Atlantic Pointe is the bomb! We love living here. Our apartement has so much storage , the layout is conducive to living in every inch of our home and the staff is terrifc. A big shout out to Jared, Byron and Kyle for making us feel so welcome in our new home.

Very very quiet everyone is respectful of each other the staff is amazing !! We also love that we can have our fur baby here with us already feels like home !!!

Almost completely moved in. I feel cozy and comfy. Had guests for Thanksgiving and they loved this apartment. Not only is the apartment comfortable but the location is special with walking distances to stores.

Nice community with updated amenities, lot's of available parking and dog friendly. The staff is also very friendly and helpful with any questions.

A wonderful place to live and a wonderful community. Everyone here is very friendly. We love all of the amenities. I would highly recommend living here to everyone.

The apartments are well built, I never hear any of my neighbors besides the occasional dishwasher above. The heaters work well in the cold and keep the floor nice and warm.

This has been a wonderful experience for me. Everyone has been very helpful and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The apartment is very spacious and homey! We had a couple of glitches with some of the helping assets but all worked out quickly and appreciated the promptness in coming out to help

This has been one of the easiest renting experiences I’ve had. Byron and Jared are great to work with and are happy to help with anything you need. Comfortable apartments and great people!

Every time you need something staff is always there with a smile and positive attitude ready to help. I highly recommend living at Atlantic pointe. Staff are kind, friendly, extremely helpful and amazing at their jobs. I have been feeling safe and welcome since the day I moved here back in march. If you’re looking for a nice, friendly, quiet, pet friendly place to live come on down to the Leasing office and come rent with us. Community is full of happy, friendly, kind, supportive people all around. I’m so happy to call Atlantic pointe my home we are all truly one big happy family here.

Everything has been great and everyone is so nice! The apartments are beautiful. The location is perfect with tons of shopping & places to go!

I love my new apartment! The location is very convenient with groceries and some restaurants in easy walking distance. The onsite staff is excellent - both friendly and helpful!

The property management trio here are abundantly accommodating. There is not an issue I could bring up, they wouldn’t solve. They made applying easy; they made moving in easy; they made renting easy. Extremely accessible and friendly!

It's a lovely place. I love how helpful the managers and maintenance staff are. The amenities like the playground, fitness room and package delivery room are great. Onl my 2nd week living here and I love it. And it's right in the middle of cooks corner in Brunswick so there's plenty of places to shop and eat.

Some stuff still hasent been yet. Washer and dryer wernt hook up when i moved In. The fan and light in the bathroom are not how they should be.

I love how peaceful it is here. The walls are thick enough to only hear your neighbors when they're yelling. The elevator is convenient and I love all the dogs here.

The community is quiet and there is plenty of parking. People are smiling and saying hello. Nice. Also, I like the security systems to the building as well as the apartment. I'm in the process of moving in and when I'm settle in I'm sure everything will be fine.

Atlantic pointe has been so kind and helpful… Jared and Byron in the leasing office have been a cut above the rest.. they actually answer the phone, call back and send important info very fast…. No ai !!!!

Beautiful place to live. The leasing office is amazing and we’ve received all the help we need throughout our moving experience. This was new to all of us and they’re been extremely accommodating and friendly!

The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is clean and safe. On the other hand, the area where it is located is full of restaurants and stores that make the area very cozy.

The staff were extremely friendly and personable. And my new neighbors were very friendly as well. A great experience so far for my first day. I look forward to see whats in store for the future!

Very pleasant easy move in. Am enjoying getting to know the area. Years ago I lived in Harpswell so it feels like coming home to a neighborhood again. I have lots of friends in the area and much if the volunteer work I do is here.

I love this place, it’s very welcoming. All the staff are so nice, extremely helpful and friendly. Always welcome us to leasing office even if it’s just to hang out. Always got a smile on their faces. Help is 24/7 and the buildings are always locked up which I love for safety reasons. The other residents are also very nice and friendly, it’s like we are all family here well because we are all neighbors. Here for the same reason. Thank you Atlantic pointe. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to rent

The apartment is very nice and cozy. There has been a few bumps to work out because it is a new apartment, but the maintenance team has been very helpful!!

Neighboring residents are friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall experience to date has been great! Maintenance has been helpful and responding in a timely manner and has been helpful.

I'm still very new to Atlantic Pointe but can say I was very impressed with how clear and comprehensive the welcome packet was and the entire move in process. I have also felt welcomed by both the staff and the other residents here.

Very thankful how hard the staff worked so that I could move in on a very short notice. Even with so much going on even Robert from Maintenance jumped in when the office was closed so that we could still tour an empty apartment. Great staff!!!

The staff do a great job of listening and helping with anything that comes up. Residents are friendly and helpful. The apartment is layed out perfectly and everything works well.

Beautiful place to live…apartment is spacious and amenities are wonderful. Centrally located to downtown Brunswick and main roads and very quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, still working out a few kinks in the apartment building. I am renting a one bedroom and it feels very spacious and well thought out.

Clean, roomy and well laid out. Great location and close to all we need with grocery shopping and downtown in close proximity. Highly recommend Atlantic Pointe for rentals in Brunswick area.

I am very happy living here at Atlantic Pointe and so is my cat! The apartment is beautiful and the grounds are immaculate. The management is very responsive, professional and helpful. I especially enjoy being close to shopping and other necessary services. I give Atlantic Pointe a solid 10/10!
