Midway between Winston-Salem and Raleigh (roughly one hour’s drive to each), Burlington is an all-American community that looks fondly at its history while always working toward an even better future. In addition to the woodlands all around the city, several community parks and outdoor recreation areas provide ample opportunities for sports, hiking, swimming, boating, and more. Burlington City Park’s beautiful antique carousel is one of the city’s major landmarks, and forms the centerpiece of an annual music festival.
The community has done a lot of work to make the downtown area something special, with historic buildings, great locally-owned shopping and dining, and a 15-square-block area with free public Wi-Fi access. Downtown apartments have direct access to all of this and more within walking distance. The collaborative spirit runs deep in Burlington, and residents have no shortage of opportunities to take an active role in their community.

Property Ratings at Auburn Spring Apartments
I've been living here a little over a year. It's quiet inside because of adequate sound proofing. It's quiet outside because located on a dead end street with mostly medical buildings for neighbors. You can hear the highway from a distance. Close to shopping district. The apt is spacious, carpeted, clean and bright. Washer & dryer hookups in each apt, but also community laundry room on each floor. Maintenance is prompt. Management inspects regularly for upkeep & cleanliness. No smoking anywhere on premises. Co-residents are friendly. Only amenity I miss is having my own, private entrance. The building does offer tight security. Has elevator for 2nd floor. Has exercise room with treadmill and stationary bike, community TV/sitting room, computer room, social hall with full kitchen, Secure 2nd floor outdoor, covered sitting area (accessible only from inside,) room with card/puzzle tables. No DW or ceiling fans. Senior, income based, best suited for one or two occupants per unit.
