Moving out after three years. Management unsympathetic in most cases. Poor building construction as you can here people above, doors slamming and the wet wall allows you to hear flushing from above also. The gates are open frequently so security is minimal. Groundskeeping is poor and most areas away from entrance are just dirt, mud when it rains. Overall mediocre property with higher rent.
I cannot speak highly enough about FaRiba and the entire leasing team at Auberry. From my initial inquiry to signing my lease, they demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for my needs. Any issues or questions I've had since moving in have been handled promptly and with a smile. This level of customer service sets these apartments apart from the rest and I am proud to call them home.
This is 2nd year of lease. The quality of living at this apartment went down compare to the increase of rent. Old gym and swimming pool only opened for a few month. Party from night to dawn, loud music with bass. They don't care.
I’ve been here a while and let me tell you the staff working the apartment complex are phenomenal! Fariba is amazing at what she does, proactively communicates, and is a person who is attentive to the residents need. The place is phenomenal. It’s quiet and well kept!
The property is really nice and quiet. Such a nice change from my last apartment. Fariba, the best leasing specialist, was super welcoming and super helpful with the whole process! It has been a pleasure working with her and she answers all of our questions thoroughly. This is definitely a great place to rent!!

I visited the community with my son, was a great experience, FaRiba was excellent she found us the best view and place very quick, I applied and soon moved in. I have been working with FaRiba on moving to Auberry at Twin Creeks. I knew I was super early to start looking for apartments, as I am not moving until March of 2021 but FaRiba has been amazing with the entire process. I met with her a few weeks back and we chatted about what I was looking for, when I wanted to move, etc. She said she would follow up with me as soon as something became available for the time period I was looking at. I work in a very customer service oriented field and follow up is very important to me and all I can say is FaRiba has been amazing. As soon as something became available, where I wanted to be, on the floor I wanted to be on and the layout of the floor plan, she followed up with me. She emailed me, text and called me. To me, that says a LOT and I greatly appreciate her follow up and more importantly follow through. She is one of the main reasons I chose to lease at Auberry at Twin Creeks!! FaRiba....you are fantastic and I so thank you for your help!! :)

It is about to be a year since I moved to Auberry and I can't see myself moving to any other apartments. The area feels safe and is well maintained. This apartment complex and the management team is phenomenal. The first day that i went apartment shopping during covid was a one and done experience for me. I contacted the leasing Office and spoke with Fariba, who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and welcoming, made the appointment to come visit the complex. Upon completion of my tour, i said to Fariba that i would fill out the application later once i got back home. Fariba was so helpful and advised that i could complete the application while in the office. Application and all verification was completed and approved within days. Upon move in date i received a wonderful 50 inch TV which was a welcome gift. I must say that i made the best decision to move here and completely satisfied. This community is very welcoming, safe and secure. Maintenance team is also prompt and efficient. Grounds are beautiful, clean and well kept! Location is great! I highly recommend This apartment complex. You will definitely feel warm and welcomed.

Management sent an email on 10/24 that residents will no longer be able to pay their rent online as of 10/25. All payments must be made directly to the leasing office, via check. So, if you don't mind paying your rent in person by check every month, and having a management that thinks it's okay to force this on you exactly 1 week before it's due... Electricity - must use CovServ, at the mercy of their rates Cable/internet - AT&T uverse or satellite Missing from monthly fees not included in rent: $5.00 pest control, $25.00 trash charge. Inaccurate from above apartment amenities: Granite counter tops - perhaps in some high end units? I've yet to see any in any I've been in. Spa - it's the hot tub connected to the pool Eat in kitchen - Not a single layout would fit a table in the kitchen. Guess you can stand and eat? I am a locator and must say this staff, especially Mattie, went out of their way and even stayed late on a Friday night to get my young couple into their new home. My client received a call, as they were driving from Lubbock, that the staff at the community that had approved them, would not let them move in, because his father, with the same name has a utility bill at another location! My client starts his new job on Monday, has a pregnant wife and all of their belongs and no where to live! I called the community and Mattie worked to get them approved and in on the same day. It's so nice to find good caring staff, and what a pleasure to work with!
Ever since my boyfriend and I have moved in here we have had nothing but issues. They have messed up on our rent multiple times one month they charged me twice and said it was my fault and they couldn’t refund my money they said “you sent us the money we didn’t ask for it” so this meant they couldn’t do anything for me. Our carpet is messed up in multiple spot, cracks in the kitchen floor, bathtub makes noises that other people can hear, the ac has gone out 5 times in the past 8 months. The office people do not know what they are doing and the manager Chip doesn’t know how to talk to people, he is always sarcastic, it’s clear he doesn’t care. I have talked to corporate and they don’t care either. I will never live at an apartment complex that is run by them again and I recommend no one else does. If I could give them no stars I definitely would.

