Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Carnival rides, gift shops, eateries, lakefront views, beer garden, and evening fireworks in the summer months make for an incredible one-stop-shop for fun. There’s a wide variety of dining options in town, from four-star French cuisine to casual pub fare.
Downtown’s Museum of Contemporary Art is a big hit with locals and tourists, as is 360 Chicago that offers views from the 94th floor of the John Hancock Building complete with a tilting glass overlooking the city. The Ohio Street Beach is a popular public sandy spot on the lake with a beachside eatery, Caffe Olivia.

The team at Atwater apartments are fantastic! Max was very helpful in initiating our stay here since June. We also cannot thank enough the wonderful manager Amy for helping us with the garage situation. All the staff members have been a joy! The front desk security are amazing and always attentive, welcoming us when we’re coming back. The amenities have also been very comforting. The apartment is spacious and lovely view.

Atwater Apartments is an exceptional place to live. In addition to the luxury environment, some of the best things about living here are the personal touches, including a schedule of surprise resident events every month, a featured pet of the month, and a professional, creative flower arrangement on the front desk every week. One of my favorite things about living here is the view over the lake from my 20 floor floor-to-ceiling windows. The employees and the other residents are very kind.

I wanted to start off by saying I came here curious for a tour, After seeing the unit on the 52nd floor with that lakefront view I was blown away. I applied within the 72 hours after doing a tour, Then to signing papers to secure the unit. Morgan assisted me through this process. She provided excellent service and made my move stress free. It’s been a week now living here and all I can say is I’m happy to be living here and enjoying the full amenities that the building has to offer. Thank you again Morgan and keep up the good work!!!

The complex is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The apartment units themselves are beautiful and maintenance staff is very helpful and nice. I especially adore the staff working at the concierge desk, such sweet and wonderful people, who always remember your name and take time to chat with you! Special shout out to Debbie and Roy! My only complaint about the building is how they keep shortening the hours for amenities. The 12 floor used to be usable 24 hours a day, and now they shut it down at midnight. The rooftop used to be open until 11 and now it is open until 10. in the grand scheme, these are minor things but when rent is as expensive as it is, its definitely frustrating.

Phenomenal experience living here! Beautiful view with welcoming and patient staff members. The manager Amy was incredible and went above and beyond helping my family on how to use the parking garage. She even used her own car to demonstrate! We have been living at Atwater Apartments for almost a week now and so far we are loving it. The view from our unit is amazing, the apartment is bright, has good air circulation and well maintained. Staff is super efficient, flexible with some things, which is great, welcoming and overall friendly. There is a little bit of noise being close to major hospital but minimal from neighbors. Streeterville is well located neighborhood and very walkable. Building amenities are awesome overall, but I have an improvement opportunity suggestion regarding the business complex, which is currently small and located near lobby with just one conference room. Perhaps building could look into restructuring one of the areas on level 12 to improve its business facilities shifting it there (there is certainly some space) especially now (after COVID) with the increase of home office working style. Very happy and satisfied with our choice to live here at Atwater Apartments.

We absolutely love it here, it checked all of our boxes and Max has been amazing throughout the process! Between the amenities, location, and views, we could not NOT sign here. One thing that stood out is that they’re all so involved with doing activities to give back to the residents!

I can't say enough about Atwater apartments. I was hesitant to leave my previous building, but this was the best choice ever. I have lived in this neighborhood since 2016 and have lived in many high-rise buildings in the area, and Atwater is by far the best choice. For a luxury high-rise building, it is the most affordable. The units are the largest units I have seen, and the building has been updating the units. Amy is incredible; she had our unit completely updated with new appliances and cabinets and ready for move-in on very little notice and accommodated every detail from top to bottom. She has the biggest heart and makes Atwater feel like home. The views from the building are fantastic, and all the tenants are kind and welcoming. From the staff to the amenities and the beautiful neighborhood, look no further.

Apartment is spacious and the maintainance staff does a good job fixing everything. The view is very precious. There is no noise of the any sort around the apartment.

We had a great experience here, the units are super new and clean, walls are soundproof, maintenance crew is crazy fast for most cases and efficient, the amenities are new, the location is lovely, super near the lake and park and 3 grocery stores. Elevators are fast, honestly it's a fantastic place to live. Pet friendly, too. It's on the pricier side, but everything is clean and new and modern. One thing that I will say, is that we didn't really find it easy to meet or befriend people in our apartment, so if you're looking for a strong community, this one is more independent. Maybe it's easier if you have a dog or something. But all in all we loved our place. Oh also, the deposit is non-refundable, but because of this, they didn't charge a cleaning fee or anything when we moved out.

Great place to live, friendly staff, great views and everything is walking distance Utility fee is a flat $150, wish they didn’t take the hot tubs out.

Had a great experience here. Great sound proofing and nice units. Fantastic location, communicative staff, quick maintenance. Nice view of the lake too if you’ve got a unit facing East. Would recommend living here to a friend for sure:)

Great staff. Love the location. I like the gym but I wish they would bring back the hot tubs. I like the events they have. They do a great job around the holidays with celebrations for the residents.

Everyone is very helpful. Especially with packages during busy times, organizing packages and helping residents find their package. I really appreciate the staff checking in on my cat while gone for Christmas.

I am a new resident here at Atwater and so far I am in love. The apartment is super nice and in such a safe neighborhood. The amenities are stellar and I love the staff. The one thing that could be better is the dog relief area in the back.

We love the staff at Atwater I do wish the front desk on holidays like thanksgiving was careful about who is let in to the building. Love the pool and peloton miss the hot tub

It's been, at best, very average value for money. The soundproofing is horrendous. Buzzuto corporate seriously needs to do something about the doors that automatically slam, it's like being in a college dorm at times.

The front office staff and maintenance workers are very friendly and prompt on their response times. They need to improve the safety of the garage attached though.

The door staff have been very friendly. I love the free coffee before 9am. And the maintenance staff is very quick to respond and resolve our requests.

I love it here! I recommended living here to my friends, so they just moved in! We have become neighbors now! Although my neighbor who lives next to my unit is a little bit noisy, and has a party every weekend, I love it here! great neighborhood and clean building!

We rented our the Amenity Floor for our Wedding Celebration. It was a great space & the staff was very helpful during the event. Overall our last 2 years at Atwater has been great. The only downside has been losing the indoor hot tubs, but I understand those can be hard with maintenance. We just signed a new lease and look forward to making more memories.
