NEVER RENT HERE
NEVER RENT HERE. I can not explain enough how you should never rent here. Worst part , bugs , EVERYWHERE. Unless the apartment bug bombs the entire building you will never get rid of them. I was spraying and cleaning the apartment everyday and they were still there. I have called countless times to spray and they kept saying the sprayed and never did. I took it upon myself to spend the money to try and get rid of them myself , didn’t work. They are in the walls and they WILL get into your apartment. There is also constantly noise , neighbors defiantly doing drugs you can tell, kids in the street and on the roof 24/7 messing around. I see about 5 new stray cats a day. Dog poop just everywhere , they really don’t care about how they look. They do have nice sized rooms and closets,pretty much always parking so that is nice. I have 3 months til I move out and will update this if they try to charge me a cleaning fee or anything dumb. So basically unless you want to live with bugs in your food and clothes and everywhere. Don’t rent here. There are 20 other places around that are nicer for the same price.

I have lived here 2 years it's been ok, the office staff is helpful... they are going under renovation and i am excited for the state of the art gym that they are putting in... Wish the resident would help keep the apartments clean

DON'T MOVE HERE
I LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND AT FIRST IT WAS OK. EVERY TIME YOU PUT A WORK ORDER IN NOTHING WOULD GET DONE. YOU WOULD HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CALL TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT YOUR ISSUE. IT WOULD TAKE UP TO MONTHS BEFORE YOU EVER GOT RESULTS FOR YOUR WORK ORDER. I STARTED TO HAVE A ROACH ISSUE. I NOTIFIED THEM RIGHT AWAY SEEING HOW I WAS PAYING FOR PEST CONTROL AND THEY NEVER CAME OUT. I WAS CALLING ALMOST EVERY WEEK TO GET SOMETHING DONE ABOUT IT AND NOTHING. I EVEN WENT TO THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET THEM OUT THERE. IT GOT SO WORST THAT I HAD TO MOVE BECAUSE IT WASN'T SANITARY FOR MY CHILD. THE TRASH IS ALWAYS FULL AND THE KIDS ARE ALWAYS PICKING OUT THE TRASH AND MAKING A MESS. SOMEONE TRIED TO BREAK INTO MY APARTMENT FROM THE PATIO. I HAVE HAD MY TRUCK KEYED AND HIT WHILE BEING UNDER THE CAR PORT. YOU PAY FOR CABLE BUT THERE IS NO CABLE CORDS IN YOUR APT. I THOUGHT I WAS MOVING INTO A BETTER APARTMENT BUT I GOT THE OPPOSITE.

I like them
I like them but don't like that we put work orders in and they don't give them to the maintenance so think don't get done I have to call everyday just to see when it will get done

Nice place with few downsides
they are older & show wear but it's reflected in the price. There is stuff going on out here but if you stay to yourself you'll be ok. Work orders are not taken care of promptly. But you can pay your rent online & make request online as well leaving a nice paper trail. There is a lot of places to eat around here & an HEB down the street. Traffic is really bad around this area as well. There is lots of parking & cars don't get bothered too much. The little kids are ok it's the teens out here that are getting into things but that's expected.
