Apartment is nice. Minor issues solved timely. The only thing i would note for people to consider is that the walls are not very soundproof, but it is not a big issue

Love the amenities and staff is great! I have had a smooth transition moving in and there is ample and secure parking. I also feel like I need to get a dog because the wash room goes crazy.

The staff is amazing and the events they plan every month add to the experience. we love the neighborhood and having the farmers market just a short walk away. The amenities are top-notch and the new coffee machine is great.

It’s been two month and I enjoy every moment! The staff is so friendly and common area is comfortable. The only thing can be blamed is being at the top floor it could be warm sometimes.

It's been two weeks, but so far, so good. The staff are always around, friendly, and responsive. My experience with tenants has also been incredibly positive. Easy access to the American Tobacco Trail, walking distance to Bulldega, DPAC, and all sorts of bars and restaurants. I've missed city living, and so far loving it here!

I can only share positive thoughts about this wonderful community. Everyone who lives here feels like family—joyful and tranquil. The apartments are stunning, and the amenities are first-rate.

The kitchens are equipped with high-quality appliances, and in-unit laundry makes daily living convenient. Location, Location, Location! Aura 509’s location is fantastic! It’s a short drive from downtown Durham, with easy access to restaurants and parks. Exceptional Management and Community The management team is attentive and committed to resident satisfaction. The sense of community is strong, with regular events that foster connection. Conclusion Overall, my experience at Aura 509 has been amazing. The combination of excellent amenities and a great location makes it a standout choice in Durham. I highly recommend checking it out!

The leasing office and maintenance teams have been helpful! It has been a pretty good experience living here so far with minor issues that have been resolved.

Move in day was a stress free process. Management was very helpful with reserving the elevator and helping me find a cart. I felt super welcomed right away!

The staff here is lovely and the maintenance team rocks! The place is really beautiful and clean, it’s been the perfect place to come home to!

I love living in Aura! The localization is perfect, as the pool, BBQ, and much more! Also, we have two bus stops nearby which is really helpful.

I was debating between Durham and Chapel Hill and toured several apartments in Durham. Although Aura 509 wasn’t my top choice on paper based on my research, the service I received during the tour was exceptional. When I arrived, Phil was busy finishing up another tour, but another gentleman greeted me warmly, brought me to their coffee bar, and made some pleasant small talk while I waited. Phil then took over and was incredibly welcoming and detailed throughout the tour. The building was spotlessly clean—something I didn’t see at many other complexes I visited. The apartment I was shown was fresh, clean, and had a lovely view of the pool area with modern fixtures. Although it was a bit smaller than I had hoped, Phil showed me other great options. In the end, I found an apartment that worked perfectly for me. Highly recommend Aura 509 for their outstanding service!

Great floor plans, great staff, and great location. The facilities and amenities are also top notch. The fitting, walls, flooring, hardware, and appliances, is great.

I absolutely LOVE living at the Aura 509. They always greet me by name which shows they care about their residents and their lives. They stay up to date with us and care about our well being. It truly is like having an extended family right there with you! 10/10 STARS in my book!

Our experience has been excellent. This complex is clean, well maintained and the sales group is friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all questions promptly.

Sad how empty this apartment is and it's honestly because the amenities and space are not there compared to all the other builds nearby. My apartment had terrible soundproofing as well and I woken up by garbage trucks at 5 am nearly every weekday because the apartment's back is to a school. Garage door was broken for almost 6 months. I think the worst part though was how nice the staff seemed until I signed the lease. After that though, it took so much back and forth to get simple maintenance tickets looked at or even a response from the staff. They also nickel and dime you on everything including amenity fees, etc. I would not live here, much better newer apartments with much better locations and staff nearby.

It was ok. It was a lot of restrictions and negative bitter people there. Just bitter. Great location but not a lot of space for price, so it was ok.

So far so good this place is still great. Moved here Sept 2023. I have no regrets. One of the things that I enjoy the most is the quickness of maintenance request. Responds in 24 hours or less. Ayanna

I’ve only been here for a few days but everyone has been incredible friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and the unit is brand new and the ac is is amazing in this summer heat.

Really nice place to live. Quiet but still close to downtown, so we can enjoy both sides of the city. Also communication here is good. The apartment itself is new, the amenities are great so in my opinion no complaints. Our apartment doesn’t have any balcony which I’m lacking off. At least living on the 5th floor is giving me beautiful sunsets with magnificent view on the downtown.

Been living here since September of last year and me and my fiancé still love it here. WiFi is great because I work from home and we both love online gaming. They have great community events to meet the neighbors. And there is a bus stop right out front. No to far from either of our jobs.

Great location, extremely responsive and kind employees, very secure parking. Love the storage unit on site! Overall I’m loving living here!

Great place all around! The staff is AMAZING beyond belief!! The maintenance crew is equally amazing and both teams are on top of any issues that may arise in a timely and friendly manner to make my living experience the best it can be! The Aura strives for you to REALLY feel "at home" and they couldn't be doing a better job at it! They hold the best events in our stylish rooms downstairs with great food and great company. Best apartment Complex I have experienced! It's clean, they take care of requests right away, they pamper residents with snacks and any type of coffee you want available lto you 24 hours :Latte, capuchino, American, teas, hot chocolate, carbonated water. At the gyms they have pre workouts, energy bars and new equipment. Management is exceptional. Amazing social events. Its just perfect!

This is one of the best places we have lived at, in particular we are happy to be a part of this community where we truly feel welcomed. We have become great friends with the management team and every day look forward to seeing them, especially our baby girl.

Decent apartment, but kind of cold and sterile. Garage gates have been broken for like a year. I think overpriced for the area. You can get better deals elsewhere.

As a new resident at Aura 509, I've had a generally positive experience with the entire process thus far. Bozzuto's management team professionally expedited the process by being highly communicative and professional regarding move-in questions, etc. I have no complaints.

The apartment complex itself is great. The location is great.Many things in waking distance. There is a need a better package delivery system for items received after 5pm.

We had a wonderful experience moving in and the staff was very helpful. They have a lovely refreshment area and the staff was most helpful showing us around and helping us with the particulars regarding the building.
