Amazing living experience and the staff are wonderful!

Been living here for about a year and a half and it’s hands down the best community I’ve lived in. Very nice living space and friendly residents. Very dog friendly which is great for me since I’ve got a very friendly and extroverted little dog. The property is always well maintained and its location is nice and tucked away from the chaos of gandy.

We’ve lived here for a year now and absolutely love it. High quality living space in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. The staff is all very nice and extremely responsive to any and all needs. Maintenance, questions, etc.

Moved in about a month ago and happy so far! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartments and the property are being kept very clean. The landscaping is so beautiful! All my maintenance requests have been accomplished within 1-2 days with great quality. Management and office staff are wonderful! Best place to live in St Pete!

I recommend these apartments if you’re looking for the most square feet for the most affordable amount. Been here about 6 months now and as someone who has been living in apartments for 15 years here’s my 2 cents. Maintenance staff is the best you’ll ever have anywhere period, can’t say enough great things about them. Office staff are friendly and helpful but there have been a few times where I had a package in the leasing office and went there during normal open hours to pick it up, they had “stepped out” (sign was on the door), I feel like at least one person should ALWAYS be in the office during open hours. The property is quiet for the most part although the doors very heavy and I always know when my neighbors are coming/going or if they’re listening to music/watching a loud movie. Lastly these are advertised as luxury apartments and I would say that’s a bit of an exaggeration- luxury apartments don’t have carpet, no matter if you’re on the 1st floor or the 5th. Luxury apartments also come with light fixtures in EVERY room, my living room has no light, just a ceiling fan, and my bedroom has no light either, so I had to spend about $200 on light fixtures when I moved in just so I could see at night, and fridge has no water filter or ice dispenser (another luxury feature). Like I said, the rent is the most affordable for the sqft but don’t advertise as luxury when you’re basically right next door to an actual luxury apartment community. Pool is nice and gym has the basic necessities and is clean. Grounds are well kept and the security gate has never broken since living here- which is a big plus.

Beautiful New complex tucked into a quiet neighbourhood close to downtown. Gated community very safe modern apartments and great service by the maintenance staff.

This is the first place we have ever lived that we didn't want to move out six months later. Not only is the front office super friendly and always helpful, but the maintenance guys are amazing! Ron is our favorite, he always asks if I need help unloading my vehicle and if there is every a work order request, you can count on him to be there in no time! Smantha and Brian

Not only is the property beautiful and well maintained but the apartments are well designed and modern. The property has an amazing pool that you can often find people relaxing and enjoying their time at. The people that live in the apartments are kind and courteous to the others around them. Many people are young and have pets they walk around the property. I love the atmosphere of calm and peace that is felt throughout the space.

The apartment complex is new and the apartments are very nice and modern. I loved that they offer outdoor storage on the balcony. Downside is the gym is very small and there are very strict rules when leasing. Unlike other apartments, they require BOTH individuals living in the apartment (a couple staying in a 1 bedroom) to make 3 times the rent. Whereas other places look only at one/combination.

Very good apartments. Well-kept, rather secure, great residents, modern, luxurious, well-built apartments, nice amemities like a pool, gym, social events, and a dog park, and exceptional management and nice maintenance staff. Only downside isn’t even something in the apartment complex. It’s the only exit from the apartments. Making a 90-degree right turn from a stop sign on Oak Street into traffic on Gandy going 55-65+ mph makes for some fun times trying to get out on the road. If you have a normal, everyday car, be ready to absolutely FLOOR it while making a 90 degree turn to get up to speed with the flow of traffic, or sit at the right turn for 5 minutes waiting for the eastern traffic light to turn red. The apartment management and partners are working with the City of St. Petersburg, who is analyzing traffic patterns to resolve this issue with safety and residential feedback in mind. Time will tell if anything comes of it.

