The Gym is a joke rent is overpriced and you are surrounded by homelessness. You need the controlled entry...

Ballpark Place
Clean interiors, nice gated gated community, with a sizeable laundry area and a small gym. Great starter apartment that's also close to everything. Unfortunately, there is a bad homeless problem outside of the gates, and the laundry machines need to be repaired. Overall, a decent complex.

Location is great if you don't mind the transients. They usually leave you alone.

Ball park place apartments
This apartments are great, i was living in an apartment that was a bit bigger, but honestly this are way better, the view, the management, the gym, the area are great, better yet, they are awesome, you have a problem in the unit, and they are quick to fix it. They are always nice, and all the neighbors are very polite. I don't have to fight for the next available washer or dryer cause there arw enough machines. The free wifi comes in very handy. Thus has got to be one of the nicest place I've lived in!
