Maintenance requests will never get done, you will wait months

This team have really did a great job with getting this place back on track. when is see Mr Boss Man and his Team Eric and D come in and keep that trash from being all over I give them A million thumbs up. An the maintenance is really starting to be a plus.

I've lived here for a while, just renewed my lease 2 months ago. I wish I never did that; the manager never gets out of her seat; assistant doesn't know what she is doing and upfront is someone new. The trash is everywhere, and for the price they are charging you can go up the street and pay maybe 200 more and actually get something luxury. It was getting better when the new year started, the complex was clean when the previous management was there. But now, looks so bad trash everywhere behind the dumpsters they have mattresses, I use to be happy to call this my home NOT anymore. I can't wait until my lease is up to move. Oh, almost forgot, maintenance stinks both hygiene wise and on the requests.

Please DO NOT Move in this roach infested place The staff is incompetent, lies to your face, they never return any of your phone calls. Manager will not even talk to you she is gone and leaves her leasing staff in the office to handle everything. My heat was out for the first few days i moved in February, also there were roaches everywhere and mildew in the dishwasher, My air went out over a month ago and Maintenace said it had a leak and needed to be replaced and here we are over a month later still nothing. I have talked to several neighbors, and they are having the same issues with the bugs and their HVAC systems. My apartment flooded two days ago and still no one has shown up to clean up the standing water. I've have called the cooperate office and code compliance today, worst service and management I've ever experienced,

My name is Michael and I have lived in these apartments for a year now and I have to say when Athena took over things started to improve. I have spoken with Hilda, Arijana, and Veonica who were all very helpful and thoughtful. The issue I had with my unit was handled in a quick timely manner and was resolved. I believe that with this new staff and the direction they are working to take this complex is amazing. Thank you, Hilda, Arijana, and Veronica, for what you are doing. Keep your hard work it is paying off.

Where do I even begin? Living at Cross Creek Ranch, we regularly dealt with neighbors engaging in verbal and physical arguments. This led to the involvement of law enforcement on several occasions. The noise of car radios at all hours disrupted our sleep schedules. Our neighbors' marijuana habit led to smoke seeping into our apartment at a strength that resulted in us chronically burning incense to drown out the stench. (Neither of us smoke legal or illegal substances.) The amenities (e.g., pool, gym, etc.) were not able to be used throughout the duration of our lease, but we received no rent reduction to compensate. The gates rarely worked. It often took several weeks, or even months, to get maintenance to solve issues. We renewed at a three-month lease due to purchasing a new home. Management told us that once our 60-day Notice to Vacate was received, we would not be held responsible for the remaining lease amount. Apparently, that was lie. It has been 10 months since we vacated our apartment. We were paid in full and in good standing at the time we vacated. However, we just received a notice that we were sent to collections by Cross Creek Ranch. They made no attempt to send us an invoice, despite being given our forwarding address, or retaining our email addresses and phone numbers. They simply sent us straight to collections after 10 months. Unbelievable! We are clearly fiscally responsible individuals, or else we would not have been able to purchase a new home... DO NOT DEAL WITH CROSS CREEK RANCH! I wish I had never moved there. I will warn everyone I meet not to move there.

Snakes, poor communication, loud neighbors, go up on rent every year…

The ac units dont keep the apartment cooler than "20" degrees than the temp outside. But my apartment has been 86 degrees for 2 weeks and they say there is nothing they can do to fix it. They will tow your car even if it is on the lease by "mistake" but do nothing to help with the 300$ you have to pay to get your car out. Management locks the office and wont answer emails or phone calls. Dont be fooled by move in specials..

Apartment enforce cable tv for $89 .block tv antenna signals there is a pandemic and they wont to add $89 for cable on top of rent is inconsiderate that too expensive when everyone dont need cable ..shame on you madera.

I moved in back in Fall 2017 and have had zero issues with my two bed two bath. I love that the area is nice, clean, and calm and that the Trinity Trails is right up the street. The new office staff is great-very helpful and makes sure you are taken care of. Maintenance is on top of things too! I would highly recommend this property.

Being a single mother I was worried about renting my first apartment. Its cool here. The staff is nice and respectful. They usually get things fixed fast. My apartment layout is big I liked that they had washer and dryer connections. Being my first six months I don't have a bad thing to say about my apartments.

I had to transfer here from Utah.. Yeah, not a fan of Utah.. anyway. An Apartment finder turned me onto the area. I chose Cross Creek because they allowed big dogs, I have 2. My 2 bedroom is perfect, my furry kids have tons of grassy space to play in and the neighbors are wonderful. Repair items get fixed really fast too.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The management is a joke,Not a single person in the office knows anything about running an apartment complex. It took 3 different times to get my lease agreement right and it is still messed up.I moved in because they bragged about a security gate and how safe the apartments are, the gates are all broken and instead of fixing them, they are spending money on painting the exterior of the apartments. If you complain to the staff you get ignored or straight up lied to. It is simple if you have to pick between here and the streets then make sure you get a good tent for your life on the streets because these apartments suck

This apartment complex is a joke and a sham. My fiancé and I moved in two years ago and they told us to let them know what they needed to fix. They still to this day have not fixed some of the things we asked them to fix. Since we have lived here we have seen the pool open once! Their "workout" center is a joke because almost all the equipment is broken. The management is unprofessional, we came home to a broken window, we finally had time to report it they told us that it was broken from the inside and that we did damage to the screen. Don't ever sign a lease here!

The pool has been closed since I went to fill out the application. The exterior lights have been out since I moved in. The only maintenance request that has been done was the Air conditioning. There's trash all over the dumpster area. Broken glass in the grass below the apartment next to me.

Huge floor plans,free covered parking from the Texas heat in summer and unpredictable winters, two pools. . .these are all things that sold me on this extremely affordable home in the popular Bryant Irvin area. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment are minutes away. Easy access to Chisolm Trail Expressway, 820, and I35. But best of all, neighbors are great. Super sweet staff, too.
