Aubreys Landing

No matter the issue it takes weeks to get anything fixed. I had an AC problem last week and the fire department had to respond to the issue. I put in a service request after the fire department left and checked in the next morning after noon. No one in the office had seen the request. A couple days after the unit was “fixed” it froze over and now barely puts out any cool air. The people who “fixed” the unit obviously aren’t HVAC certified and according to info on the unit it’s over 20 years old. On top of that it’s now going on 2 weeks since the main rack in the bedroom closet broke and that hasn’t even been looked at, let alone fixed. I’ve put in 2 service requests in for that and still nothing. No one ever answers the phone in the office. I’ve called the office 10 times at least and every time it’s the same automated response and no one picks up. Either the system is terrible, the staff is untrained and incompetent, or a combination of both. There are MUCH better options available in Cumming and I won’t be renewing my lease for more reasons than stated above. I’m a single dad with two kids and this place is just a colossal disappointment in so many ways and is not a place I call home.

So far , so good. Not sure why pool is closed over Labor Day weekend but whatever,

Cockroaches galore. Rude office staff. Shoddy workmanship. No trash service and compactor is filthy.

This is a great community to live in. The property management is courteous and always helpful. Lee Ann and Meaghan are always pleasant to deal with. If you have a problem they make sure it is handled quickly. Because of Lee Ann and Meaghan along with the people who live in the complex Aubry's landing is the best place to live in Cumming, GA.

If you are looking for a place to call home in Cumming, GA look no further!! Evergreen At Aubrey’s Landing is absolutely amazing! It's a quite well kept environment, maintenance is fast and prompt and Megan and Leeann are a total class act and made the move in process a breeze! It's close to everything making it super convenient - but far enough away to keep it quiet and cozy. I recently was in search of a place to live and Megan was fast to assist me and got me through the application process and ready for move in all in a single day! I am a single woman living at Aubrey’s Landing with my babies I feel safe. It’s a smaller community and that has real benefits because everyone is keeping a look out for anything out of the ordinary and so welcoming and eager to help out and be a friend. (Careful for those handful of residents with “sour grapes” though – they are super negative. And clearly need a little more love and positive vibes in their life- and have nothing better to do than complain and find the bad in everything and everyone!) Choose Aubrey’s Landing- you won’t regret it!

This place is perfect. The property is very pretty. The inside of the apartments are very stylish. Not sterile looking but looks like home. Very comfortable and designed right. I have two outside porches. You can't get that just anywhere. The office staff is too drawer for sure. Happy and helpful always. I couldn't have picked a better place to live. Not to mention close to everything you will ever need. Just perfect!

Evergreen is Not where you want to live. Every time I brought a concern or complaint to the office nothing was done about it. They tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing. If you have a dog you better take a flashlight at night so you don't step in dog poop or an ant bed. They charge you every month for pest control but do nothing about the fire ants that are everywhere or the spiders that are all over the breeze ways and door ways. The people that cut the grass do a half way job and the blow grass and debris at your door and patio. And if you complain about something when Meaghan is there keep an eye on her cause she will roll her eyes like a teenager. I will never again rent some place run by Pegasus, once was enough. The residents may not say it to the people in the office but they complain to each other all the time. Everybody wants to move because the complex is only as good as the office staff. And if you try to call you always have to leave a message. I tried to call for weeks and finally had to just go up there.

Evergreen at Aubrey's Landing is absolutely Beautiful! The management (Lee Ann) is the most amazing/sweetest person, I have ever meet. We absolutely LOVE our new apartment!!! Our apartment is beautiful, as is the complex and the grounds! The office staff is amazing, especially Lee Ann. She worked extremely hard to make sure that my experience was a good one and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. I would not have any issue recommending Aubrey's Landing to anyone!

This apartment is in a great location. Lots of beautiful trees. Makes you feel you are in the country but these apartments are conveniently located near shops, restaurants and easy access to the 400 freeway, although you do not hear the traffic at all. The community is kept beautifully maintained. Also the staff really care about the tenants. If you need help with anything they are there to provide assistance. I love my apartment, it is large and confortable. I enjoy the large bathrooms, convenient kitchen and the laundry room has a window which I love. the entire has wonderful natural light throughout. I like that the HVAC system is and water heater are in closets off the deck/patio rather than inside the unit. I love the nice entryway to the apartment and all the amenities this community has. All in all a wonderful place to live. Very nice community room, computer center, Fitness center, pool and children's pool area. I have been here several years and don't want to leave this community. I feel safe, and contented here. I am a single, senior lady and that is important to me.

Maintenance at Aubrey's is minimal at best. If you have an issue (unless pipe breaks) you have to wait for "business hours" to even talk to someone. At midnight my smoke alarm started beeping in my one bedroom apartment. At 3:00 a.m. the fire department came out to dismantle it since I couldn't reach it. If you want to live in a place with decent maintenance, free of cockroaches, and black mold, I suggest you look elsewhere.

This is a beautiful community! There is a wonderful staff in the office willing to help and the maintenance team is wonderful, too. The grounds are clean and neat with a super nice clubhouse, pool and weight room. The apartments are very nice inside with crown molding in the dining area, nice laundry rooms, large baths and bedrooms with great walk-in closets. They have nice carpet and paint that is not your typical off white. The patios are large with storage and a pleasure to sit out on an relax! Come and ENJOY!! You will not regret it!

I have had to BEST year here at Evergreen at Aubrey's Landing. It is the best place to live. Monthly get-togethers all year long planned by the staff to bring us all together really heighten the sense of community. It is so much more than an apartment complex. It's like living in a small town where everyone knows you. The sense of community radiates though out the community because of the staff. It is a quiet, well-kept community. The staff always goes the extra-mile to assist the residents. The professionalism of the entire staff is superb. It is obvious that it is more than a job for them, they have a sense of pride in what they do and treat all of us like family. The grounds are well-manicured and tended. From the clubhouse and work-out area to the playground and tennis courts, everything is clean. No better place to live! Come one, come all to the greatest community in Cumming, Georgia.
