Auburn Gate is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for 4 years now and couldn’t be happier. Me and my pup take frequent walks and feel extremely safe. The apartment is great! Upgrades are nice! And the dog park is a bonus!

I'm a new resident of Auburn Gate; and I made the right choice to move here. The office staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance issues are handled quickly and my apartment is wonderful! The grounds are well-maintained and there are wonderful amenities--including an activities director who hosts fun weekly activities. This was definitely a good choice to move here.

No Concerns, really love here , the staff’s , the maintenance team and the event coordinator are all great. It’s always some type of event going on for the adults and children

Really enjoy community but would love to see improvements on the gym. Overall I’d recommend for anyone looking to live with another roomate the floor plan works great

Auburn Gate is a quiet place to live. They are making improvements, however, the previous manager was more customer focused. I probably will not renew my lease for a fourth time as there have been a number of issues that still haven't been resolved.

Needs improvement for better living experience. GYM needs bigger space and more equipments. Better lawn services needed. Removal of fallen leaves needed periodically in the fall season.

Auburn Gates offers a great location near Great Lakes Outlet, with modern amenities, clean units, and responsive staff. Ideal for shopping lovers!

Great amenities. I particularly like the pond overlook and the sauna. The proximity to Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is convenient. The events organized at the clubhouse are fun. David is an awesome host!

Auburn gate is a nice community to live in. They host weekly events and have a good community. Maintenance is completed at a decent turn around.

The living experience here has been great. It’s an amazing community filled with sites, events and lots of amenities!!! Management is always willing and able to help out with any issues or concerns we may have!

Everything has been great so far, very happy with my choice to stay here. The community has a nice clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, tennis/pickleball court, and even a couple covered areas with grills.

My experience as a resident at Auburn Gate, for the most part has been great. I have lived here for almost 4 years and hope to stay for many more. Other than the typical noise of having someone live above you and there be no sound-proofing, it's a wonderful place to live and the amenities are very nice.

the people are great, i like the space. pretty trees, the grass is well kept, the gardens and flowers are well kept as well. some of the residents are bad about cleaning up dog poop and keeping dogs on leashes though

I have enjoyed being a resident of this community for 5 years, and it has been an excellent experience! Recently, the community has started to undergo several beautification projects, and the staff has been wonderful about keeping residents up to date on any expected inconveniences, which have been minimal. I'm looking forward to seeing all the projects completed to see an even more lovely community to call home!

My apartment is beautiful; and the floor plan is just what I wanted. Office staff has been friendly and helpful.

The staff here is always very friendly. Staff and management here at Auburn Gate constantly communicate with residents anytime anything arises in the community to keep residents informed about improvements going on.

So far, a lovely experience living here. I really like going for a walk and enjoy the landscapes. Although I don't know anyone. I feel quite comfortable with the neighborhood.

I'm brand new. The office staff has been wonderful! I'm looking forward to living in Auburn Gate. I've already introduced myself to one of my neighbors.

This is a great home with a lot of great amenities! The staff is terrific and they help you every step of the way. The maintenance team is fast and you don’t have to wait long at all! I put in a maintenance request late at night and they were there first thing in the morning. I greatly appreciate them!

Would give 6 stars if I could! Plenty of reasons to love this community. My only issues so far have been addressed literally the next day every time. My only request would be more parking spaces, especially near the apartments that are along the treeline to the South of the complex. It's really hard to have company over without them parking a mile away!

I love living at Auburn gate! The property and my apartment are both very beautiful. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance comes in a timely fashion and are very nice.

Nice and clean from the view of the landscaping.. I love the main entrance with the auburn gates sign and water fall. I like how nice the front office is always happy and pleasant.

I like the upkeep of the grounds, landscaping and the improvements being made to the pool/hotub area. I've only been here 3 months and in that time have seen such beautification as additional flowers and new landscaping.

I have been putting in maintenance requests for two summers because my air vents smell like mildew. It is disgusting smelling, and I always have to have the windows open and candles burning, which is also unhealthy for your lungs. My friend came over last night, the moment he walked in the door. He asked me why my house smelled like mildew. I am so sick of it . Supposedly a regional manager is getting involved, but I have not heard anything for several weeks about it. Everything in your home is smell like mildew is not what I call a luxury apartment by any means. I know it’s not healthy . My son has developed a chronic cough since we moved into the apartment

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and I really enjoy it! The very few and minor maintenance issues I have had have been resolved in a timely manner. Staff are friendly and helpful. Neighbors are great! Amenities are a plus!!!

