Have had a good few months living here . Facilities are really nice and building very quiet . Most people living in building are really nice and the staff is too

Good communication and made for an easy move. The Management staff is friendly and neighbors are friendly as well. So far everything has been smooth except I was told the fire alarms are a constant annoyance and wasn’t exactly expecting it to happen on my third night but it comes with apartment living.

I just moved in and I love it here! I feel so safe and the leasing team has been so helpful to me throughout the process of moving in. The entire property is so beautiful

I love it here! It is quiet and is always clean and smells so good in the lobby! Everyone here is nice. Parking is always easy to find, and I am absolutely loving the pool area! This is a great first apartment for me especially being a college student because it is close to school.

Aura is a gorgeous community with great amenities. The top of the line gym has every fitness Machine you will need. The pool is also top of the line.

I love living here. The staff is amazing the building is beautiful. The location is prime. The cleaning crew is very nice and friendly and does an amazing job. Safe building no issues.

Love the amenities, the apartment itself, and the staff. Lindsey is outstanding and the maintenance guys fix several minor issues I had quickly. Very happy to call Aura Boca home!

I love the Aura community. The neighborhood is top tier. The amenities are terrific. I love my afternoon French vanilla latte! Cleanliness is unparalleled.

Everything is good, Firstly, it is worth noting the incredible hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The staff were always ready to help, their kindness and attention to detail made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms at the apartments are spacious, cozy and very clean. Cleaning was carried out daily, and the quality of service always remained at a high level. I especially liked that each room is equipped with everything necessary for a long stay – from comfortable furniture to modern appliances. I also want to mention the convenient location of the apartment. It is within walking distance of key attractions and business centers of the city, which greatly facilitated my daily life. During my stay here, I felt at home. I thank the entire staff of the hotel for the excellent service and pleasant memories. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort and high quality service.

I moved in less than a month ago we have spent every weekend at the pool it’s never crowded and always feel like we’re living in a luxury hotel

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff are always very pleasant, friendly place to live that is close to everything!

This apartment complex offers a tranquil environment with spacious units and modern amenities. The management is responsive, and maintenance is prompt. However, parking can be limited during peak hours, and occasional noise from neighboring units can disrupt peace. Overall, it's a comfortable living space with room for improvement.

Amazing place to live! All the staff is so nice and helpful. The apartment and pool area is so clean and beautiful. The property looks like a mini resort!

Everything is nice and up to date. the gym is nice and the hallways always smell clean. the package room will make you so angry. every resident complains. if you have a pool facing view you will likely not have cell service. if you work from home, keep this in mind. my calls drop all the time and i can no longer live here due to that issue.

This is our second year and we love living here! The maintenance team is great and the office staff is very friendly! The building is always clean and smells good!

This place is great! The building is very clean, the leasing office is very friendly, the residents are friendly and sociable, and the pool/hot tub, gym, and social areas are all wonderful amenities! The gym has a good amount of equipment in it and there are fitness groups here for those who are into community-based fitness. The pool and a hot tub are probably some of my favorite amenities. However, there has been issues with the hot tub not functioning lately. There have also been other water related issues where staff is having to turn off the water (with notice) during the middle of the day. There has also been one incident so far where the water was temporarily off due to an emergency. They worked diligently to fix the issue and brought in water for those who needed it. Finally, the social areas around the facility and are nice for those who like to have people over. These areas include grills, tables, and seats by the pool and a pool table/shuffle board table near the lobby.

I love the building and the amenities. I do wish the building provided recycling for trash. The management team is excellent and very attentive to requests and comments.

This place is brand new and in mint condition. Also short drive and walking distance to all major bars/restaurants in Boca . I find the staff very friendly, efficient, and accommodating...from leasing, to maintenance. Certainly no place is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. There is a nice mix of people and ages- definitely should be the top of anyone's list.

This place gives a feeling of being home with your family. The staff are your family and they always go out of their way to please you. The amenities like the heated pool and the jacuzzi give you that relaxation you are seeking after putting in a hard day at the office. Would recommend this oasis to anyone who is seeking a comfortable environment to live in.

Just moved into Aura Boca and it’s everything I expected. The staff here are all wonderful and very accommodating. The pool is amazing, gym is small but modern, room for your bikes. Just wish there was more closet space, but typical of apartment rentals. I gave 4 stars because there's always room to improve. Can’t wait to see what the next days, weeks and months have in store here at Aura Boca.

Dog-friendly, Great Staff, and a clean and healthy environment. The maintenance crew is always available and extremely friendly. I feel as if I was living in a hotel.

