Ativa in Pearland, Texas is a great friendly and loving community to live in. Great community in a great town and in a great state (The Lone Star state). Multiple activities to participate in the community, in Pearland and in Texas. I thank God for placing me in a that I love. Great community, great state, great nation!!!

Attiva Pearland has been my home for four years and I love it. The property is lovely (very green) and well maintained. There is a great sense of community and the residents and staff are very friendly. Driving in to the property, it has the appearance of a village, with the single-story apartments and the lush landscaping. Reminds me of living in England. The staff is very professional and courteous and genuinely seems to care about residents.

ATTIVA is a vibrant community that truly lives to its name, their thoughtful design ensures that all apartments are on one leval providing easy accessibility for all residents. Amenities we all enjoy and you will love. Dog park for furry friends, refreshing pool,fully equiped gym, Zumba classes. Additionally an onsite fully service unsex salon caters for all your hair needs keeping you looking at your best. Engaging activities, which brings community connection, people trutly care about each other. If you are outgoing you will meet so many peolple and make new friends. Very friendly and welcoming community. Starts from office staff and extends to residents. A safe place to live, come join as you will love it here.

Attiva! What a great community. We have met so many friends here and continue to welcome new residents. We all get along with one another and care about each other. So many activities if you care to attend!! If you don't that's okay too. Have a drink at the pool or coffee in the clubhouse. Swim, walk, or visit the dog park. It's all up to you!

We have loved living at Attiva for 5 years. The cottage style apartment is so comfortable and the staff is wonderful. The residents are like a second family and we are very busy with activities provided. Come join the resort lifestyle.

We love living at our “resort” type senior apartments. Fun everyday, lots of activities and a beautiful pool. Wonderful staff and residents are so friendly.

Attiva Pearland has a good location to many restaurants, shopping, and City parks. If you’re not a person who wants to use the pool regularly, relax in the hot tub, do not care about paying for advertised amenities, or, wanting quiet surroundings, this place is for you.

We really love living here in Attiva Pearland. The neighbors are so friendly, helpful, and kind and you feel like you've known them forever, even after just moving in! The clubhouse, swimming pool, and exercise room are kept very neat and clean. The management team are readily available to solve any needs in a fast turnaround time. The landscape is kept very nicely.

I love the Attiva Pearland location. It is lovely, quiet and well maintained with an excellent maintenance department and very nice and helpful leasing department and front office staff.

The grounds are beautiful, the neighbors great, staff friendly and attentive and I cannot wait until it warms up to enjoy the resort-style pool. The amenities are abundant. There are many opportunities to get to know your neighbors through community activities and outings. As a management company, I knew Cortland's reputation from a relative living in one of their properties in the Dallas area.

My wife and I love living at Attiva. It's very quiet and all the residents are ver friendly. The overall feeling is that we are a family of residents and not just individuals living in apartments. The management team and the maintenance team are friendly, responsive, respectful and personable. I highly recommend anyone wanting to live in a quiet, friendly atmosphere to definitely look at Attiva in Pearland.

It is so very peaceful here, wonderful neighbors, conveniently located to about everything needed. The staff, as well as the maintenance staff, is friendly and courteous.

I recently visited my friend who moved in here. The property is beautiful and I loved her apartment! Everything looks like it is kept up well. I also visited the office and spoke to Shae. She was really nice. I follow this property on FB and they have cute tenant meet ups all the time. Check it out!

We absolutely love living at Attiva. We consider it our forever home. Beautiful surroundings and quiet and friendly neighbors are a plus! Excellent amenities and service from our service team. The pool is gorgeous, but is hard to maintain without a pool cleaning service.

I toured with Shae recently at this community, very kind and accommodating. The community has a lot to offer and is kept up beautifully.

I was very impressed with my tour and the leasing office. Shae was great!

We are so very happy living here and feel like we are living in our own private cottage surrounded by beautiful landscaping and trees! Since my husband is handicapped, we are so grateful that there are no steps anywhere, no elevators to negotiate, and we also have a covered handicap parking space easily accessible to/from our front door! We also feel very safe and secure living here and have wonderful friends and neighbors who make living here so awesome! We highly recommend Attiva Pearland to all Active Seniors!

I've had several friends ask about how I liked living at Attiva. I tell them I have good friends and neighbors here, but have little satisfaction with management listening to residents, acting on our requests, and following through on what they say they will do. For those reasons, I do not recommend Attiva to people.

Making Attiva Pearland my home for the past 2.5 years has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Property is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and supportive. The layout of the property allows residents to be as engaged as preferred with nice communal areas and activities while also providing privacy for residents who wish to participate less.

If you are looking for a nice, well maintained place to live, this isn't it!!!

Excellent rental package for anyone in the age group. Highly recommended.
