Everything is broken
They didn't install working heat tape, outside sockets don't work at all, pipes froze over and they stuck me with the bill, roach and mouse infestation, rusty nails and metal everywhere, potholes in excess of 4 inches deep, never responds to calls and never in the office.

This place is horrible
I used to live here and the place is so run down. The owners don't fix nothing, you literally have to fix it yourself. This place is a rip off trailers are falling apart and most of them are empty because they are not livable. Enter at your own risk

Don't waste you're time
Been here for years, New management doesn't take care of place at all. Literally a tree about to fall on my trailer, and on top of that most of my neighbors blare music or scream at each other. Mainly because they have more residents then are supposed to be leased in them. Don't waste the time trying to be nice and ask politely for them to turn anything down, Flint sadly doesn't work that way.