I cant underestimate how dangerous the exit is onto Gandy from Oak St. You will sit there forever in the morning unless u literally risk your life trying to turn into high speed oncoming traffic. I've never seen anything like this. You will also encounter impatient people behind you who expect you to risk your life turning into high speed traffic on Gandy. This is an absolute nightmare and coming home from the west is just as bad. Unless you are extremely patient and have a high tolerance to risk, look elsewhere. Additionally the walls are beyond paper thin, you will hear every single imaginable sound made in neighboring apartments. Beyond the aforementioned the place is great as far as apt complexes go. Just not worth the stress or risk.

All things considered its a very good apt complex. Like all new apts the walls are paper thin so pending your neighbors it might be a difficult situation. That said, management will do everything in their power to help if you report an issue. The other main concern is having to deal with gandy entering and leaving with no traffic light and high speed traffic. Unless you wait for the light to change down to the east you will risk your life trying to merge into traffic and coming home from the west the U turn is just as dangerous. I'm careful and have narrowly avoided accidents on several occasions. That is a nightmare waiting to happen, if it hasn't already. Otherwise place is great, new, people are professional and nice, it's clean, pretty, safe and somewhat reasonable compared to newer places closer to downtown or even in Gandy area. Maintenance is also great.

Just moved to St. Petersburg from Cincy. I can’t tell you enough how much I love living at Aura at 4th apartment. I love the amenities especially their Clubhouse and pool. As a dog owner, you get an easy access to the Pet Park. My dog just love meeting other dog owners. I get to meet other very friendly dog owners too. The best part about this place is their excellent service. The staff have been great and attentive to all my needs and requests.

Everything has been great so far! Great amenities, near everything, 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to tampa (traffic granting), well maintained...no complaints. Staff is very friendly and easy to deal with, and maintenance responds very quickly

This apartment complex is the best I have ever lived in. Ashley and Tony are awesome and always there to help if you have any questions or concerns. Maintenance staff is on point and always available when you need them. I am so glad I live here and would reccomend this complex to anyone.

Property is clean and quiet. Small property but great amenities: trash pick up, car wash, gym and pool. Friendly and prompt staff.

Aura is a beautiful and fairly new facility that is well maintained! It offers great amenities and has a good community feel. We are friends with lots of our neighbours! We’re happy to say we just re-signed our lease!

Over all a nice place to live. The office staff is pretty helpful and the maintenance staff is great, they fixes any issue almost always the next day! The only downside would be the walls are a little thin and you can hear your neighbors if they are being even a little loud. For the most part everyone is quite and really isn’t a problem.

Love living here. It's clean and well maintained. More pet events would be great!

Aura @ 4th is exactly what apartment living should be like. The spacious floor plan and amenities have been exactly what we expected. On a few occasions we have submitted a maintenance claim and it was fixed that same day! I can’t recommend this complex enough.

My young family loves living at Aura. We always feel safe and the place is very well maintained. The maintenance staff is super friendly and very timely! It is gorgeous here and we love walking around the little pond and relaxing by the pool.

Very quiet community, with great amenities in a great staff. Buildings are kept very clean and always mopped, the trash service is a great addition and it’s definitely worth the money. Very secure! Great landscaping and easy access parking. Love living here!!!!!!

I have been living at Aura for over a year now and the complex is always kept up and clean. Walls are pretty thin but it is to be expected in an apartment complex. Most everyone I have came across has been very friendly. Not very many kids in this complex, would say average age is mid 30's. All in all good place to come home to at night. Tucked back off the road which helps with the noise levels.

Aura’s staff is courteous and the grounds/amenities are well maintained. I love the gym setup. It gives you a variety of options whether free weights or machines. Because it is a small community, noise and congestion are not a concern. Residents are friendly and courteous. Location is perfect for those traveling to downtown St. Pete or downtown Tampa. Definitely a safe and happy place to live!

