Atlantic House is great so far. I just moved in and am enjoying the location in Midtown and the amenities of the apartment. The concierge is helpful and friendly, the only thing that doesn’t work quite as well is the response time of the leasing agents.

The location was fantastic, offering tons of activities nearby and a safe, secure feeling with the multi-vehicle parking garage. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. But the real star was the apartment itself. Spacious with breathtaking views, it was so comfortable we almost didn't want to leave! It provided the perfect escape for our weekend together. I had a few issues prior after I moved in, but some were my fault and management went above and beyond to help me. My leasing Jorden was great. The concierge are very nice and I like how ell kept and quiet the building is.

Had some hiccups during the application process. I didn't get the Approve Shield link in time to move in by my requested date. One of the reasons I decided on this residence was due to the $1500 move-in special, but I was told that it was no longer valid, despite having an email that stated I would qualify. However, people were nice and once approved, the lease signing process was easy.

Five stars for the apartment itself but lose a star for the leasing process. Over the phone it is nearly impossible to get a hold of the leasing staff, either no one will pick up or they will tell you to call back later and then you call at the specified time and everyone is busy. However, once you do get a hold of the leasing staff, they are super helpful and work with you to get the best deals available on the lease. The apartment itself is wonderful I've been living here for 4 months and I have no complaints. Centrally located by whole foods/the amazon return center and the marta stop as well. Two great pools, gym is meh but its the same as all the gyms in nearby apartments (perhaps a bit better).

So far I love the place. Very clean and not nosy most days. Would highly recommend for singles or young couples. Staff is always ready to help 24/7!

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in, hands down! The staff go above and beyond every day to make this building feel like home. The location is perfect and the amenities are amazing…especially the TWO rooftop pools.

Beautiful apartment with a great location that is next to many restaurants and bars in the midtown area. Pool and exercise space is also 10/10!

Great place to live, just a bit pricey for the area but the units are nice as advertised and management is good. Community is largely young professionals. Rooftop pools are a good time in the summer, with great views. Business center with coffee machine is a great perk.

All the staff members at the leasing office are kind, and they frequently organize events for the apartment residents. The facilities are well-maintained and kept clean. I have been living here happily for the past 3 years without any major inconveniences.
