Nestled at the foothills of Blue Ridge Mountains, about halfway between Atlanta and Charlotte along I-85, Greenville offers big-city excitement coupled with small-town simplicity. A burgeoning food scene and exceptional amenities plus a hospitable, close-knit community and easy access to nature account for this juxtaposition.
Greenville is teeming with options for modern adventures. Renting in Greenville affords you the opportunity to bike the expansive Swamp Rabbit Trail, catch a baseball game at Fluor Field, take in stunning views on the Liberty Bridge at Falls Park on the Reedy, watch a play at the Peace Center, meet the animals at Greenville Zoo, and purchase your next gift at Haywood Mall. You can also attend Artisphere, a three-day outdoor event which draws acclaimed international artists to Greenville every year.

Property Ratings at Augusta Road Apartments
The office team is extremely nice and very helpful. Any issues I have encountered and brought to their attention was handle in a timely manner. They try their best to engage with the residents through different events held at the main office.
I love the Management. I definitely will be renewing my lease.
The staff at Augusta Apartments are very nice. They work with you and support you. We appreciate each and everyone of you :)
The ladies in the office have always been straight forward and honest and kind to me and my children.. especially Carmen
Don’t let the pictures full you! They are trashy and infested with roaches! I had to leave because it just wasn’t safe nor clean for my baby. When I first came to my apartment door it had roaches outside of the door. Also when I moved out they charged me for previous damages that were there before I moved in, like the missing floor piece in the bathroom. It’s also in a dangerous area the club in front called Godivas is always having shootouts. Don’t believe me search it up yourself!
The people in our building smoke in their units, which you can smell all throughout the building, and we can occasionally smell it in our bathroom when it comes through the ventilation system. The building hallways and laundry facility are always dirty, and the last time I went to the laundry building there was only 1 working washer. The neighbors are either constantly fighting or partying loudly, to the point where we have called the police. During the whole time we have lived there, we have had roaches. Maintenance is good about sending people to spray the buildings when you ask and they even just put up a new spraying schedule, but it is still an issue even though we keep our unit very clean. You cannot have multiple appliances running in the kitchen, or you will blow a fuse since everything along the main wall in the kitchen is on one circuit. Wouldn't really recommend this place unless you really needed somewhere to go briefly.
I moved in and September of 19. I have no problems with the apartment. Any problems I have, I take him to the office and they have been addressed immediately. The ladies in the office are wonderful they have treated me with up most respect. My neighbors are even great people.

For what they expect for you to pay..and believe me, it'll be WAY more than what anyone in the office Will lead you on to believe. you could find yourself a MUCH DECENT, Cleaner, SAFER , Place to stay than here. They will nickle and dime you for everything they possibly can. READ YOUR LEASE! This place is a suck hole slum.

Terrible apartments, they never fix maintenance issues, they’ll do temporary fixes and have to come back about a week later, there are copperhead snakes in the apartments and around them, worms are a huge issue they are everywhere. The hallways reek one of the worst smells I’ve ever smelt and they’re never cleaned. The staff here isn’t concerned about their tenants, they’re more so concerned about getting off of work and not having to deal with your problems. I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone, I’m usually a calm person and I’ve never written a review like this but I wish before we leased here I had some people to tell me how it is here. You can get a good apartment for the same prices you pay here minus the issues.

Apartments look okay but they have constant issues with roaches and are money-hungry! I cant stand them and would never recommend anyone I care about to live there. I'd choose being homeless before I'd ever give them another dime of my money. Thank goodness I was able to finally move away from there!

This is an okay place if you’re just starting out, mainly because of the affordable price. But you get what you pay for. Pests are a constant issue, especially roaches. The laundry area is run down. The smell of marijuana is a constant issue as are some of the shady tenants. The hallways are constantly dirty and rarely cleaned. On the positive side it is relatively quiet and is close to lots of shopping and downtown. Overall I would advise to look for a different place on in similar price range. Negatives outweigh the positives.

