The quaint neighborhood of Love Field takes its name from the Dallas Love Field Airport, the largest attraction and amenity in the neighborhood. This highly rated airport features artwork, museums, and a variety of restaurants. The Frontiers of Flight Museum features aircraft, exhibits, and offers educational programs on aviation history that are entertaining for the whole family. Property cleanliness has gone way down. Residents don’t pick up after their animals especially in the dog park area. It’s disgusting. We can’t even enjoy it. Also why are the gym restrooms always locked??? That’s an inconvenience while working out and needs to be fixed. At least open them during office hours.

Run...don't rent here! My daughter and I toured a couple of weeks ago. The agent quoted my daughter a price for the unit available and then verbally agreed to a move in date. My daughter went home and filled out the application immediately and paid the $300 in administrative and application fees. We had to call them about our status, they didn't call us for days only to be declined because of their 3X the rent salary stipulation. They offered a guarator option for another $150!! When we spoke to them they were extremely curt and rude and told my daughter that she could not move in on the agreed upon date and that if she chose not to move forward the $300 would be forfeited. When asked for the proof that it was indeed non-refundable she said "it was in my letter" which we never received from them. THIS PLACE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am 60 years old and have lived in numerous apartments and have never received such horrendous customer service. Rest assured I will make it known to all I know not to move here.
It is a beautiful complex, however there are issues. Examples: parking is terrible, the pool needs repair, the fact that we can not have packages delivered and that FedEx refuses to deliver here and the elevators are never all working.

Bluffs at Midway Hollow is a clean community that is relatively quiet considering it is off of Northwest Highway. The leasing staff has been incredible with their response time and handling of any concern that has come up.

The elevators in garage have never worked. No remotes for the TVs in lounge/club. No pool lights. Grill timer did not operate. Restricted hours of usage for sky lounge. No garbage cans except for pool area. Need more garbage cans onsite by leasing office and mail room. Resident portal for payments has no descriptions. Not easy to use for payments or adding pets. On a positive note, staff in leasing office are very helpful.

Elevators never work and parking is terrible. They have finally started to complete some things we have asked for over a year. I personally have had my floors fixed 4 times and they still peel up off the cement. Not happy about it and don't feel I should have to pay to be transferred to another unit

This property hands downs has to be the worst apartments in Dallas. The hallways are always dirty and smell like dog urine. Fences in the stairways. The elevators never works, well besides the one next to the office cause they need it running to do tours. High chance of getting your car broken into. When I was moving the maintenance used their key to unlock my doors and stole a lot of my property that I still had there. Tv, PlayStation etc. the Office is no help and claim they don’t know if the cameras work.

Bluffs at Midway Hollow is a good apartment complex and has many fun amenities. Recently, however, residents' cars have been broken in, packages have been stolen (even though the mailrooms supposedly have cameras), and residents believe it's one of their own is helping people break-in and steal packages. It isn't management's fault crime is rising, inflation is hurting everyone, and people are taking drastic actions. People at the Bluffs need to take more responsibility rather than putting/blaming everything on management. Because of these reasons, I can only say the Bluffs at Midway Hollow is good to live at, rather than excellent. This is my honest opinion.

This apartment complex is the WORST and does not even meet the bare minimum services supposed to be provided to the residents. Basic services like a functioning elevator, clean facilities and amenities, clean carpets, working garage gate, and even lights needing to be replaced are NOT met. Management is completely unresponsive. Calls are very rarely answered and emails are NEVER answered. Even packages are stolen on the daily despite their being cameras in the mail rooms. Management has not responded to this in months. I've been at this apartment for over a year and the management for Bluffs at Midway Hollow is the worse than all other companies I've seen run this place. This apartment is going downhill quickly. Residents pay too much for basic needs to be unmet. Makes you wonder what they are doing with your money if safety and clean facilities are not a priority. Management is running this place (that used to be very nice) into the ground.

Bluffs at Midway Hollow has a lot of work to do. I was sold a standard that they don't live up to. Halls smell. Carpets are dirty. Pet fur comes in through vents. Ice from ice machine has white coating. Not sure why Hannah is the manager there. Management and staff act stressed out to avoid addressing the issues at hand. My safety is also a concern here. Homeless people hanging out in the garage.

Over the last 16 months, the complex has gone through 3 management companies and reviews have gone from 4.5 stars to 1.5 stars. Constantly frustrating.

LOOK ELSWHERE! Seriously the worst apartment management you will ever deal with. Completely unresponsive. Was given a key to a unit that wasn't cleaned, bathtub is completely corroded by mysterious substances, and our primary bedroom door has a hole completely through it. Management has promised to come fix several times in writing and in person. No showed countless times. I usually have no issue with Greystar properties, nor have I heard of anyone with them. But this is ridiculous. Seriously, if you can help it do not move here.

