host fun events with giveaways that could even include money off rent! The overnight security has also made me feel super safe, which is really important. I really appreciate the sense of community here, and it’s made living here a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to live nice and spacious 1 & 2 bedrooms across from Overton Park shopping and night life around the corner I love it here