I have currently been living here for 6 months. It is the most horrible decision ever! I can not wait until my lease is up May of next year! There are roaches literally everywhere and the pest control company comes every month just to briefly spray one spot in the bathroom and one spot in the kitchen and then leaves. The Roaches crawl out of the vents, holes that are in the apartment and even the faulty floor boards that create a easy escape for them to crawl under. I’ve had roaches crawl in my kitchen cabinets, dish rack and kitchen, bedroom and also my bathroom sink. It’s very disgusting. I’ve complained countless times just to be told that I can receive the same ineffective pest treatment. When I first asked management which pest control company they use since the same guy that does the treatment never has on a badge which Is very unprofessional since he’s entering a person’s place of living I was told by management that she could not disclose that information. Management is rude and very unprofessional. They tend to get snappy with you when you’re ask them for information of people in higher positions than them or lie as if they don’t know who or what you’re talking about. The walls are extremely thin that you can hear your neighbors phone conversations clear as day. Also don’t believe them when they say that the apartments are “renovated” either. Their definition of renovation is painting over the initial problem. Save yourself the stress and move somewhere else.

We are very disappointed to hear that you are not happy with your experience at our community. We offer pest control services to all our residents. Each apartment is treated every two months but if you feel you need additional treatment, please let our office know and we will schedule you for more treatments.
This is my first official apartment on my own I absolutely love this place. The one bedroom is very spacious. The property management is great. The various occupants have been super nice and for so many people in this complex it’s very quiet. Parking is plenty! It’s an older building so you will come across some maintenance issues, but they are very prompt about getting things fixed, minus the weekends the “emergency maintenance” seems to be no more than a voicemail. But I couldndef seeing myself staying in this place for years.
I would never in a million years write a review about Augusta Rd Apartments, but I felt this was needed after my experience. I'm not sure who she was but I think her name was Nija (I think) her phone etiquette is first rate, and meeting her in person was even better! She treated me like she knew me for years, and she was very pleasant. The other lady Tracy was very nice as well, but I must say the Customer Service between these two ladies is top notch. Especially Nija (I hope I'm spelling her name right) I want to go to the complex just to talk to her! lol The apartment model was gorgeous, plus the constant renovations they are doing seem to be making a HUGE difference. This is no longer the old AUGUSTA HILLS this is a new community. The staff is wonderful and the apartments look amazing!

We love to hear that you had a great experience visiting our community! Customer service is very important to us. Thank you for the positive feedback.
There are various other properties in Greenville that offers more than this complex. Don't let the price lure you into making a big mistake. I'd advise to drive through the neighborhood before wasting your money to apply. There are no amenities offered. Trash throughout the parking lot. The roads have large potholes that have been there for years. The renonvations on the apartments are poorly made and they don't make up for the bug infestation. The office staff are rude. I stayed here for 6 months and did a payout to break my lease.

Our community does not have many amenities to offer and that is how we are able to keep the rent so affordable. All of our parking lots have been repaved within the last couple of months and there are many more renovations to come. We do offer pest control services to all of our residents. We hate to hear that you were not satisfied with your first experience but we would love for you to stop by and see all of our changes.
My family and I lived here for two years. They constantly are leaving notes on everyone's door that they are changing prices on everything(Late fees, pet policies, etc.) . They attempt to scam anyone they possibly can. Only positive to living here is your "lovely" apartment complex is on Live PD once a month...Please don't do this to your family.

We do leave notes on our residents doors as a way of keep them informed of what is going on. We understand that some residents do find this inconvenience. If there was a specific policy that you did not understand please contact our office so any questions can be answered.
They are horrible all around. Rude office women. Nasty Apartments when you move in. They are thieves and don't care how anything is in your apartment. Horrible!!! Run Away!!!!

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. We value our residents and community and take pride in providing a superior living experience.
You get what you pay for. I'm a college student with not a lot of money so I cant afford a fancy apartment downtown. The rent here is cheap and my apartment is super cute. I love the wood floors. The maintenance staff is ok and the girls in the office are always friendly. This is a great place to start out.

I lived at Augusta Road Apartments for a year and hated it. I never felt safe when taking my dog out, they let any breed dog live there and do not enforce the leash rule so on several occasions me and my dog were approached by other residents dogs while they were off leash and there owner was not watching them. Also the grounds around the apartments are always scattered with litter and the garbage is usually overflowing. Most of the lights in the parking lot don't work and the parking is terrible. The only positive about the place is that you can be as loud as you want in your apartment because nobody there cares. Even though it is cheap it is not worth it.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide our residents with the best living experience possible. If we failed to meet your expectations, we sincerely apologize.
I say it's good for the price because they have done some upgrades to the property & landscaping. The apartments are very spacious & has plenty of closer space but don't expect the nice finishing you would find in the apartments at a higher price point. The neighborhood is surprisingly quite & peaceful. The office staff are somewhat helpful but respond quickly with maintenance issues. Overall a nice place to live & plenty of space compared to other places above this price point.
