Property Ratings at Audubon Village Apartments
Don’t move here it’s trash, the rental office give zero f***,about the residents. And the trifling kids destroys the neighborhood. Roach infested apartments
It’s filthy! If you want to smell and see an abundance of trash everyday this is the landfill for you. This type of instance occurs only 359 days of the year. Good luck.
I just got my first voucher and I did all the steps. The rent office delayed my packet for like a week. Then when it was close to moving they said,”we sent it off on the 17, but I suppose to move in on the 26. Now they are close so now I have nowhere to go because of them. I suppose to sign my lease today. They are unprofessional.
I would not move here for any reason. Management in the office is more concern with people being outside of their building (they don't like it), they took down the basketball court so the kids are running all over, the pool is never open or cleaned and they never clean the parking lot or sidewalk when it snows. Several people have complained to the rental office and to Ledic, who manages this apartment complex. Ledic doesn't respond to any complaints. They have had several complaints about David and Diane, who are awful property managers. All they do is get people in and then find a way to evict them. I've seen them do this to people I know. Before you apply go in the neighborhood and talk with some of the residents. They will tell you if it's worth your money. For me, I don't think it is.
Asia is really pleasant and nice she walked me through the whole process I can't wait to move in 11/1.
First off I want to recognize dashia, she is really pleasant and helped me alot through my application process. There was alot of communication. The neighborhood is nice and well kept up. I would highly recommend friends and family that need somewhere to stay. Any way i went there july 19 and got approved, every since then shes been updating me on the process and telling me what i needed. I now move in 8/3, so excited to call audabon village my home.
I put in my application here back on 3/19. I gave it to the regional manager, David who told me that I would hear something back within 2 days. 2 weeks passed and I hadn’t heard anything so I called. After about 5 calls I finally got Nichole who was apparently just hired as the apartment manager on the line. Needless to say the application was never ran because she stated they were waiting on my check stubs to be provided. Mind you I was never told that these needed to be supplied at the time I turned in my application. She apologized and advised she would run the application and get back with me within a couple of days. Another week passed still had not heard anything. When I call and finally got someone on the line I was told that my application was approved and that I would be able to move in on Wed 4/18. That day I go to the rental office to see what is needed for me to pay and I was told that I would not be able to move that day because they had audits and needed my security card as well.( Was never previously notified of this)… and I would then need to move on Friday. When I arrived on Friday, 4/19 I was told that was not able to move because they needed a different format for my check stubs. Again, I was not notified of this previously. I submitted all information that was need finally thinking we were going to get a resolution to this. I was told that everything was set for me to move on 4/27. I received a call that morning saying they needed yet another form due to my paystub showing overtime for 2 weeks. This process has been horrible that lack of accountability and constant lies from the Regional Manager down. The only reason I am still pursuing living here is because they already have my money and I have a feeling that I will have a hard time getting that back.
My experience with the application process and dealing with the very unprofessional , very untruthful staff. Joceyln and Ashley was extremely frustrating and upsetting. They actually played with the application process for over 1 month. I have never experienced any other apartment complexes taking this long and they provided no updated phone calls on the delay.(NOT ONE) These employees should not be working in an office setting dealing with potential residents. Ledic Realty needs to take a look at the persons that they have in place running their complex. Incompetence, unprofessional and telling untruths (liar) . Not a place that I would ever want to live. I would recommend trying someplace that actually cares about their residents and how they present themselves. ********** CAUTION ********* NO STARS is what I would have picked View Less
Audubon Village is a great community to live in, I have been a resident for almost Ten years and I've raised my son in Audubon. The staff is great and. I would definitely recommend it to others.
