I had an amazing tour of the property with Sade. Her as well as her staff were so welcoming and made sure all my questions and concerns were met. They community is well up kept and the landscape and pricing is perfect.

Very painless touring, signing and move-in procedure. Staff have all been courteous and prompt in helping me with the leasing and move in process.

Very quiet,and peaceful. Kept clean around the grounds. My only critique would be the mosquitoes that are around the pool area, that makes it hard to enjoy the sunset

Decent apartments. Quiet and safe since I've lived here for almost a year. Could use some renovations but maintenance is very prompt with work orders.

I have lived here for three years now and am moving out in august. I loved living here, there were only a few small problems that I faced like noisy neighbors or broken heat in the winter but nothing really that wasn't easily solved.

I have had a few things happen and they were Johnny on it to get my repairs completed no matter how small. I love the portal to submit requests. I appreciate a call I received from Sade in association with a need to enter my place recently. Keep up the good work!!

My experience at Augusta Commons has been phenomenal!! I absolutely love all the amenities, my fabulous neighbors, the convenient location, the outstanding office and maintenance staff, and more!! I cannot say enough good about this place!’ I highly recommend Augusta Commons!!

I like the community it’s very quiet and calm. The thing I appreciate most is the closed gate policy, it makes me feel more safe. The only downside is the water and sewerage bill, it’s way too high, they should provide this bill for individual apartments.

Very peaceful and relaxing apartment complex, feels like home. We had to wait awhile for our apartment to become available but it was worth the wait.

So far so good. This place is beautiful. The apartments and the property grounds are well maintained. Office staff is quick and professional.

Nice Apts, great location, nice amenities, and professional staff. I have been here since April 2023 so going on my first year, and I have enjoyed my stay.

Communications getting into the apartment was a little rough and the apartment its self is pretty used but other than that its a decent little place. Over priced for sure

I love living here as it is a quiet and peaceful place. But dealing with the leasing office staff is absolutely nightmare. They sound like they hate their job, have no manners and do treat residents with kindness. I had multiple occasions where they overcharged me on my rent and I was never given the money back. I am reaching out to corporate to discuss this issue. We need need staff working at the leasing office asap.

Atención rápida a cualquier llamado por parte del equipo de Mantenimiento. Ambiente tranquilo y áreas con mantenimiento al día. Siempre hay personal que atiende cualquier duda en la oficina de arrendamiento. Acá se vive tranquilo.

this neighborhood is so great i’ve lived here for three years and only the most minor of issues have arisen. the three bedroom is amazing and the neighbors keep to their own:)

Affordable apartments, quiet and clean complex. Neighbors are friendly as well :). Maintenance fixes stuff quickly. I would definitely recommend friends and family to move here if looking for a place to move.

I really enjoyed the recent dessert and drinks event! It was nice to meet some new folks in the community! The dessert selections were really tasty as were the beverages. It was also nice to meet someone from the management team I had not met before. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this gathering!

The community overall is nice but when it comes to a flat rate for rent that's where the get you. There are so many unnecessary fees that by the time everything is added up you end up almost paying an additional 200 dollars. Not cool at all.

This is one fabulous community!! Living here has been exceptional. My neighbors are like family. There are great amenities here and the leasing office staff and maintenance staff are just wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained and the community is in a great location and convenient to everything!!

Overall a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartments are outdated considering the price. Neighboors are a hit or miss like anywhere else you would live. Ocasional problems with bugs on the apartment, and pest control is not really consistent.

I have had consistent problems for at least 1 of the 2 years I’ve lived here. It’s next to impossible to get in touch with staff and when I do I get brushed off. I have consistent pest problems that don’t get fixed (cockroaches, mosquitoes, milipedes, etc) inside the apartment. High moisture that causes black mold that I’ve complained about for months with no resolution despite it affecting my health. I reached out when another resident tried to break into my apartment and received no reply. My packages have been stolen. These apartments are not worth what they cost. The AC barely works. There are cracks and holes everywhere that allow pests in. The gate doesn’t work a lot of the time and lets too many people in at once which causes safety concerns. Etc.

everything is great here. the only issue is with the leasing office. they absolutely never answer the phone. if you need to talk to them you have to go in person. leaving a message won’t work because they will never get back to you. everything else is good.

Love the location and cozy feeling of the neighborhood. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Anytime we have had an issue it has been handled in quick and professional manner. It is so convenient to the expressway and shopping.

Augusta Commons is an exceptional place to live. If you are looking for a small quiet community, with great amenities, an outstanding leasing office and maintenance staff, wonderful neighbors, and beautifully maintained grounds…this is the place for you. I absolutely love it here and am proud to call Augusta Commons my home!!