We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the service from our team. Unfortunately, when a resident initiates a payment through our website, we are unable to cancel the request. When you spoke with me, I asked you to please call your bank and let them know that the payment should have only been made once. When we spoke, you had not yet tried to contact your bank, so I do hope that they were able to correct this issue for you. We received a maintenance request from you for your air conditioner on Monday morning, June 4th. Our technician went to your apartment to fix the problem the same day, but we did not find anything wrong. Your thermostat was set to 74 degrees and the temperature in your apartment was also 74 degrees. We turned the thermostat to 70 and went to check again a little while later and the temperature in your apartment had gone to 70 degrees. We also checked the coolant levels and gauge pressure readings of your condensing unit and found them all to be normal. I called you and left a voicemail letting you know what we had found and asked you to please call me if there were any other problems. I did not hear back from you so to be certain that everything was working correctly, we sent our Lead Tech out the following day. He found your thermostat set to 72 degrees and the temperature in your apartment to also be 72 degrees. He also turned it down to 70 degrees so that he could measure the air temperature that was coming out of your vent which he found to be 49 degrees. I emailed you that evening to again let you know what we had found and I have not heard back from you. If there are remaining issues with your air conditioner, please let me know. I would also be happy to walk your home with you to address the other concerns that you mentioned. We want you to be happy in your home and will do everything we can to make sure that is the case. new management has made some very good changes, super quiet now, very family friendly, fixing stuff right away !!, friendly and actually doing everything they can to fix problems !! Chip and his staff are making this complex a nice family quiet place to live again !!!! Ash and Laura are super friendly in office and new maintenance guys Daniel, Tyler doing repairs quickly and properly. We were getting ready to move after being here 9 years, but so happy with the management no longer looking.
We moved from a warm loving community in Twin Creeks 2 to a brand new apartments in Allen when it was time to downsize. It felt like we moved into a concrete nightmare, staff included. So we moved again into The Auberry. Ahhhhhh pretty much sums it up. The community is quiet and well kept. The staff is inviting and always pleasant! The grounds keeper is always working diligently to keep it maintained and clean. When there is a work order request it is met quickly! We love it here! We also have a huge patio which is a nice plus! Thank God we are now living in a dream and our nightmare is gone forever!
i am absolutely in love with the new staff at Auberry. They respond quickly to all needs and wants and are sincere about EVERYTHING. The complex is so beautiful and relaxing.Most importantly everything is clean and easy to use. I recommend this complex to any and everyone who need a family oriented and friendly place to live.
My experience at Auberry at Twin Creeks has been amazing. When I say amazing, I have to go into detail and explain exactly what I mean. I never thought that living in an apartment would feel like home. When people think of apartments, they think temporary , a place to stay for a short while as you continue your life's journey. However, Auberry has been the true definition of a home. I feel safe hear. After living here for 5 years, I feel ownership and love for this apartment community. I have had so many amazing experiences. I even have an amazing neighbor who has been a great help to me ( when have a flat tire, forget to close my trunk etc.). When people think of apartments, there is always a fear of crime, bug infestations and rude management. I have never experienced any of these problems even after occupying the same apartment for five years. If you are looking for and apartment that you can actually call a home, Auberry at Twin Creeks is the place to be. I'm so happy I made the decision to move here, and I have never regretted it!

I have lived here since April of 2014. I haven't had any issues. The only concern is the paper thin walls which I'm sure is an issue across the map. The community is quite, the grounds are clean and the tenants seem to be nice. Earlier this year the community was bought by a different company so therefore we received new management. The ladies are nice and try to help anyway they can. They are a bit slow on maintenance request but they do eventually come. The rent is fairly decent for a 1bd 1ba 800 sqft. I before i signed my lease again, I asked about a 2bd 2ba and it was just as much as a mortgage. Unfortunately I will not be renewing my lease in April of 2016 because i want something bigger and worth the money.

Everything about the property is perfect. I live on the 3rd floor and I don't mind walking the extra step. The light fixtures really add a more homey feel with dimmers and nice glass covers. The layout is like no other and they really pay attention to the small things. Tennis court was the topping on the cake for me :)

Do not lease here! Property is under new management as of 4-1-15. They claim Auberry is a "Beautiful Place to live ", however, the un-kept grounds, to over flowing recycling dumpsters, to buildings that are not level, maintenance personal that do poor repair jobs, and dog droppings that are not picked up by there owners....makes Aubrey at Twin Creeks an "Unpleasant Place to live " Much better places in Allen,TX for less money then this property!
