Short Review: Absolutely awful do not live here, if you want to know why keep reading Long Review: This place is one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever seen in my entire life. I can go on for paragraphs about how truly bad this place is, but ill try to sum it up. The maintenance is not existent at all. Requested multiple times for things to be fixed since the day I moved in, and was always met by them saying they fixed it when they really didn't or just being ignored. The front office staff, incredibly rude anytime you ever need their help. Some of the "amenities" include a gym that's the size of a shed and 2 pools, one of which spent more time being green with algae than blue. The best thing this complex has going for it is the area, close to Full Sail and UCF. As someone who went to Full Sail during my time at this complex, I would not recommend this apartment at all. The price is not good for what you are getting and there is plenty of other apartments around the area that are much more worth while. I implore you to please look around the area before you ever decide to stay here.

My unit has been without working oven since Thanksgiving. I have gone to the management office in person, sent emails, made phone calls and sent letters to no avail. They do not care about their tenets and I do not want anyone else having this experience. No one should be treated in this manner.
Domonique and her staff the Park At Napoli are fantastic. They all make it a great live. My wife and I are so happy to be here.
The playground is about to fall apart. Doesn't even match the picture, half of the playground is tore down. When we first moved here (2 years ago) we were excited to have a hot tub, but it has never worked, always full of debri and I'm sure bacteria as well. Its disgusting. Half the machines in the fitness room are broke. A.C units are always going out. The gates are always broke. Pot holes are a norm in the parking lots so they just throw orange cones in them so you won't jack up your car. There's always nails in the parking lots so don't be surprised when you have a flat tire. No one picks up their dog poop....ever, even at the tennis court there is poop in every corner. I could go on and on about how horrible this apartment complex is but I'm sure you get the point.
Now, no management company is perfect - sometimes they are slow answering maintenance requests, they can be hard to get ahold of, and some aspects of the apartments don't seem like they are built/repaired to last. But I will tell you that I once needed help moving a piece of furniture from my car into my apartment, so I called the office to see if they had someone working on site that could come help me. They didn't have anyone who was already there so the woman working the front desk walked down to my apartment to help me! They were helpful and considerate and I was so amazed that she would do that without a second thought! The apartment complex feels safe, it's not loud, and I haven't had any serious issues with the apartment. So from my experience thus far, it's an okay place to live.
The Park at Napoli, formerly known as Hunter's Ridge, has been the place I have called home going on 3 years now. I'm enjoying living here more than I have at any point up until now and am a little sad I'll most likely be moving on for a change of scenery. I used to work as a courier and have been to hundreds of complexes in central Florida and I must say this one is easily one of the quietest and cleanest I have ever been to. The gates are a nice touch, just keep your head up since people sometimes choose to come out of them going the wrong way. The other residents I have met are usually friendly or just keep to themselves. I think people who enjoy more of a quiet living lean towards this place. Also a lack of valet trash is nice, so people don't leave tons of garbage all over, and dumpsters are in abundance and emptied frequently. To each their own of course. Yes, the staff has changed frequently in both the office and maintenance, but the current one has been up to par with the expectations I have had. I'm pleased to see the newsletter make it's return, well written and interesting, as well as the occasional social event here and there. All of the construction has been completed a while ago too, along with the fitness center (pretty small, to keep it real). All of the construction had come to a close a few months back and the call box has recently been updated as well too. Good luck in your apt hunt! - C
Great customer service, good community and you will love living here.
The location has a target , moes , subway and other stores across the street, and some in a reasonable radius making it very convenient to stay at especially for a college student. Only little issue is some problems with the internet connection having weird issues which get fixed but return.
Hunter's Ridge owners were much better than the new owners that came with the new name The Park At Napoli. Air conditioning units break once a month & there is a fire every other month. Rent goes way up as new owners came, that's the thing that makes us the most mad! I am a 10 year resident and believe me this place USE to be wonderful! Unless they change drastically I would NOT recommend anyone to move in!
