I highly recommend Atley on the Greenway Apartments for ANYONE looking for an apartment, whether you are solo, have a family, or a pet! There are so many amenities that when I get bored at home, all I have to do is go downstairs and I have the option of sitting by the fireplace outside, watch TV by the fireplace, the 24 hour gym, the public kitchen and lounge area, or simply take a walk around the area. It’s gated and you always feel safe. There is a dog park inside the community so this is a huge plus for anyone with a dog(s). The staff are so helpful and answered any question we had during our move here. Thank you for welcoming me and my family to the Atley family!

safe,beautiful,maintenance is responding fast . the only issue is no enough parking for visitors . even the residents parking are too close to each other. other than that we enjoyed living in this complex .

I've enjoyed living at Atley for 3 years now. The community is really nice, the amenities such as the shared grill areas are a real bonus. I love coming home from a long day at work and getting out some burgers or steaks and going outside to grill and enjoy a meal on the patio. My fiance and I LOVE our apartment and the community is so much nicer then where we used to live.

Beautiful property & nice amenities however still so many issues, ie not enough parking for residents let alone visitors (by design), cheap building materials, noisy, gates always broken (they serve no purpose at all), so many additional fees, (admin fee, pest control, trash compactor (but you still have to put your own trash in) & the trash area which is always nasty. Then when you move out don't expect much of your initial deposit because there's such a thing as "carpet depreciation", which makes no sense at all nor do I believe is legal according to the state of VA. So the question was asked so if you don't put up a deposit do you get billed? My thoughts they only apply the carpet deprecated fee if you put up a deposit so they can take the $ in the end when you move out. Then you have no recourse, how frustrating & deceitful. My carpet was impeccable (no pets) as I consistently vacuumed & shampooed the carpet all of the (4) years I was a resident but there's bound to be normal wear & tear. I even took photos & video to prove no damage to the carpet but it didn’t matter because my concerns fell to deaf ears to the property management.

We were very surprised and saddened to see this review as up until the day you turned in keys you spoke very highly of your experience at Atley. Even expressing the day you turned in keys that you were sad to move. We do not charge all residents at move out for a depreciation carpet cost. This only occurs when we have to replace carpet. In addition, we only replace carpet after our carpet cleaning company assesses the carpet and is unable to clean it. In your particular case, your carpet value was depreciated four years after we had to replace it and the cost billed back to you was very minimal compared to the cost we paid for the replacement. I emailed you back several times with an explanation and at no time did your concern fall on deaf ears. . I am available if you would still like to discuss the carpet charges or any other concerns.
The Atley apartments were clean, kept neat and tidy. I was always greeted warmly at the office. I felt like my questions were important to the employees. They seem to try their best to make sure I was satisfied. Overall I would recommend the apartments to anyone looking.

Parking at the atley is horrendous if u have more than one person with a car. Forget about even having company!!! According to the complex, guest should park in the nearest shopping center; which is across a major road in Ashburn. Also, God forbid if u need to break your lease, there rules and fees are ridiculous even iif u have less than two months remaining to your lease. Other than that the Apartment itself is beautiful, so is the community, minus the cars parked every which way because there is not enough parking for residents.
Atley on the greenway is a great location. Its right next to giant, Panera, and chipotle just to name a few. The staff is friendly and courteous with any questions you have. I have been living here for almost 2 years and never had any complaints.
Atley on the Green is a place where you feel like your living on a resort, conveniently next to the toll road and 10 mins away from some of the best restaurants. I recommend Atley on the Greenway to anyone who is looking to relocate to the Ashburn area.
