Property Ratings at Audubon Living
I lived here for 9 years. Apparently if they weren’t good I wouldn’t have stayed so long. The good: Roomy apartments, clean, safe community, responsive management. The not so good: squeaky floors! You can’t walk in your apartment without the folks next and below you hear you. In some areas of the apartment its rally bad. The balconies on the top floor have no protection from the elements. They are always doing construction and it gets really loud. Also, they never warn you when they turn off the water. Tough luck if you are taking a shower and they decide to cut you off. Other than that it’s a great place to live
