It’s a nice quite place to live. Nice apartments. Great customer service in the office. They’ll help you with any information you need to know. I recommend this complex to anyone looking to move in

Thanks so much for your recommendation of Forestwood Apartments! We greatly appreciate your kind words as the satisfaction of our residents is our top priority. Never hesitate to reach out if you have any further feedback!
DON’T MOVE HERE! I’m a current renter here, since 2019. Can’t wait to move out! It was fine at first until loud renters moved into my building. Called courtesy cop and the police and nothing was done. Courtesy office stopped answering my calls and stopped returning calls. Another renter throws cigarettes (and Black & Milds) out of there door, some cigarettes butts can be found on the stairs. The rent goes up at the renewal of your lease ($50 - $100). The parking lot floods when it rains. The flooding caused a rental car to be totaled by my insurance. The gate is always open or broken, which was one of main factors of deciding to choose this place. They started making tenants pay half of the water bill. They say they’re under new management but just now telling me that their’s an “amenity” fee of $50 to cover pest control, maintenance, etc. There are lot of empty apartments, I’ve seen a lot of them move out. They are upgrading hence the construction. They are making it look good to fool the unsuspecting potential tenants. I already know that they will respond this review saying it’s unfortunate that I had a experience, etc or something to that effect. But I warn you to not move here!

Thanks for sharing your concerns. While we appreciate all feedback, our team is disappointed to hear that you are not planning on continuing your stay with us. We can assure you that our team is doing everything we can to provide beautiful homes in a stellar community, however, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. You’ll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for additional charges such as Common Area Maintenance fees to slightly increase the overall monthly cost of renting a home. While we understand that added fees can be frustrating, this charge goes towards the maintenance of our community and its overall quality for all to enjoy. That being said, we'd love nothing more than to improve your impression of our community and leasing team, and we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can better address your concerns. Thank you.
Rachet apartments. Construction as early as 7 am with no concern of other residents. Roach infested. Rude manager who make up her own rules and open and closes office whenever she wants. Won’t let me move out on my LEASE END DATE because I didn’t give a 60 day notice but sent me a letter saying I couldn’t RENEW IN THE FIRST PLACE MONTHS AGO. Flood EVERYTIME it rains. Ceiling leaks. Roaches crawling out vents

It's upsetting to see this perception of our community as we pride ourselves on offering top-notch living experiences. We do take a number of factors into consideration when deciding on renewals and we’re sorry that things did not work out at this time. Even in the case of nonrenewals, we do require a 60-day notice for move-out. Due to the nature of your concerns, we believe it would be best to discuss this situation offline and encourage you to call or email the office.
I don’t really recommend moving here in general, but WARNING, at LEAST don’t move in here until 2024. They are doing property wide construction that is set to last months, it is LOUD here and they are letting the construction companies violate the noise regulations stated in the lease. I can’t sleep past 7am on any day of the week, I can’t focus on work, and sometimes I can’t even hear my phone calls. If you have a baby they will not sleep. If you plan on being home during the day at all you will lose your mind. They have stated there is nothing they can do about this or compensate me for this.

Hi there. Our office staff and maintenance team have always worked hard to take care of our residents. We adhere to requests in a timely manner, follow the quiet hours policy with residents, and strive to have the best curb appeal for our community. Although these projects can cause some frustration or inconvenience, we are very fortunate to have renovations taking place. We would love to offer a transfer to one of our sister properties where renovations aren't taking place. Please reach out to the office directly.
Forestwood Apartments is really close to my new job, and so I could start asap, I signed my lease and moved in June '22, a few weeks after getting my quote. So far I really adore the place. My wife and I brought our two cats to a single bedroom apartment and its very spacious. It has skylights by the living area and a cozy kitchen with an IN UNIT washer dryer. I did have to report an issue with my dishwasher, but maintenance came by the next day and fixed it really quickly. All the staff, including my agent Christi are upbeat and wonderful to work with. The area is peaceful and the gates are an added comfort. The pool is really fun but there's also a gym and sauna. This is my first apartment so I only have dorms to compare this to, but I think I picked the best option of all the others I looked at in the area. My cats and I are excited to stay for as long as possible.

The managers here are great and everyone here is nice despite what you may hear or see online. I've lived her for about 4 months and it's been great. The only problems are things they cant exactly control. For example, my cox internet that wasn't hooked up until 3 weeks in and the apartment gate breaks a lot but it's not exactly their fault but it does suck. Besides that it's been great :)

I rate businesses on how they handle difficult and chalenging situations, especially when their policies and employees fall short of providing quality service. !!!!Do not live here long term, month to month is best. It's affordable but the hassle they'll put throw is not worth it and may possibly end up paying just as much for a better place. I have been here a year. They make living at forest wood a hassle, - limited storage - thin walls, can hear every step if you are downstairs - enforces new policies at their leisure, - gates are always broken, i have never used my gate code not once didn't need it - parking lot floods every-time it rains, everyone parks their car on the curb - website to pay rent is an extra 25 (went up 5 dollars), - website doesn't work and they will still charge you late fees. - pay rent a dollar short by accident they won't take the "partial payment" and charge you an extra 50 bucks, even if their website isn't working. The only positive is maintenance comes the same day which is good bc you will definitely have to call them just about everything breaks.
the day I took ownership, nothing was ready the apartment was supposed to had been make ready and it wasnt, maintenance here is terrible. from the day I moved in November 20th, something has always broken. when it rains outside, the roof leak. they still have yet to fix my roof going on 2 in a half months. garbage disposal always broken. I had my fan on, in my room it glass shattered all over the room because the fan wasn't properly fixed. he had to come back twice. I could go on and on. if you're looking for a peaceful place 5 stars, if you're looking for anything to be fixed.... 0 oh. my whole apartment complex basically moved out because of the A/C unit doesn't work. plus it is summer. they want rent on time, but can't seem to get anything fixed. I wouldn't recommend Forestwood to anyone.