Been living here for a year and a half. So far so good. Some minor inconveniences that I think they could fix given the amount we pay to live here. When we first moved in, there were plenty of chairs at the pool to accommodate everyone that was at the pool on a given day, but that never has gone down drastically and it doesn't appear they are spending any money on new chairs to replace them. They also decided to test the fire alarms for an entire week from about 9am-5pm, then the next week had the water off for an entire day so no one could use their showers, sinks, washing machine or toilet. Overall I think the living experience has been good just with a few minor inconveniences lately.

Staff is always so friendly and professional at the same time; feels like family to me. Ashley, the property manager is always very attentive, friendly, and courteous. Lindsay, assistant mgr is awesome and very efficient at what she does as an assistant. Jade is a fantastic new addition to the team there! Maintenance is great and when requested, they will show up within 24-48 hours; sometimes if important, the same day! They acted very fast on a mildew situation that occurred in my apartment and hopefully we can come to an amicable solution, regarding that. Very clean lobby and pool area is magnificent and so relaxing. Keep up the great work, Aura Boca.

We've been here for over 3 months now and the experience has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There are no complaints whatsoever. This is the best complex / community we've ever lived in.

Well kept and clean community! Leasing office is always helpful and quick to answer emails. Had some bad break ins in the garage but have not heard any break ins for about 3 months now

Auto Boca is a really nice place to live in. They have very nice staff. I like the location of it. The pool is really big and warm, the jacuzzi is amazing.

So happy with our move in experience. The glitches we had were corrected immediately even though it was a holiday weekend. The entire staff has been extremely helpful.

From the initial time I called all the way until now things have been great. I really appreciate the fact that the website has actual pictures of what the property and apartment looks like. Even with the issues I had, they were handled before I was able to complete my rant lol. I love the promptness of Ashely and Jade. The maintenance men are extremely helpful. They helped me mount my tv, move my mattress and even helped me around the community. I love the fact that we get surprise bags, food trucks, yoga and the gym is exceptionally clean ALWAYS. Every time I pass by the office the staff looks happy to be at work and they even helped me find things to do around the town (I’m new here). I want to say thank you to all the staff members you all are truly a joy. Especially Jade she’s hilarious lol.

Jade was awesome throughout all of move in, made everything super simple! Great location and it was pretty easy to set everything up and move everything in!

Great community of residents! Love the amenities. Good experience so far here. No major issues and everyone has been very friendly around. Rooms are spacious.

We love living her at Aura Boca. Building is new and luxurious. Amenities are great. There are 2 office spaces to do work and I wish there is more office rooms

Great building to live in. The apartments are well appointed with all new designs and plenty of storage. The amenities are plentiful with a great pool and gym.

my husband and I just moved to Aurora Boca recently from another apartment complex in Boca. The difference is night and day, and we love all this place has to offer it is clean, luxurious, and the stuff are so helpful. We love living here!

The application and move in process was very easy and the staff was extremely helpful throughout. The pool, gym and other amenities are amazing.

I have been a resident of Aura Boca for 21/4 years. Love the staff, very personable, courteous, efficient, and treat you like family. Whenever I need a repair job, the wait would be 24-48 hours unless it was an emergency, then that time would be cut to same say. The downstairs pool area is like living at a 5-star resort with it's heated pool, jacuzzi, lounge stairs, oversized chairs, griils, ping pong table, and complete fitness center. You really feel like you're vacationing here.

I have enjoyed living here for a year now. The property is maintained very well. My apartment is cozy and comfortable. Management responds quickly for any maintenance issues.

I had the opportunity to tour several properties in the area before deciding Aura in Boca Raton was the best possible spot for me. The facilities are fantastic, the building is practically brand new, and the service I’ve received from the staff went WAY beyond any expectation I may have had beforehand. Lindsey, was AMAZING! She guided me with kid gloves throughout the touring, application, and moving in processes….but she has also continued to be my right hand even afterwards. I can safely say that she was just as big a reason I opted for this property as anything else, and I am not being paid for this endorsement! If you have the means I would highly recommend considering Aura in Boca Raton as your future home….ask for Lindsey, and you’ll surely experience what I’ve been talking about!

The building amenities are really nice and it's in a great location (close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops). Everybody at the office is really friendly and helpful which makes a huge difference in the feel of the place. :)

Everything has been absolutely amazing to say the least. When arriving at my new apartment it was so clean and they included travel bathroom products as well as some soap and a sponge for the kitchen.

Love living in such a nice upkept community , they are always working around the clock to keep it nice and shiny for everyone. Thank youu!!!

I’ve lived at Aura Boca for 2 years. The building is very clean. The amenities are very nice. The staff is great. I see a beautiful sunset from my Balcony on Congress. The location is great, except for the noise factor when the windows are open. When the windows are closed , they cancel out the noise on Yamato and Congress.
