Property Ratings at Auburn Glen Apartments
There really good when it comes to actually helping families . The complex is nice and usually quiet. I love it
The staff is very friendly, Both Tiffany and Courtney, are wonderful, very nice, and helpful, They answer all your questions in a timely manner.
This complex is great priced but aweful, it comes with lots of complications. I was on 2wk wait list for unit w/Washer & dryer just to move in a unit WITHOUT ONE. Maintenance was always to the rescue but it was always a new issue. Day1 I seen dead roaches everywhere , smashed in cabinets and in floor corners. Roaches Eggs left on kitchen COUNTER in the corners. Roaches in freezer , In the stove. They were everywhere besides my bedroom. My tub and toilet was brown, cabinets worn out, didn’t get a washer/dryer, Many many roaches, and not clean nor remodeled. Luckily I stayed in my unit like 2wks and manager offered me all my money back besides the app /admin fee, I was grateful to get as far from there as possible.

Good morning, Many of these allegations are not accurate. We gracefully let you out of your lease as we do not want to have a disgruntled resident an entire year. Other companies would legally obligate you to fulfill a contract that you willingly signed. Now you have the opportunity to find a place that will fulfill all of your wants and needs.
Gross! The pictures they show on here are a joke compared to what I viewed. Kitchen was awful. Everything was. There's was dirt everywhere outside and caked on the stairs to get to 2nd level. Waste of time viewing it ??

Good morning, Sorry you feel this way. Please come to the office to discuss any issues you may have. See you then :)
these are so old. every buildings inside of walls are infested with roaches. Anytime work is being done or someone moves they come out. Also during winter to keep warm. During the summer people's patio are infested with wasps. the outside walls of the buildings are covered in spider eggs. Anytime someone shuts the door your whole apartment will rumble hard. walls are thin, you can hear everything. There are barely speed bumps so people go full speed. the gym looks like it was made 20 years ago and only 2 pieces of the equipment actually work. They keep the pool always closed. no employee stays a full year. I wouldn't either.

I have lived in these apartments for about 7 months now and it is absolutely horrible. There are so many issues that I have brought up to not only maintenance but also the property manager that has not been fixed. In the 7 months my water has been shut off more than 10 times without notice and with barely any explanation. The cabinets are so worn down and just painted over so many times that the magnets for the kitchen don’t even hold the cabinet shut anymore. The ceiling above my shower is brown and stained, All of the doors wood is falling apart and there is horrible paint jobs on all the walls and cabinets. When I brought it up to my leasing center the first time I was told it would get fixed and it didn’t, so I reached out again and asked if I could just break lease without paying 2 times rent and the property manager denied and after also told me “ I’m sorry your taking that attitude”. So unprofessional and horrible apartments for the price you pay. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I Would add photos if it would allow me.

This place is a dump. In the last two weeks pest control has come twice and I still see bugs every single day. I was told the bugs were just coming out from the spray and will die soon, but the scurry and hide just fine. Anything that has been damaged is not repaired and just painted over. Several of my cabinets are missing knobs and there is paint splatter everywhere in the kitchen. They bragged about the new carpet but everything else is terrible. Everything from the windows, to drawers, to sink is in terrible shape. Not to mention, I woke up this morning to an email saying the water would be out for hours. I really enjoyed going to work without bathing this morning. I've only been here a month and I completely regret signing thay lease. For how much they are robbing you with this outrageous rent you would think they would at least give you some decent cabinets, or at least have knobs. There are plenty of other options in this neighborhood. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Auburn Glen was the first complex I looked at when trying to find a place on my own. Samantha T. is by far one of the best folks I have had help me, she always responds to my emails and questions rapidly and with professionalism. Plus she always helps me work out any situations I'm having. The complex itself is phenomenal, I'm currently in a 2bd 2ba and the rent is not only affordable but fantastic to deal with. I have my own washer and dryer in my unit, so I don't make use of the on site washing facility but when I didn't have one, I was there often. The amenities the place offers is awesome as well, they have dog bag stations to pick up after your pet, the gym is nice and clean, and the pool is awesome to lounge at any time you're off work. All in all, a fantastic place, with a great atmosphere and a lot of community and family vibes!
really impressed with all updates going on. makes the place feel much nicer, and rent still good for area. people working here are top notch which is why I have stayed agaion
I am very happy here so far. the price is the best for being in the best part of town. people that work here have gone out of their way to make me feel at home. very clean and peaceful. so I do like a liot
I was trying to move out after 4 years just for a new scenery but everything else is so expensive, even apartment nearby. There is nothing wrong with the place, staff is excellent specially Shawna at the office and the head maintenance man Ricky and location is gorgeous. Im on to year five.
What you don't spend in rent you'll make up in issues! They seem really nice at first, until you start having problems. The apartments are older so some issues are to be expected, but not all that we've experienced! From the beginning we noticed things like rusty sinks and bathtubs, peeling paint in the bathroom, big holes that were improperly fixed and simply painted over. No filters for the air unit. There's rotted wood in the balcony above ours, and lots of cockroaches! Pest control is always here. The pipes are very old and water leaks are common (which you'll pay for because they have some random system of how to charge you for water and sewage because there aren't individual meters. Last time it was over $90!). It takes multiple attempts to get maintenance to come out and then they hardly fix it properly. If you actually have the audacity to complain they start getting really rude, tell you it's an old building, and act as if they're doing you a favor by attempting to upkeep their building. If you check out the reviews on On other sites too you'll see similar stories. Those are real pictures people have posted. It's disgusting. Honestly, spend a little more and go somewhere else!

Dear resident, I would appreciate if you would like to come to our office and go over any issues that you may have with your apartment. Our goal is to make each and every resident feel comfortable and happy in their apartment. We will do everything possible to take care of any work orders you may have. I'm looking forward meeting with you. Thank you, Auburn Glen Management
The apartments aren't new or fancy, but the staff is attentive to tenants needs, and they are all friendly and kind. The community is quiet, the lake view is nice and the apartment is sizable. Best of all they allow all three of my pets (2 dogs and a cat) The apartment is large enough to house all of my stuff, from craft supplies to shoe collection. Anytime I need something it's handled right away. Honestly I really like where I live.
My mom and I moved into this apartment complex 3 months ago, and it's amazing. The bedroom is spacious, the kitchen is nice, the living room is roomy and the bathroom is a good size. My favorite things about this apartment is one, I love the closet and two, it's very close to my places and it's close to my school and my mom's work. Overall, I believe this is the best place we've ever lived in.
