Communication is poor. Building 90 is not maintained properly. Old appliances. A lot of noise. Marijuana smell is in the Building & in the garage/ car park sometimes. Reduced services like security, apps, business center, etc. .

The apartment units are nice, but the building is not well maintained and not well managed. Renters pay for amenities to at least be functional, but Atmark fails to provide the bare minimum. Examples: 1) There was a SEWAGE LEAK in the garage for WEEKS, Atmark didn't warn residents or block off the unsanitary areas. 2) Atmark marketed common area improvements over a year ago, but then quietly removed publications of changes. No minor/major improvements have been made since. 3) Windows have bad draft requiring insulation wraps. Not energy efficient. 4) Courtyard Fire pits have not worked for YEARS. Maintenance requests have been declined. 5) The Movie theater doesn't work and has not had connectivity for YEARS. It's not usable. Maintenance requests have been declined. 6) Gym TV has not worked for YEARS. Maintenance requests have been declined. 7) in the Gym, 3 of 4 treadmills and multiple machines have been out of service for WEEKS with no timeline to fix.

The quality of the apartment is far below the cost of rent. There is very little storage space in the apartment, the floors are scratched, the carpet is stained, the appliances are low quality (there’s rust in my dishwasher) there is no light in the bedroom or living room and their only suggestion is to buy stick on rechargeable lights from Amazon which are not even that bright(I want to reiterate that there is literally no light , it doesn’t exist, it’s not just that it is low lighting — they capped the hole in the ceiling where a light/fan should go so the bedroom is incredibly dark and stuffy) etc. it is clear that very little thought went into designing these apartments and the only motivation was making as much money as possible. The ADA compliant door in the garage is broken which makes getting in and out very difficult. The staff are very nice which is the only redeeming factor. Overall I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

I have just signed a lease at Atmark. Of all the apartments in the area that i have toured at, this place (and the staff) have been helpful, attentive, and professional. The apartment is also accessible to my work, restaurants, groceries and parks.

I plan to move due to renovations. Also the first 3 months here was not pleasant however this was due to management I believe. Also some of the maintenance staff might need to be re trained on proper work ethics and how maintenance should be done. Mr. Jonathan is a great Maintenance supervisor, he has done a great job, also Mr. Gilbert always did outstanding work also!

I’ve had a great experience with Atmark! The layouts are very spacious, the amenities are great, and the management/ leasing staff are exceptional! They were all very friendly and helpful.

Simply the worst customer service of any organization I have ever dealt with for any business ever. Basically ignore phone calls and emails. Don’t care about tenants at all. Inept, slow and unresponsive on virtually the most basic items. Run the other way and don’t even think about renting from this horrible property management organization.

I love living here it's very quiet and everything keeps to themselves not run in the office telling on people like my other building.... What a big difference between living here and living there.... I never been so happy!!!

Atmark has made finding my first apartment after moving out of college really easy! I only toured one property and immediately fell in love! From helpful staff to an easy application process, and even help while moving in, Atmark has been amazing.

I have been living here almost a year and I’m not really pleased with the maintenance department and especially the new management that took over. It seems this complex went downhill once the new management came in. Maintenance is not responsive and takes awhile for repairs. There is no follow up from them to keep us updated. Communication just sucks here, but management is so good at sending out emails every other day enforcing complex policies. Front desk staff are not informative. Instead of finding the right answer they just give us the run around. What will forever stick to me is on move in day the apartment wasn’t even ready. There was paint, dust, carpet was stained upon move in. Very disorganized. Would not recommend this place to future residents.

Management company failed to inspect my unit properly, causing me to live with a gas leak for 3+ months (I reported a smell as soon as I stepped in to the apartment for the first time). They finally fixed the gas leak after failing to identify it 3 times (all credit to the maintenance team). However when I wanted to break my lease because of this, they refused to offer a concession of any sort and didn't so much as apologize for their mistake. They also ignored every single email I sent and made it extremely difficult to have any sort of real conversation with them. The new management company also started charging for things like guest parking, which was free under the previous management, even though we already pay $200/month for our own parking. Certain amenities like the main courtyard and pool are closed at least 9 months out of the year. Overall this place is very overpriced and not worth it for what you actually get.

Hello! I am saddened to see your 1-star review of our community but appreciate the feedback. Please note, we take gas leaks very seriously and those should be addressed with EverSource, our gas provider for the building, or by calling 911. Although parking is paid for by residents that opt to rent garage spaces, we cannot offer unlimited guest parking also in our garage and do need to charge for those spots overnight. Please note, there is complimentary street parking available and metered spots available immediately out front from the building. I apologize that the outdoor pool is closed for a majority of the year- we are at the mercy of New England weather and cannot operate an outdoor pool in the winter months. New management has taken away all the things that were great about Atmark and flushed it down the toilet, leaving you with a decent looking apartment with floors that are super hard to clean. They don’t care about the community. It was wildly over priced before but now you’d just be wasting your money.

Living at Atmark Cambridge has exceeded expectations. The pool area and grill areas in the summer are incredible. Would strongly recommend. Additionally, the proximity to grocery stores, retail stores, restaurants and public transportation are all within walking distance."

Atmark is a great place to live in, there are a lot of facilities that can be used here, pool, grill, gym, sky lounge etc.. strongly recommend to share your time with friends and family here!

We have lived at Atmark for a little over 4 years. When we joined, the team and facilities were phenomenal. Now the team is sufficient and the facilities are ok. More details below, but to summarize, if the location is great for you/your family and the cost isn't an issue Atmark is a nice place to live- just go in with medium expectations. Over the four years the staff turn over has been constant (it feels like they're using Atmark as a training ground to then send great staff to other locations). I used to know almost everyone- now I know no one at the front office. The current staff answer questions, but often I'm greeted with a look of "I'm busy right now, what do you need?" when I used to be greeted with a look of "Hey! How are you?". Since they are also so new, and I am not, I often also know more than they do ... which is awkward at times when I have to correct statements they make that are false. The facilities are run down and break often. The facility we use most is the elevator. This is a silly one to name, but I have small children so the elevator justifies the cost of the apartment to our family. In the past 6 months the elevator has been broken 3 times, taking 2-3 weeks each time to fix. The staff addresses it, but the inconvenience is real and there is little done to compensate the inconvenience or really even empathize with it. Again, when I've asked about updates the tone I'm met with is often one of "Yes we know- it's going to be fix eventually." The maintenance team is phenomenal. I have never had such a quick and talented maintenance team in an apartment I've lived. The shuttle is also great and easy to use.

I love living here. Its beautiful, lots of facilities, pool, pool table, launge, skylounge, concierge, shuttles, close to stores. modern and clean.
This is a great building, great unit, great people. This building is why America is such a great country. Brand Bellflower has inspired our startup to better advertise companies like this!!! Also, The pool is great!