The management is rude and unprofessional. Maintenance staff is non-existent. Cars get broken into and maintenance calls go unanswered for days. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. I’m terminating my lease as the living conditions are appalling.

Let’s just say this place is a train wreck. Empty promises from management. No management staff stays long term. Not to mention all the car break ins as mentioned below. Apartment does not monitor all the dog poop that careless owners don’t clean up and never clean the dog park. There was about a week where the dog disposal trash was overflowing with poop bags :). Leasing office hardly ever answers the phones!! The stories I could tell you to convince you not to move here are endless. Save yourself the stress.

Prior mgtwas bad. Current mgt, somehow, is worse. Multiple residents have informed the office of repeated car break-ins and the response is nonexistent. People's cars have been parked between one night and one hour and have had their catalytic converters stolen and windows smashed. I haven't had my car broken into but have confirmed at least 5 other accounts within the last 2 months. Mgt has not sent so much as an email recognizing the issue. There is no sort of after hours security that patrols the area and people have had issues contacting the courtesy officer. There's also a large homeless camp in the woods behind the complex. While I have not personally had issues with this, I have seen homeless people walking through the parking lot and immediately behind the complex on their way to the woods. I have talked with female residents who are scared to walk around the complex after dark because of the homeless people. You can sometimes hear them at night. Forget about a response to any complaint you file w/ mgt. The table in the dog park has been broken for months and it almost fell onto a smaller dog recently. Residents turned the table over and moved it to prevent it from falling and injuring a dog. The office has not even bothered to remove the now non-functioning table. A few weeks ago, the dog park did not have any bags to pick up dog poop with. I informed the office of the problem and was told it would be fixed the next day. I had to call 4 days in a row before anything happened. Finally I called the corporate office to tell them about the issue and the next day the dog park was freshly stocked with bags. But the office did nothing about the huge amount of poop in the park from 4 days worth of accumulation. Beyond mgt, the walls at this complex are *thin*. You can hear every footstep around you, conversations had at a normal volume, and if your neighbor has a sound system with a bass you'll hear every thump through the wall. I had to flip our living room to try and minimize the noise of our neighbor's bass system and it is still an ongoing everyday issue for me. Even with proper management, the issues here are not worth remotely close to the amount of money charged. The walls are jokingly thin. The sprinkler system near the dumpster causes it to flood half of the week and the trash piles up in the puddles because management does not schedule dump trucks to empty the dumpsters often enough.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the new management is awful. Completely unresponsive is an understatement and things are going downhill fast. Not worth it…at all.

Good location and amenities but the new company that bought it has driven this complex into the ground. They have had control for close to two months now and still do not have a working email and rarely answer the phone. I have been lied to numerous times by the new staff, multiple doors have been broken for weeks now. If you want to routinely be frustrated and lied to by your landlord move here.

This place truly sucks. The amenities are great but the terrible staff and management makes up for anything that is good. We needed a place quickly as we moved from out of state and had little to no help with any application questions we had. We would call and never get an answer. We let it slide because we were on a time crunch. Since move in, nothing has changed. I do not believe the phone is even a working phone. I have never had a real person answer. I love living in a place where no help is given and residents are not treated properly :)

Great community! Great staff! Clean and responsive! Ive lived here going on 2 years this month and have minimum complaints if any at all. Jessica the assistant manager is great! High turnover in staff but overall everyone is friendly and professional. Im considering transferring to a new apartment within the community when my lease is up in November.

Someone needs to teach the office staff how to speak to other humans. Every email, letter, and in-person interaction is unpleasant. Workmanship inside the apartments is shoddy, and maintenance continually fails to resolve repairs in a timely manner.

My experience at Aura Bluffview has been so terrible. If you are a professional and are looking to live somewhere quiet and more upscale/luxury do not move here. My neighbors above me are so loud and disruptive at all hours of the day I work from home so I hear it constantly and it literally does not matter the time of day these tenants will blast music and it sounds as if they are bowling 24/7. There are times when the noise will wake my husband and I from our sleep. Ive reached out several times about the noise and the staff do nothing. To make matters worse last night the same tenants poured a bucket of chemicals over the balcony while we were sitting out enjoying our night and the chemicals got all over our patio furniture and skin, even my iPhone. I brought the incident up to the leasing staff and they did nothing to help they told me to file a police report basically each time I have an issue with another resident. In my opinion that is bad for their business as well as the property value of the complex, do you really want police officers and sirens at the complex every time something goes wrong? That will do nothing but disturb others when the staff could just choose to help.