We have lived at the Park at Napolis since October, 2015 when the new management started. Honestly, we have nothing to complain about it. The apartment plans for its price are reasonable. The location is relatively convenient to anywhere. The staffs are very nice. Especially, the complex Director, Ms. Cash is very pleasant and professional. She handles residential issues in a timely and professional manner to our satisfaction. She listens to the residents at complex very well. Under her leadership, the maintenance staffs act quickly and efficiently to resolve our maintenance issues. Cooper residence
I am surprised to see such horrible reviews. We have lived here for the past 6 months and so far so good. The mgt is very nice and helpful. They have never given anyone in my family any attitude. We have questions and they answer. They are always smiling and happy. If something in my apt is broken, they come right away to fix it. The people here are all very nice. The only one complaint is that the residents that have large dogs don't think they have to pick up behind them and there is no excuse for that since there are garbage bins with bags posted everywhere. That is just laziness on the residents part. Other than that, we all live peacefully and happily with no complaints. I am truly surprised at everything I have read that is negative. I hope that everyone gets their issues resolved and I hope that the new mgt lives up to the excellence they want to provide and not just think of money.
My boyfriend and I moved in when the complex was still called Hunter's Ridge, it was a little shabby, but all in all a great place to live, especially for the price. Once the new management came in everything went downhill. Apart from never fixing ANYTHING, they're downright rude and will try to get money from you any chance they get. They notified the residents that the rent would be increasing significantly. I thought this was ridiculous considering the condition of our apartment, but apparently a few exterior renovations makes the price justifiable. Long story short, the management company only cares about luring you in and then doesn't care about you once you're a resident. For the same price you can definitely find a much better, even nicer place to stay in the area, which is exactly what we did.
My wife and I moved in when it was Hunter's Ridge and loved the friendly staff, and the ease of apartment life (maintenance requests were completed on time, communication between office and tenant was good etc.). However, about 4 months (April 2015) into our time at Hunter's Ridge, management was changed. The biggest downside to this transition has been the extremely unprofessional communication. Since the change, we've been notified of rent changes or apartment reminders (ex. we will be painting your buildings on this date, please move your cars) by pieces of paper with a hastilly typed paper taped to our door (email?), when we bring up problems or requests all responsibility is deflected, and maintenance requests are handled with no notification if the job has been processed or completed, and the staff has no idea what phone etiquette is. When you choose to live in an apartment, you expect that you don't need to worry about maintenance or simple requests, because you assume they're included in the cost. You also expect, when you pay upwards of $900/month, that the management will at least attempt to help solve problems or look our for their customers, but not here. Maybe my expectations are too high, and if you can deal with that, this place is a fine spot to live with a great location.
My daughter is a student living there . At first things werw goid till the change. They are making superficial changes not concebtrating on important things like changing light bulbs outside plus there is little to no lighting in the front which to me is important since alot of the students bike and or walk ti full sail.recently my daughter's air conditioning broke she put in a worj request which was not answered at all tilk she took further action she had noi ac for almost 3 days. They since privided a portable ac which isnt working that well. It has been over 2 weeks and still no repairs done.I am beyond aggrevated and having trouble with this.very very poor management.
I have lived here for over 3 years & have been in 3 different units. Since it has changed management, I have lived with a hole in my kitchen ceiling for a month before it was fixed, the washer & dryer I pay extra for is ancient, and management is never available. They are too busy making superficial changes to collect developer fees to worry about the satisfaction of their residents. Oh, they also allow roam towing, so make sure you keep an eye on your vehicle.
I am a 10 year resident of Hunters Ridge (Now know as Park at Napoli). Ever since the change in management, the quality of apartment life has drastically dropped. There is construction going on (which i understand), but it has lead to potholes rampant throughout the complex which have not been fixed in months. 2 of the washing machines and 1 of the dryers that are for resident use have been "temporarily" out of order for almost 4 months. Maintenance calls go unanswered. And the staff is just downright rude. On several occasions I have had staff tell me that something will be fixed before the weekend, then it is not fixed until midway through the next week, and when confronting the staff about the time difference I am told that I just "heard it wrong". Living in an apartment, I expect there to be inconveniences when compared to living in a house. However, the level of disrespect, lack of care for the complex, and lack of care for the residents has me eagerly awaiting the end of my lease. Though this complex has a good location, you can do so much better for your money.
Lived in the Park at Napoli, formerly Hunter's Ridge, for two years now. Any maintenance problems are fixed almost immediately. New management is renovating all the apartments, so new is good. Office staff is always helpful and super friendly. Moving after lease is up due to work being farther away, but would stay longer.
The best deal for the number of rooms. Maintenence is done in timely manner. Small quaint place. Walking distance from publix, windixie, target, Moes, starbucks, a gas station. Allows pets. Kitchens in some units are old but functional. Clean. Good size bedrooms and walkin closets. Nothing is perfect, but this place is very good and the staff is very friendly. They always try their best to help.
