Property Ratings at Auberge of Tyler
Very friendly staff at all times. Pool and gym area is always so clean. I never see trash around the place, which is nice. I feel people need to pick up after there animals more but that's not the apartments fault. Love my unit I live in! Great people!!
I lived here for a year and did NOT renew my lease. For the cost of these apartments, I did not feel the service matched. There are many other options in that area that are up to $500 cheaper for the same size unit. Pros: -These apartments are newer and have fairly modern touches inside. The location is in south Tyler and is close to great grocery and food options. -You can bike or run to the main trails. Cons: -Amenities are not taken care of. There is mold in the pool, broken gym equipment, the fire pit does not work, corn hole was stolen. -There are a lot of fees that are required yet not included in your rent cost. Trash, pet, pest, internet. It adds up. -I had 2 packages stolen right off my front door even with a camera up.
They treat you well and help with any needs to feel more at home, I can’t say enough good things about the Auberge! It’s absolutely worth it!
Moved here a little over a year ago from a place that was causing me a headache. The staff here have been awesome and respond to any issue (not many had) promptly. The complex is not trashy and I enjoy leaving here. Just renewed!! If you are looking for a place be sure to check this place out!
We have been living in these apartments for close to 2 years , love it . The maintenance team is great . Its safe to walk around . Fresh is 2 minutes away .
Been living here since there was just 2 buildings so I consider my self a good source. Great community and all issues I have had get sorted out with ease and in a timely manner. Can’t go wrong living at Auberge of Tyler.
Auberge has tons of amenities, isn’t a great location, and the tenants are very friendly.

We have been here for almost 2 years and the front office staff has been efficient and personable! I enjoy the atmosphere here and if there is ever a issue it’s resolved quickly!

The Lourdes floorplan is ideal for our family. It's very roomy and private. The view is gorgeous and shopping is extremely convenient. We're really loving the life here!
Overall this place has been amazing. Anytime I’ve had an issue the response has been over the top. Example: I submitted a ticket due to issue with disposable and a light bulb that was out. The very next morning it was fixed. I’ve never had faster service anywhere else. The gym being open 24/7 is amazing because of people’s different work schedules and for me since Iam a mom it’s nice to be able to go to the gym at anytime that’s convenient for me. The only thing that’s been a bit of an issue is the front gate we have to open through the app. There are many times I arrive home and can’t seem to get the app up although I’ve tried all the troubleshooting maybe if there was a key code that could help the situation. Not sure how they plan on fixing this issue but iam sure they are working on it. I also like how they enforce picking up after your pet if they didn’t we would all be living in a dump. It’s not hard to pick up after your pet. There’s 2 doggie parks, an amazing resort style pool and so many other cool perks. They offer different lease terms wether you’re looking for something short term or more permanent. We might be renewing our lease for another year because truly have enjoyed it.
We have been here since The Auberge started leasing. We just renewed our lease for a 3rd time. I don’t foresee us moving anytime soon.

The Auberge apartments are awesome! Spacious living areas in a quiet area of town. Lots of amenities to enjoy on your down time. I recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a truly affordable safe place to rent.
The amenities are wonderful and the staff is very accommodating. The location is close to all of the things I need from activities, shopping, doctor, etc. it is a fun place to live!!!
Pool is beautiful, kitchens are amazing. They have a dog park, too! The staff was very friendly and helpful and let's just say I'm really happy this place exists.
Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Maintenance is lazy and doesn’t know anything
Price is to way to high. You don’t get what you pay for here. Crappy customer service from Aspen and the new manager doesn’t have a clue about anything. Maintenance blames everything on construction so they don't have to do anything but ride around on the golf cart smoking cigarettes.
Not worth it. Owners did a great job developing the property but the management company they hired are no good.
We were unimpressed with the size of these apartments, considering the cost. They’re basically asking you to put blind faith in them and see the vision they see. But based on the woman I met, the only vision I see is a disorganized & unprofessional management/office staff once this place is completed. I’m only giving one star because the outside looks great but not the inside. There are several other beautiful/luxury apartments in this area that have more square footage for more reasonable prices.
I had a bit of a rocky start here at the Auberge, but I greatly appreciated the professionalism of Katie, the property manager, who fixed the problem. Gary, the maintainence manager, is kind and efficient as well. I look forward to enjoying the beautiful amenities here at the Auberge!
I just signed up for a sweet apartment with these girls today. They were extremely nice and accommodating. I felt right at home. The units are spread out enough that you dont feel like your tripping over your neighbors as you do at so many of the "luxury" apartments in Tyler. The units are fully equipped with all appliances including a new washer/dryer. Everything is bright, shiny and new! I look forward to my living experience here and to the fantastic folks that are running the place. Keep up the great work ladies!
I am so excited to have a new, exciting place to call home ! My dog is going to have a dog park again and new puppy friends! The pool I am so excited to use with the sun deck! everything is so exciting and new and management( Katie is the best !) is so professional and organized ! The place is so centrally located in town ! Very Very excited to move in Auberge Kelle
