Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky, resting alongside the Ohio River on the Kentucky-Indiana border. The architecture in Louisville is a mix of old and new, with historic neighborhoods comprised of Victorian houses and towering skyscrapers scattered throughout the downtown area, many of which contain upscale apartments and condos available for rent.
The amenities in Louisville are just as diverse as the architecture. Renting in Louisville affords you the opportunity to see the famous Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, learn more about a boxing legend at the Muhammad Ali Center, and meet a range of animals at the Louisville Zoo. The city’s award-winning restaurant scene is an exemplary display of Southern cooking. Just outside the city lies the Louisville Mega Cavern, a vast underground space offering a broad range of adventurous attractions.

Property Ratings at Auburn Place Town And Garden Homes
Auburn Place Townhomes was home for my husband and I for over three years! Our neighbors were awesome and the community was quiet and peaceful! Every morning, we would see our maintenance guy, outside working to keep the grounds clean and free from debris. Management and maintenance were always polite and helpful! The apartments are nice and spacious and the staff is always looking for ways to keep the property attractive and a place you could be proud to call home! We would definitely recommend living here!
Auburn Place has been a high-quality environment to call home for many years. I was introduced to Auburn by a good friend of mine who grew up in this property with her family during childhood. Now that we are young adults, I am so grateful for her suggestion! The property has provided such a phenomenal experience for tenants that finding a vacancy is quite rare. A property without a revolving door of tenants speaks volumes. In addition to property quality, the employees of Auburn are such a delight! As a young 20-something, I am appreciative of Allison for her patience, kindness, and willingness to explain the entire process to me. You can feel the care in how they interact with tenants and potential residents. They genuinely want to see you win and live well! Aside from interpersonal interactions, the townhomes simply cannot be beat. The spacing (avoiding having anyone above or below), square-footage, privacy, and PRICING with all utilities included is UNMATCHED. My partner and I spent many months combing through different properties within the Louisville area and not one came close to the bang for our buck we are receiving at Auburn. All in all, I am so grateful for Auburn Place and I am looking forward to calling this place home soon!
I lived for two years in Auburn, it was a great experience, several friends and family have lived there and it has been a good experience for everyone. The manager is always available to help and answer any questions. the maintenance team is excellent, they always responded quickly and with quality work. It is very close to many important places, such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants. etc. Auburn is a clean and safe place for the family, a place where you can live with children.
These apartments and townhomes are some of the best in Louisville in terms of "bang-for-your-buck"! I lived in a townhome for 2 years with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The place is spacious, stylish and the management (Alison) is awesome--as is the maintenance team! I had very few maintenance issues during my stay here because most stuff is new, but the issues were always fixed right away. The area has been very safe and friendly in my experience. I had outdoor patio furniture that was never touched or bothered by anyone--even all my packages that I had delivered were never touched/stolen. This place is as safe as it is affordable. Highly recommend!
Let me start by saying this is one of the best places that I have ever stayed/rented. The townhomes are super spacious, and mine has a fireplace that turns on w/ a switch! Every time I have had any maintenance issues, they were taken care of right away. The manager is the best, and gets stuff done promptly. I literally saw her outside shoveling everyone's front sidewalk when it snowed..... Anywho, it's quiet, no drama (that I know of), criminal activity is very low for this area (research and see for yourself :) ) and there are some pretty decent schools around. Newcut road gets pretty busy in the mornings and afternoons due to school/work traffic, but it subsides after a short period of time. With God's grace, I'll be residing her as long as it takes, until I am able to buy a house.
Current resident and I love it. The staff is great. Maintenance man David is very nice, and he fixes everything quickly. The property is well maintained. Never have issues with noise. Love the vaulted ceilings. The apartments are so spacious. I will be here for awhile that's for sure.
Apartment is exactly as the picture shows went to view these townhouses and they are very nice !! Hope to live here soon
