Atlantis Cove

Atlantis Cove is a great place to rent. The leasing process was easy, and the staff is very welcoming. Michelle, the manager, was super helpful and always accessible, making my moving process so easy! The apartment was very neat, and the community is very peaceful.

Living here has been a wonderful experience. Management is never hesitant and very quick on her feet, and the Maintenance crew has never failed me. This is a very family friendly environment.

Let's just say, when the new owners took over NOTHING gets fixed on time or at all at most times. Read the many other Reviews of the other properties they manage. Look up Weller Residential! That's all you need to do! Good Luck!

Atlantis Cove is clean, affordable, and safe for anyone looking for housing on a budget near the ocean. The apartments are the perfect amount of space; spacious kitchens with lots of storage, large in unit laundry room, and relaxing patios/balconies to hang out on a warm summer night. Barbara and the maintenance team are more than accommodating. She goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and is super responsive!

The complex is clean, and well kept. The staff is courteous and friendly. The property manager is firm, but fair, while keeping the tenants happy.

I just moved in during the middle of the Pandemic and I couldnt be more proud of my choice to move into Atlantis Cove. I have a very peaceful downstairs apt with great neighbors. There are dog stations with bags and waste cans for everyone to use when walking their dogs. There is a large dog park and a small dog park that is great to just let your dog run and play without fear of them getting into the street. The manager Barbara, is on top of things immediately as well as maintenance!!! I love walking out my door and seeing the fountain in the middle of the pond and at night I can open my curtains and see the fountain lit up and it is amazingly beautiful and minutes from the beach, shopping, schools and everything!!!! Great Community and I plan to be there for a long time.

I have been living here for years, and it has been great! I feel so lucky and blessed to call Atlantis cove my home! The staff is amazing, and the property manager is so helpful. So thankful for Barbra and all she does. She goes out of her way to make Atlantis cove the best it can be! The pool is wonderful, the gym and the dog park make it even better! This is a very safe place and incredibly beautiful.

I have been living here for 6 years and it has been such a wonderful place. It’s so clean and calm, a gem in fort pierce. Also the property manager is incredible, she is so understanding and sweet just adds to the pros of living here. Perfect place to raise a family or stay while going to IRSC which is right near by! Over all 10/10

Atlantis cove is the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. With maintenance responding to our work orders in a timely manner and the property manager Mrs. Barbara staying on top of everything, it’s great. Everyone is so polite as well! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a one or two bedroom.

Grounds are always kept clean. Repairs are done in a timely manner. When I stop by the office I am greeted by my name. Property manager, Barbara is friendly, she is a good listener, and she is eager to help others. This is a good place to call home. Keep up the good work!!

The apartments are nice and quiet which is what I wanted and have been looking for. Barbra was very helpful with the lease and answered all my questions and made it very easy. Overall it has been a great experience!

I have lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease. The lease renewal process was so easy! Property Manager Barbara is top notch! She is supportive, always willing to help and keeps her word. Barbara genuinely cares about our happiness and that is one of the main reasons why it is so great to live here. Freddy is super friendly and is always on top of the maintenance issues. The grounds are always well kept and the pool is magnificent! This is a great place to live.

Wow Wow Wow The customer service at Atlantis cove is amazing. The property manager Barbara made sure to go over all the bells and whistles with me with a smile no matter how many times I had to have her repeat things. She is always available and answer questions in a timely manner! This by far has to be the best property manager I have met at a property! I've been here since December 2011. There have been ups and downs, but the new property manager we have now is top notch. Every day sees something new or something fixed, and more plans to come. It is starting to feel like home again...and at amazing rates.

From the very first conversation Barb and I had, the experience with Atlantis Cove has been fantastic! Barb is the property manager, she went above and beyond when I called about the property. She took time to talk to me, walked me thru the process step by step and kept me updated. She genuinely cared about my family's needs, and she continues to go above and beyond each and every time I have spoken to her. The apartment was fully renovated and is very nice. New appliances and cabinets are a spectacular feature, the full size washer and dryer are a huge bonus! Maintnance staff are quick to respond. I called and left a message about a concern in the evening and they came first thing the next morning. The two gentlemen always say hello, hold doors and are very pleasant and professional. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the community is peaceful and quiet, but the staff make this community 6 stars!!!!

If you're looking for an apartment that is well run, clean, quiet and will work with you without question, look no further. This place truly is a small slice of oasis from hectic everyday life. The staff is very nice and incredibly dedicated to making your living experience as good as they possibly can, 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking for a place worth coming home to.

I recently moved out of Atlantis Cove after living there for three years. In all that time I never had a problem that was not corrected almost immediately. Most times a maintenance issue was done the same day. I was there for 2 managers and both were friendly, outgoing and could answer any question I asked. If the didn't know it. They would find out. The new manager Sandy is funny and very caring about us. The only reason I left was because I am getting married. Freddy and the other maintenance man were always there to lend a hand, even if it was just to take the trash out or bring the groceries in. They are a great group of people who I will miss.

You won't find anything like it in Ft Pierce. We have been here for two years and compared to the amenities we have that are included versus Others, its Ft Pierce best kept secret.We can not complain. Everyone here works hard and likes to come home and relax w/o the drama you find other places. Also,the neighbors are pretty friendly and it is very clean with weekly grounds maintenance. I gave four stars only because we can never catch up with the office manager when we get off.

In the slew of bad places to live in fort Pierce, this one is pretty cozy. It has a pool, dog park, tennis court and an exercise "center." (I use center losely because its a room). The only downside is the walls aren't thick, so it can get a little noisy occasionally, but neighbors aren't loud so its never a huge problem.