Aura is an amazing apartment community with wonderful staff and beautiful apartments! The price per square footage is also quite good for the St. Pete area. The location is great because is access to downtown St. Pete and both the Tampa and St. Pete airports. Maintenance is also amazing. Aura is truly a quality community!

I have lived here for two years and have had an excellent experience. The amenities are nice, gym, car wash, dog park, etc. The community is quaint and quiet, staff is friendly and other residents are extremely respectful. The location is also perfect for an easy commute to Tampa or downtown St Petersburg. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment.

Amazing property! Great management and staff! Dog friendly and clean.

Everything is great except for the paper thin walls and dependence on Gandy. You will clearly hear your neighbors TV, conversations, barking dogs, snoring/other noises and if you are sensitive to this you will never sleep. Even the TV on low volume comes right through the bedroom wall and if your neighbor snores you will literally lose your mind. The other negative is the Gandy nightmare. I feel like I am narrowly avoiding car accidents everyday. You have to make a U turn if coming from the west to access Oak St. and it's dicey at best. There is a light further down but you can sit there forever. Leaving the place from Oak the turn onto Gandy can be dangerous as cars are flying over the bridge from Tampa. Also expect the person waiting behind you to sit on their horn if you do not risk your life turning into traffic. Besides these concerns the place is new, clean and perfectly fine. Your experience will largely be determined by your neighbors and what kind of noise they make, especially at night.

What a great complex! I likely because it doesn’t feel like a typical apartment complex. The size of the complex is ideal. The amenities are amazing. The pool is beautiful. The gym has awesome equipment. The grounds are kept up. I’ve never had an issue! Also super convenient to get to Tampa, Downtown St. Pete and north county. I really live living here.

Aura is an amazing place to live!! The apartments are beautiful and the office manager and assistant manager, Ashley and Tony are wonderful!! They definitely go the extra mile to do anything they can to help make moving in and living here a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this community!!

Everything about this place is great! The people are nice. The apartments are wonderful. And the facilities are off the charts.

The front office staff and maintenance do an excellent job taking care of their clients. They bend over backwards to help in any way they can. the fitness center and pool are top-notch and get used extensively by the people living in the 150 Apartments. It is luxury living in a small community.

Great place for any new residents to st pete. Dog park, pool, grills, gym. Located close enough to Tampa and downtown st Pete.

I've lived at aura since it first opened up back in 2016 and couldn't be happier with the complex. It has good amenities, particularly a gym that you won't find at any other apartment (has a real squat rack type deal!) And a nice walking path. Great value for the money and would definitely suggest checking it out

We chose this apartment complex via the internet because of a "sudden" change in my job assignment, but we were pleasantly surprised that the website is accurate. They really do have all the amenities listed and their photos don't exaggerate. This place is very clean inside and out. The grounds are meticulously kept. Our neighbors are friendly and the staff members bend over backward to make sure all is well. Maintenance showed up within hours of our request---and it wasn't even urgent. The bike garage, car-care center, fitness center, pool, and nature pond are all very nice. We really like the at-your-door trash pickup service too. Dave B.

We absolutely love living here at Aura on 4th. We just renewed for another year. The location is outstanding, and there are many convenient stores nearby. The facilities are good, and the grounds are clean. The staff are amazing. Friendly, consistent, and helpful are their best qualities. I recommend taking a tour and seeing for yourself. Our neighbors are very friendly, and we have enjoyed our time here. -Amy S.

No complaints. This complex is always clean and well maintained. Maintenance is prompt, and everyone in the office is very friendly. They also have a great dog park my pup enjoys every day. We happily renewed our lease. :)

Moved From Portland, OR to St. Petersburg. One of the nicest and well built properties I have ever stayed in. Great area for my two Huskies who love to run wild and wrestle in the private dog park. Spacious apartments and updated features. The only negative is that the walls are thin but overall nice place.

Aura is a great place to live. It has a great friendly staff who are very helpful. Aura is centrally located to great shopping and entertainment district.