Not a terrible place. Has a bit of a bug problem and the condition of the apartments are less than stellar. Should honestly be cheaper for what you are getting. Also, they only gave a months warning that we would not be paying our own water bills, but they would combine and split up the entire complex’s bill depending on how many people you live with. My water bill has been consistently $60 more each month. Neighbors are nice and the people in my building have been very respectful of noise so that’s a plus.

i love living here. there are so many perks. this neighborhood is close to my school. it is fairly maintained. it is safe. only a few negatives. one being the pool open so late in the year. another is the response time of all the staff. and the last is some of the neighbors, especially the ones that hit your car and blame you for it

This community is very quiet and peaceful and the people are friendly and welcoming.This is my 3rd lease renewal and I have no regrets. Beautiful pool area and a great workout facility.

Latoya was fantastic and so sweet, and she was so supportive. I told her about how this was my first lease and she was graciously explaining everything for me and walking me through the process. I love my apartment and how nice it is. The community is nice and well kept, and I couldn’t be happier

I’ve been living in this community from last 5 years. Good amenities & beautiful landscaping !! Maintenance is good, leasing office response time is little slow but they address your problems without ignoring. Enjoying our stay

Very quiet and peaceful and friendly neighbors. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests and get it sorted out, also all very nice people.

So so happy here! Augusta Commons is a breath of fresh air compared to poor management/maintenance we've experienced in other complexes. I am definitely hoping to be here for a while!

Great apartments! I have been a resident for 4 years and it has been wonderful. Jasmine has helped me a lot, any time that I need assistance she is available.

I absolutely loved visiting this complex and chatting with Jasmine. She knew everything about the complex and the area. The pool is fabulous…exactly what I’m looking for. Even though there isn’t an apartment available right now, I hope there will be something available soon. Fingers crossed!

I have been here for almost 2 years and to make it simple this is the place to be at. Maintenance responds quickly. Jasmine is fantastic and understanding when it comes to any issue. The complex is quiet and peaceful.

This apartment complex is very nice. I really like the resident events and the staff is so friendly! I enjoyed the pool party a few weeks ago and loved seeing the property manager interacting with all of the residents.

Augusta Commons is a great place to live. The amenities are really nice, especially the pool. I have been here 11 years and plan on staying as long as I can! Highly recommended!

Yes yes and yess to these apts . Leasing agent Ashleigh helped me and patiently worked with me to get me moved into my place. Peaceful apartments, quiet and not too far from The Avenue shopping plaza, Krogers, Publix, etc.

Nestled in a tranquil setting in East Cobb is the beautiful community of Augusta Commons. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is where you want to be. If your looking for a safe community where your neighbors are like family this is the place!! The pool is gorgeous and there is a gym open 24/7, laundry facility, business office, carwash, dog walk area, picnic area, etc. Augusta Commons is a little piece of heaven!! The leasing staff is exceptional and the maintenance team is top notch and responds immediately to all requests!! As a new resident, I couldn’t be any happier to call Augusta Commons my home and little piece of Heaven!! I absolutely love it here!!!!

Really raising the rent without any actual improvements???? I sent an email the month I moved in about mold in the guest bathroom and it was serious never addressed - you added a dog park but I don't have a dog ( and not to mention numerous dogs on the breed restriction list on the property- i have a toddler)and I moved here for the security of a gated community but the gate is not working properly seriously every month --- but you raised the rent? the trash pick up is unreliable-- please check the numerous emails I sent ---- please explain how that's justified? my water heated flooded as well as the pipes under the sink in the same week - and although addressed promptly there was adjustment to my water bill that you guys control - so thanks for nothing btw during the summer teenagers broke into the pool - throwing a loud party overnight that kept my child awake--- since the pool doesn't have an actual lock and there is no actual security it went on into the late hours of the night

5 years ago this place was great for trouble-free living, since then more and more less desirable folks have moved in and now it is liken to those up the road on Delk. Apartments are old, tired outdated and breaking down. Maintenance is good tho, but the office is so-so. Small Children playing on road unsupervised wont move out of way, I fear they gonna get run over by all the cars whipping thru the parking lot at mach-10. Walls are thin, i hear things I don't want to. The worst of it all is I smell marijuana in my apartment several times a day and complaints to the office are futile.

Anytime I have an issue they are very prompt to resolve it. I know all of my neighbors and they are also nice.

I have lived here for 7 months and I can say that this was the best decision ever! I love how whenever I have a maintenance problem, they always come right away to fix it unlike the previous places I stayed at that took 3 months. This place is quiet and awesome!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
