I’ve been living here since 2020 and now I have to leave because the apartment is under new management and income based; I was told I made too much. It is a gated community, but every other week the gate is broken. Hard to find parking space as well. Almost all appliances have been upgraded.

I was shown 3 apartments and was told SELECT units in the complex are income based. After filling out the application and paying a $50 app fee and a $150 deposit I was told the entire complex was income based and that I made too much to live there. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for my refund.

I've lived here for over two years and absolutely love it! The apartments are spacious and it is a really quite place. The staff does an amazing job in assisting anything I need. The maintenance staff ensures all request are handled quickly and the office staff here does everything to make you feel at home! I love my apartment and look forward to staying many more years here!
Apartments are spacious and amenities are great. A great option if you like living with roaches. I have seen too many for comfort. Pest control is charged in the rent but I haven’t seen pest control enter my apartment the entire year of living here.

This is my first apartment and I could not have chosen a better place to live. Although this apartment complex is great, there are a few things I have issues with: my neighbors upstairs are very loud and the floors / ceilings aren't that thick so you can hear a good bit of what's going on upstairs. The plumbing (the toilet in particular) can be an issue as well as far as it getting backed up frequently. The last thing I have an issue with are bugs. This complex have a lot of spiders and earwigs in them but maintenance does a great job contacting the exterminator to get them out here ASAP. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance crew. The location of the complex is phenomenal because it is right by all four major interstates and on a main road with lots of restaurants, gas stations, etc. I am very satisfied with this apartment complex to say the least.
