This place is terrible. Don’t ever make the mistake of renting here. The assistant manager will tell you whatever you want to hear, but then will not keep her word. They are terribly rude in the front office and have no respect for customers or customer service. Truly heartless people. Don’t trust these people for a second.

I absolutely love living on this side of town. The property is gated and my apartment is so cozy. I had to move last minute and Madison was able to quickly assist with everything I needed. My dog and I feel at home already :)

These apartments are great. They are well arranged and spacious with an open concept. The appliances are stainless steel and of good quality. They are also furnished with washer and dryers. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The ammenities are great. The maintenance staff is great. Whenever I have needed something done, they are very promt to do it. They go above and beyond and are very helpful to me in every way. I have been here since 2015 and really hope I never have to move. It's home to me. I was lucky enough to move here when they were new.

Upstairs Neighbors are loud, so loud in fact that our light fixture over our dining room table fell. Whitney does nothing, except reminding us that we have people living above us and have to accept the noise. She actually suggested that we transfer to another apartment or we could terminate our lease early. This is a big party pad of an apartment complex. Definitely in no way is it luxury. Above us is a family of 7 including 5 children. That is on the 3rd floor. Why would you put that big of a family on the 3rd floor?!?!

I'm not sure what the all this scuttlebutt is about Atria being a bad place to live. I've lived here going on 6-years. I know the staff, including maintenance and office, are very caring and are concerned for the tenants safety and well-being. They are quick to resolve any issues I may have. Whitney is a great office manager!! The maintenance crew is efficient and quick to fix any issues that appear. A shout out to Eric, Eddie, and Ron.

Neighbors are loud had to call the security patrol office more than once even had to call the police management would do nothing. Check to see how many times police are called at this location, cars have been broken in at this location not a great place to live expensive for what you get

Today, I found my car broken into again. I’ve lived in this apartment complex for 1.5 years and we’ve now had our vehicle broken into 3 times. We’ve talked to management after each of the break-ins but it seems they aren’t taking it seriously. Multiple other community members have had their vehicles burglarized also. For luxury apartments, 1 or 2 vehicle break-ins is unacceptable, but 3 is outrageous. We lock our vehicle every night (after multiple break-ins, we are extremely diligent about locking our vehicle yet vandals continue picking the lock and stealing our belongings. It’s unfortunate because I had always given Atria the benefit of the doubt to fix the issue but nothing has changed. I would not recommend moving here unless you are prepared to have your vehicle broken into multiple times a year. -Josh

Delaney who showed us the apartments and explained all the policies was fabulous. She answered all our questions and then some. We are not from the area and she helped us out tremendously. Employees like Delaney and Kirsten would be one of the main reasons why we will possibly rent from this place in the near future.

Lived there two months and couldn’t wait to move out. A few of the management staff were caught snooping through all the tenants packages/mail. The very first day I moved in there was a lady yelling at the staff claiming that someone was stealing her packages. She stated that she knew it was the staff!! Fraternization among the staff towards the tenants is apparently normal practice even though it’s against Atrias policies. After being there for only two weeks I was asked by the manager if she could borrow $400.00 with the promise that she would pay me back the next time she got paid. That never happened. Still waiting for my money. I caution anyone thinking about moving there. Go find another apartment complex.

I have been living here for one year and about to start my second year. I thought it was about time that I wrote a review for this apartment. We have a two bedroom unit with a garage in the same building. We are near the dog park and the trash compactor. My apartment was clean when I moved in, the appliances are very nice (for an apartment), and the noise level is minimal. The only thing I hear is the plumbing upstairs and an occasional dog running across the floor. Maintenance is done quickly - usually within 24 hours or sooner. We have changed ownership in the last six months, but I only see improvements. One of the problems here was the trash compactor and dog poop all over. But, in all honesty, the problems are tenant created. The trash compactor works fine when everyone follows the directions for how to use it (unfortunately, they don't) and the poop situation is because some of the tenants are lazy! However, the maintenance sends someone around to poop scoop on a regular basis and they fix the trash compactor very quickly. I love the grounds here, the pool is awesome, and the gym is pretty good. All in all, I am very happy here and glad to hang around another year.

This place is not luxury!!! The construction is horrible. You can hear your neighbors and when people smoke it comes through the floors... There have been electric issues, water issues and the lawn is poorly taken care of.. The gates are always broke. The crime here is unacceptable. Many people here do not feel safe. Security is horrible..There have been several violent crimes and In the 2 years they have existed they have changed owners..changed managers, gone through multiple girls up front and gone through multiple maintenance guys... they have no dog park and this is the only complex I have ever lived in that didn't have a 24/7 workout center (it closes at 11 pm)....They use the cheapest companys they can for bug spraying and carpet cleaning and the lawn work..and it shows. The management is rude..no good ol oklahoma kindness and hospitality here! Many of the residents are also rude!! Can't wait for our lease to end so we can move....
I was all prepared to move into these apartments. Absolutely beautiful area, loved the pool, the staff was very friendly, and perfect location for my new job. The only thing that kept me from it is I was informed that I would have to mutilate my two cats' feet if they wanted to come along. That was the deal breaker for me. I found many other luxury apartments in the area that do not require this barbaric procedure. Me and my happily clawed kitties found somewhere else to live.

I am so happy I chose to live at Atria. It was important for me to live somewhere that is not only quiet but also safe. I have now lived here for a little over three months. The apartment itself is beautiful and everyone who visits is shocked at how nice and new it is. I haven't had many maintenance issues but the few I did have were resolved very quickly and professionally. The grounds are maintained perfectly and everything always very clean and manicured. The only downside that I can think of is that there is only one trash compactor at the back of the property which isn't a huge deal but it's a little out of the way for me. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints.
Whitney and her staff have been amazing from the get go. All the way from just being interested to move in. The staff is always welcoming. The apartment buildings are so beautiful and the grounds are fantastic. Such a wonderful, peaceful community. I don't think I could have picked a better complex.
Love the green spaces to walk the dog, steps away from walking and biking trails. The amenities make the community an excellent value.
There is nothing like being the first resident in a brand new apartment in the newest and nicest complex in town. I drove past my new home every day going to work and watched the transformation from dirt to gorgeous complex happen, knowing I wanted to live here. I was one of the first residents and never want to live anywhere else. The beautiful cabinets, large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, crown molding and unique light fixtures are just a few of the amenities. The pool, grounds and staff are all amazing. Never having lived in an energy efficient apartment, I am loving the low electric bills! If you're thinking about moving here, act quick! It's just about all filled up here at our oasis in South Tulsa.
