The Atrium is the best apartment community that I have ever lived in. The property is full of amenities and kept up very well. The team there take pride in making sure the inside and outside of the building is always clean. The maintenance staff is amazing and will handle your requests quickly and efficiently. The office staff in great as well as they go out of there way to make the Atrium feel like a community. Throughout the year they have plenty of events like BBQ's, Ugly Sweater parties and celebrating National Cookie Day to name a few. The Atrium is good for a single person or family and it is safe and secure. Shout out to Matt, Sam and Serena for making this a wonderful place to live over the last 3 years.

From the moment my husband, our beloved border collie dog, and I set foot in Atrium, we knew we had found more than just an apartment—we found a vibrant community we could call home, even if it was just for some months. The living experience at Atrium is unparalleled. Nestled in the heart of Walnut Creek, this place is a gem that stands out for its commitment to creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere! The events hosted by management, from the sizzling barbecues to the many delightful Donut Days (even Wine Tasting days which we were sadly unable to attend T_T), not only added a special touch to our weekends but also fostered a sense of togetherness amongst residents. It's these thoughtful gestures that elevate the overall living experience. Serena and Matt deserve a special shout-out for their exceptional service! They were the embodiment of professionalism and friendliness, always going the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A hidden oasis in the heartbeat of Downtown. Easily accessible to the freeway and BART for an easy commute to work. Also one of the most walkable residences in the Area. Overall I loved my experience and the Staff has always treated me kindly and accommodated me when I needed it. I highly recommend this place and will pass along my positive experience. I have lived at Atrium Downtown for a year now and its been a great experience! This place really feels like home for me. Its downtown so I like how close it is to public transportation. I like the free trash pick up outside my door every night because I hate going to the trash outside, my favorite thing defenitley. I also love the free accent wall they painted for me before move in! I love having a washer and dryer inside my home. Only thing I wish I had was a second parking spot but I know thats not the buildings fault.. The best part is the team who manages Atrium. This is the first time that Ive lived in an apartment complex where I feel welcomed. (I had a terrible experience previously at Brio) Sam the maintenance man is always happy to see me and sweet. Matt the Community Manager, goes above and beyond even with my out of the ordinary requests. He has helped me put packages in my apartment while we are out of town, and even helped me check if a candle was still lit in my apartment when I forgot to lit it out. The team here also has an event for their residents I feel like every week! Overall I am looking forward to renewing my lease and also hoping a two bedroom becomes available.

Clean, quiet, pet friendly nice place to live. The events the team does here for their residents are amazing. They do a weekly happy hour for their residents with wine, cookies, and hot cocoa. Great location in Downtown Walnut Creek. Shoutout to the team here, they definitely keep us happy!

Recently moved out of Atrium Downtown, I have no complaints about it it was a nice place, i liked having two patios and the place always clean. Dog park is great and honestly the staff is super responsive and updating us all the time. Nice interiors for an older building, best was closeness to the downtown, we go to restaurants often. I bought a house so time to go.

First of all, Trinity House apartments block is located in a beautiful Walnut Creek near Bart Station. This is a big plus for young family who works in the City and needs fast access to commute. Checkmark! Furthermore, it's located very close to the downtown with numerous restaurants, spa saloons and shopping! Checkmark! We're young family of three and we live in a spacious one bedroom apartment. We really love it! When we moved in, it had freshly painted walls, very well cleaned windows, carpets, flooring and kitchen furniture! My wife is a bit obsessed with cleanliness, so it was a big plus!! Everything was working well when we checked and still does! Checkmark! Though the actual apartment complex was built back in the seventies, it was recently refurbished. It's well taken care of by very nice management company staff (Lynda & Grace) and maintenance guy, John, who is really nice and friendly. Checkmark! Another huge plus to Trinity House is that it has a large swimming pool, hot tub and barbeque grill! What else can you ask for to live in such comfort! Our 5 year-old son enjoys the pool and even learned to swim already!! Now about that hidden caveat! The floors are really thin and we can hear every step from the neighbors above us! You can now imaging the poor neighbor below us who can hear every jump of thousands of jumps our son does throughout the day! We even received a complaint from the management company. Heck, what can do you? He's just a little kid, right? Nevertheless, we love Trinity House and don't plan to move out any time soon!
