A great place to live if you're renting; great management team, outstanding maintenance staff, perfect location to everything in downtown Atlanta area.
Everyone is quiet here sooo far !!! Everything is spacious. We are next to a lot of night lounges,restaurants and clubs . If something happen you wouldnt even know unless you walked to see it. The power doesnt goes out when it storm either .
I really enjoyed my stay here at Auburn Glenn community and will recommend anybody to live here and feel safe..
I have been a resident of Auburn Glenn for now 3 years . By far they have the best onsite management staff ever. The maintenance team is top notch, quick efficient and professional. The team that cleans the parking garage, trash room and keep the grounds are top notch. Location Location Location!
Ive been at AUBURN GLEN for 6 years and have truly enjoyed my stay. Its so close to so many MLK sites and the interstates. And the downtown area is 5 mins. away.
They need Tamar back. Everything out of order and these temp people always giving wrong info. Barely help

I have been a resident here will be nine years in October of this year 2021 overall I am pretty much satisfied with the apartments I enjoy most the private parking .
As this year comes to a much need end, I would like to acknowledge just how Blessed I felt as a Resident of Auburn Glenn Apartments. The Management Team was professional, prepared and responsive to ALL my Covid-19 concerns, which gave a piece of mind during a very difficult time.
Ive been here 2 months , so far so good ! Havent had any major problems. Safe environment!

The auburn Gleen community is so convenient when commuting in the Atlanta area. There is security on duty on certain days and A remote gate which prevents crime & outsiders from entering most of the time and that is what I appreciate the most!
Very nice and clean property to live management is awesome since COVID-19 also the maintenance team is great complete work orders same day also u are right next door to the party life

13 years at Auburn Glenn,has been my home,the staff are my family members, I really could live here until death. I have never been afraid or concerned about my safety or wellbeing.Never the need for the Police or Fire Department to visit me. I take much pride here,my children dont worry about me here, In Good Hands!!!

The leasing office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly, courteous, and concerned about the tenants. They will go above and beyond to resolve any issue. I am a life-long resident of Atlanta and after living in other metro cities, I'm back home to the neighborhood where I was raised.

Auburn Glenn is a nice place to live; my stay for the 5 years have been pleasant. They promptly attend to the residence needs, the landscaping is well maintained as well as the pool amenities. There's ample parking for residents and the Office Team and Maintenance Team is Awesome....

As a long-time resident of Auburn Glenn, I love apartment living, I love living within walking distance to the King District and all of the newest shops and restaurants that are opening up in Old 4th Ward. The location is literally 30 minutes or less to reach well-known activities, shopping and special events. I was born in this area and it's truly home for me. I appreciate the attention and responses given by the entire staff of Auburn Glenn when I have an issue. They make you feel welcome.

Auburn Glenn is still growing, Great staff with a good heart. But certain things just cant happen, like senior citizens on the 6th floor with no elevator, or water pouring from my window when its closed like its open.
I love the place .Rent office was very helpful . And the location is perfect
If you're looking for convenience and accessibility to anywhere in the Metro Atlanta Area, Old Fourth Ward is the area and Auburn Glenn should seriously be considered!
Water bill is a flat rate and needs to changed. $60 per month is entirely too much for a 1 bedroom apartment

Ive been here i think eight years now and you know things break and tear in that time frame but i have to pay to have my blinds replaced and cant anything is really not a good look for your company. Makes me feel Im not appreciated.