New Management company took over and have just ruined the experience that we have had for the last 3 years. Instead of fixing parking issues, enforcement of their smoking policies, they are more worried about what your balcony looks like, and to be honest they don't even take action across all the buildings and apartments. They put out emails about what they are going to do and yet no actions, other than more emails. The office staff wants everything done by emails and then take a month to get back to you. No wonder so many residents are moving out. We will not be re-newing our lease.

Maintenance takes awhile but they're making strides to be better. I'm hoping the parking, trash/dumpster, and rent portal situations begin to improve. I like it here, but it's tough sometimes to keep that attitude.

I Love living here at auburn Gate the community is nice, office staff is proficient and communication is excellent. maintenance completes the work orders in a timely manner and the amenities are the cherry on top! continue being great auburn gate!

I have lived in the community for almost 5 years, and I am very impressed with the new changes. The parking situation has always been an issue during my time as a resident, and I'm pleased it is being. Thoroughly addressed by requiring parking placards for residents and passes for guests. I believe this will also keep any uninvited trespassers out of the community. Furthermore, I'm quite pleased with all experiences I have recently had with staff, from maintenance to office staff. Excellent work!

It has been good so far. The leasing office is nice and the community is pleasant. The maintenance team is quick to respond and the experience has been enjoyable so far.

The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is quick to respond. Parking is a little difficult and sometimes causes a little hike to my building.

The community at Auburn gate is very family like and super friendly. I remember when it was my move-in day, I had random strangers keep asking and insisting that they help me move my stuff into my apartment. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful in solving any problems I had with my apartment as well.

It is a great place to live, close to many amenities and quick access to I75. Average commute is 35min, even on busy days!

Staff did not meet promised deadlines (I.e “we’ll get this paperwork done by tomorrow” turned into two extra days with no updates unless asked for during the application process). The apartment has been very very nice so far, but I did notice staff left something in one of 2 bathrooms that clogged it, and neglected to fix a door that was promised to be fixed during showing. Only spent one night here so far.

I love the amenities and location of these apartments. Even if there are some things that need work, that's how it is everywhere you go. They plan great community events and are looking to make it a great living experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area! :)

Location is close to groceries, shopping and highway making it convenient for young professionals and families. Community is safe and property is decently maintained as well.

I enjoy living here. It’s quiet and perfect for me and my dog. Neighbors are friendly as well as others in the community I’ve come across. I love the convenience of the small dog park in the complex. Lastly, the club house often offers community events with food, drinks and activities for all! Auburn Gate a great place to live!

I have lived in this community for more than 13 years. And my unit has been UPGRADED to be a LUXURY Unit. I am very happy to be remaining in this location .

I absolutely love it here. The units are nicely updated, spacious and very well maintained. The setting of the buildings are spread out throughout the property that feels very private and park-like. The amenities are great, including the dog park, pool, tennis courts, etc. The staff is friendly and has been easy to work with. Although I can sometimes hear the tenant above me walking around, it’s mostly quiet and it feels safe here. I wouldn’t live in any other apartment community.

I have been living at the complex for almost a year now. It was a bit rough moving in with the unit not being cleaned there was dust as if the unit was vacant for a while. The window seals and blinds were dirty. There were a lot of spider webs outside of the door entrance and the patio area. We had some issues with delay of getting work orders completed. However so far I am enjoying my stay here. There are always fun activities that are provided to residents and I love the atmosphere of the community. I enjoy how much space my unit has, it is a 2 bed x 2 bath which is a loft style. I love having a garage for my vehicle and a full size washer and dryer.

I love living here, location is a real commodity! close to everything and quick access to I75. Best Benefit/Cost ratio in Detroit metro

I have lived in this community for 13 years. I feel safe here and the quality of the Apartments is VERY ACCEPTABLE. And the personnel who work here, whether in the club house office or on Maintenance are all very professional and know what to do to fix or make things work properly. And all is done very timely.
