Property Ratings at Atelier
I had such a wonderful experience during my time living at Atelier apartments. The apartment complex is beautiful with modern and upscale amenities. The rooftop jacuzzi and sky deck lounge were my absolute favorite!! The resort style pool and the theater room were also very nice. The complex was always clean, all of my Amazon packages were always stored safely, the front desk staff were always so welcoming and cheerful and the maintenance team responded quickly whenever I placed a service request. In regards to my unit, I loved the floor to ceiling windows, the spacious floor plan layout, the gorgeous bathroom with a dual vanity and huge resort style bathtub, the large led mirrors, the spacious walk-in closet, the upgraded appliances such as the large washer and dryer as well as the large refrigerator and I especially appreciated the thick walls that never let a peep in from any of my neighbors. I will truly miss living at Atelier and I’d definitely recommend atelier to anyone looking to live in DTLA Con: There are many transients “homeless” right outside the complex however this is common in most DTLA areas. The security guards sometimes patrol at night if they are not asleep in their cars. At the very least, I would have appreciated if the security guard on duty sat on the couches at the entrance to the building so they could be near just in case something were to happen at night. Although a fob is needed to enter the front door after hours, there are occasions where people who do not live in the complex attempt to enter in right after a resident has opened the door.
Studios do not have parking spaces! We park across the street at Eight and Grand

Atelier is a stunning apartment complex with fantastic amenities. The front desk staff to the leasing agents are amazing. Ashleigh or Ashlee was thoughtful, friendly and gave really thoughtful answers to all of my questions. Joseph the other front desk person was charming and knowledgeable. Will, from the leasing office was helpful, kind ( easy on the eyes) and really tried to accommodate my needs.

Beautiful community.
Atelier is one of the best buildings downtown, with the best amenties. The staff is first rate, always smiling and willing to help. The location is ideal being right across from Whole Foods and walking distance to the Bloc, Staples Center and much more. Finishing touches within the apartment are really done well, I've been living here almost a year and very happy with almost everything! No place is perfect, but Atelier is closest thing to perfection!
In my opinion the Atelier is one of the best in DTLA, the staff are all so lovely, Daniel and Steve at the front desk are incredible not to mention everyone else down there, Rose is lovely and so great at her job. The building is so beautiful and Id stay there if I wasnt working in Santa Monica Avery day. Thanks for everything.
This is THE place to be in dtla. Look at other buildings but here is where you want to reside. Fun staff, interesting and friendly people and amazing amenities.
Every part of becoming a tenant at Atelier has been wonderful. First, my leasing agent Michelle was spectacular! Then working with leasing management was a joy. They were incredibly accommodating with my move in and followed up with any and all questions I had upon arrival. Its a beautiful property and feels like living in a hotel!!
You can't beat the excellent luxury experience Atelier DTLA offers in Los Angeles!
Atelier is a great place to live, great amenities, very friendly staff, great location.
Out of the 8 high rise and 3 mid rise buildings in DTLA this one place captured everything we needed. They are also considerate as my wife is disabled and they were able to work out parking.
I have lived at Atelier for almost two years now. The location is great -- so many new restaurants popping up. Even a Tocaya and Starbucks in the building now! From the start, the leasing staff was exceptional. Michael helped me every step of the way in securing the perfect 1BR apartment for me. He is reliable, personable, and puts his clients first. After moving in, I really noticed how much of a staple he was to the building. He truly knows and makes an effort to not only know but form relationships with everyone in the building in a genuine manner. He is always more than willing to help you with anything you need and really brings the building tenants together. Michael will help make Atelier feel like HOME for you!

Alex in maintenance is a rockstar! I've lived in many apartment buildings and never had such great service from a member of the maintenance staff. He's a super friendly guy and I know if I ever have any issues it will be taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Keep up the good work, Alex!
The maintenance staff here is awesome! Especially Mike and Alex who go above and beyond to make sure every issue is thoroughly resolved in a timely manner. They'll even come by afterwards to make sure any questions are answered. Very professional and courteous. Josh, Daniel, and Michael from the leasing office are also great and make living at Atelier a better experience. Maintenance and other staff members mentioned above deserve 5 stars but I've experienced a variety of issues with the security desk, front office staff, and the regional property manger in the corporate office over the past year so being generous with the four stars.
I absolutely love living at Atelier. It has improved my quality of life in so many ways... a gorgeous building with great facilities, really friendly community and the Atelier team takes great care of me & my pup.
