The location couldn't be better—right across the street from some of the best restaurants in Cincinnati and just steps away from the streetcar, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Whether I'm heading to a Reds or Bengals game, the stadiums are just a short walk away. The amenities here are top-notch. The fitness gym is well-equipped and never overcrowded, which makes staying active a breeze. The staff are fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and they go above and beyond to keep the common areas spotless. I love the attention to detail they provide. One of the highlights for me is the availability of EV chargers in the garage. There’s a bank of them, and they’re usually open overnight, which makes charging my vehicle hassle-free. The pet park is an added bonus, making it so easy for my pups to get some fresh air and exercise without having to leave the building. It’s rare to find a community that combines such luxury with genuine warmth and hospitality.
scheduled tour to visit. was not marked in the tour schedule. person who showed the place was nice and knowledgeable but could show only 1 unit in 12min tour. after a week found that person had moved out. Then the nightmare to get in touch with the PM. multiple voice mails, emails, NO RESPONSE. Also, website only reflects what available now (which is none). No way to find out what may be available in 30 to 60 days (normal renewal notice window) from web or 0 response from email/calls! Try something else!!!
Just moved to AT580 and absolutely enjoy the central location and easy access to entertainment and restaurants. I am so impressed by the friendly office and maintenance staff for the excellent service, care and attention to detail.
If you like city life, the active lifestyle, the convenient location to restaurants, bars , theater and nightlife, then you might want to take a guided tour of AT580. Located on 6th Street between Main and Walnut it is central to everything downtown living has to offer. The streetcar platform located on 6th and Main takes you to O.T.R. with no need to drive and park your car. The building is newly renovated, the staff is friendly and helpful and the security is 24/7 with live attendants. Take the tour. You will not be disappointed. I wasn't.
We moved into AT580 a couple of months ago and love it! We were able to look at multiple floor plans and decide which we liked. The concierge contacted us when one became available and then we did the paperwork and then moved in. The move in process was easy and seamless. The concierge, made the process straight forward and helped arrange all of the deliveries and worked with the moving companies to make sure details were taken care of. The location is fantastic and the amenities in the building (Fitness room/club room/work station) are great. It is definitely the place to live in downtown Cincinnati!
We just renewed our lease for another year we love it here so much. The first thing I noticed that impressed me the most is how well the building is maintained - the hallways, the common areas and of course the apartments are all very well maintained. The smallest scuff or nick in the hallway and it seems like the next day it's fixed. Everything is always clean and smelling fresh. If you have a dog, they will love it here! It's so pet friendly and convenient with the private rooftop dog park. As a young woman I feel safe taking my dog out late at night alone because I don't even have to go on the street and there is 24 hour security in the lobby. The apartment is great - floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views, spacious closets, and very quiet - you cannot hear your neighbor through the walls at all. You're close to so many restaurants within walking distance and the street car less than a block away if you want to go to OTR. The staff is so friendly and helpful - everyone knows you so it's like one big family. It's like living in a fancy hotel with all your friends. It's the best.
My husband and I moved into @580 almost 4 years ago. We always wondered what it would be like to live downtown and my husband wanted to walk to work. I’m was nervous about the unknowns of living downtown. Boy, was I wrong!! Best decision we ever made! The staff @580 is second to none. They are very accommodating and very responsive. They make everyone feel at home! The apartments and the views of Cincinnati are breathtaking! We feel very lucky that we took a leap of faith and got to experience living downtown!! There’s no better place than @580!
Living At 580 is so wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and the views are amazing. The location in the center of downtown is the best, with everything within walking distance. The amenities are top notch! I have had parties in the gorgeous clubhouse and friends and family are always impressed by how perfect the room is. Chris and Jean Marie in the office go out of their way to make the residents feel at home. They are both extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. There are times when the residents are given tickets to concerts and events at US Bank Arena. The residents are amazing and friendly and come from a variety of backgrounds. I looked around at the other apartments in downtown and absolutely made the right choice by deciding to Live AT 580!
