Good communication and made for an easy move. The Management staff is friendly and neighbors are friendly as well. So far everything has been smooth except I was told the fire alarms are a constant annoyance and wasn’t exactly expecting it to happen on my third night but it comes with apartment living.

I love it here! It is quiet and is always clean and smells so good in the lobby! Everyone here is nice. Parking is always easy to find, and I am absolutely loving the pool area! This is a great first apartment for me especially being a college student because it is close to school.

Everything is good, Firstly, it is worth noting the incredible hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The staff were always ready to help, their kindness and attention to detail made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms at the apartments are spacious, cozy and very clean. Cleaning was carried out daily, and the quality of service always remained at a high level. I especially liked that each room is equipped with everything necessary for a long stay – from comfortable furniture to modern appliances. I also want to mention the convenient location of the apartment. It is within walking distance of key attractions and business centers of the city, which greatly facilitated my daily life. During my stay here, I felt at home. I thank the entire staff of the hotel for the excellent service and pleasant memories. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort and high quality service.

Everything is nice and up to date. the gym is nice and the hallways always smell clean. the package room will make you so angry. every resident complains. if you have a pool facing view you will likely not have cell service. if you work from home, keep this in mind. my calls drop all the time and i can no longer live here due to that issue.

This place is great! The building is very clean, the leasing office is very friendly, the residents are friendly and sociable, and the pool/hot tub, gym, and social areas are all wonderful amenities! The gym has a good amount of equipment in it and there are fitness groups here for those who are into community-based fitness. The pool and a hot tub are probably some of my favorite amenities. However, there has been issues with the hot tub not functioning lately. There have also been other water related issues where staff is having to turn off the water (with notice) during the middle of the day. There has also been one incident so far where the water was temporarily off due to an emergency. They worked diligently to fix the issue and brought in water for those who needed it. Finally, the social areas around the facility and are nice for those who like to have people over. These areas include grills, tables, and seats by the pool and a pool table/shuffle board table near the lobby.

This place is brand new and in mint condition. Also short drive and walking distance to all major bars/restaurants in Boca . I find the staff very friendly, efficient, and accommodating...from leasing, to maintenance. Certainly no place is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. There is a nice mix of people and ages- definitely should be the top of anyone's list.

This place gives a feeling of being home with your family. The staff are your family and they always go out of their way to please you. The amenities like the heated pool and the jacuzzi give you that relaxation you are seeking after putting in a hard day at the office. Just moved into Aura Boca and it’s everything I expected. The staff here are all wonderful and very accommodating. The pool is amazing, gym is small but modern, room for your bikes. Just wish there was more closet space, but typical of apartment rentals. I gave 4 stars because there's always room to improve. Can’t wait to see what the next days, weeks and months have in store here at Aura Boca.

Been living here for a year and a half. So far so good. Some minor inconveniences that I think they could fix given the amount we pay to live here. When we first moved in, there were plenty of chairs at the pool to accommodate everyone that was at the pool on a given day, but that never has gone down drastically and it doesn't appear they are spending any money on new chairs to replace them. They also decided to test the fire alarms for an entire week from about 9am-5pm, then the next week had the water off for an entire day so no one could use their showers, sinks, washing machine or toilet. Overall I think the living experience has been good just with a few minor inconveniences lately.

In regards to the missing pool chairs, our pool chairs do get used quite often and had a bit of damage so we decided to get the m repaired and re-slung to ensure a top-quality pool deck for our residents. 15 were removed on 10/2 and replaced 10/6 and we have another batch this week that will be completed no later then Monday, 10/16. As for the fire alarms, we understand your frustration completely and are very happy that they were finished in 3 days this year. These are mandatory building tests that must be done annually to ensure the safety of all residents. The water shut off was another mandatory inspection and we do apologize for the inconvenience to you. Staff is always so friendly and professional at the same time; feels like family to me. Ashley, the property manager is always very attentive, friendly, and courteous. Lindsay, assistant mgr is awesome and very efficient at what she does as an assistant. Jade is a fantastic new addition to the team there! Maintenance is great and when requested, they will show up within 24-48 hours; sometimes if important, the same day! They acted very fast on a mildew situation that occurred in my apartment and hopefully we can come to an amicable solution, regarding that. Very clean lobby and pool area is magnificent and so relaxing. Keep up the great work, Aura Boca.

Auto Boca is a really nice place to live in. They have very nice staff. I like the location of it. The pool is really big and warm, the jacuzzi is amazing.

So happy with our move in experience. The glitches we had were corrected immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. The entire staff has been extremely helpful.

From the initial time I called all the way until now things have been great. I really appreciate the fact that the website has actual pictures of what the property and apartment looks like. Even with the issues I had, they were handled before I was able to complete my rant lol. I love the promptness of Ashely and Jade. The maintenance men are extremely helpful. They helped me mount my tv, move my mattress and even helped me around the community. I love the fact that we get surprise bags, food trucks, yoga and the gym is exceptionally clean ALWAYS. Every time I pass by the office the staff looks happy to be at work and they even helped me find things to do around the town (I’m new here). I want to say thank you to all the staff members you all are truly a joy. Especially Jade she’s hilarious lol.

Great community of residents! Love the amenities. Good experience so far here. No major issues and everyone has been very friendly around. Rooms are spacious.

An amazing place to live! Great amenities with gym, pool, hot tub. In a central location for Boca, Delray. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

We love living her at Aura Boca. Building is new and luxurious. Amenities are great. There are 2 office spaces to do work and I wish there is more office rooms

Great building to live in. The apartments are well appointed with all new designs and plenty of storage. The amenities are plentiful with a great pool and gym.

my husband and I just moved to Aurora Boca recently from another apartment complex in Boca. The difference is night and day, and we love all this place has to offer it is clean, luxurious, and the stuff are so helpful. We love living here!

I have been a resident of Aura Boca for 21/4 years. Love the staff, very personable, courteous, efficient, and treat you like family. Whenever I need a repair job, the wait would be 24-48 hours unless it was an emergency, then that time would be cut to same say. The downstairs pool area is like living at a 5-star resort with it's heated pool, jacuzzi, lounge stairs, oversized chairs, griils, ping pong table, and complete fitness center. You really feel like you're vacationing here.

I had the opportunity to tour several properties in the area before deciding Aura in Boca Raton was the best possible spot for me. The facilities are fantastic, the building is practically brand new, and the service I’ve received from the staff went WAY beyond any expectation I may have had beforehand. Lindsey, was AMAZING! She guided me with kid gloves throughout the touring, application, and moving in processes….but she has also continued to be my right hand even afterwards. I can safely say that she was just as big a reason I opted for this property as anything else, and I am not being paid for this endorsement! If you have the means I would highly recommend considering Aura in Boca Raton as your future home….ask for Lindsey, and you’ll surely experience what I’ve been talking about!

The building amenities are really nice and it's in a great location (close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops). Everybody at the office is really friendly and helpful which makes a huge difference in the feel of the place. :)

Everything has been absolutely amazing to say the least. When arriving at my new apartment it was so clean and they included travel bathroom products as well as some soap and a sponge for the kitchen.

I’ve lived at Aura Boca for 2 years. The building is very clean. The amenities are very nice. The staff is great. I see a beautiful sunset from my Balcony on Congress. The location is great, except for the noise factor when the windows are open. When the windows are closed , they cancel out the noise on Yamato and Congress.
