Situated about 14 miles east of Boulder, Erie is an upscale suburb boasting sweeping views of the Front Range Mountains as well as close proximity to Denver and Fort Collins.

It has been great so far had some trouble with my fridge but it got fixed. Would like the hot tub to be open later than 8. But overall it’s been a good experience
This process was very overwhelming because I have been looking at several apartments. The crazy thing is I wasn't even going to consider this apartment not even knowing why but it wasn't listed on my list until one day we said let's just try again and look at a few more apartments and we added this one in. Instantly everything they had said to us we were okay with and it was exactly what we were looking for. Mark and Nancy were a big help through this whole thing we had a million and one questions and they were so sweet to have answered every single one and I just love how well the communication is and I don't have to wait forever for a response.

This place is perfect. love it here. Only thing is The people above are so so loud all day everyday! It comes with apartments but it’s late at night. Maintenance comes the exact day you submit a request.

Overall this has been a fantastic place to live. The fact that they allow big dogs is a plus. The grounds are well kept . The apartments are clean and modern . Maintenance is top notch , friendly and responsive.The shared spaces are always clean. The staff is amazing helpful and friendly and they know you by name which is no easy feat considering there are a lot of people here. My only complaint is the concierge garbage system. People leave we leaky , stinky garbage out that stains the floors and it looks awful.

I still enjoy all of the amenities and beautiful features that drew me here. However, after a few months I realized, on those days when the air is overwhelmed with methane, it’s not cattle, we are too close to the landfill. It’s not just extremely unpleasant to experience, it can’t be safe and healthy to breathe so much methane. I won’t be renewing my lease. And if I had known of this situation, I would never have moved here.

These are the best apartments. Look no further! But these are really nice so don't look here if you plan to trash the place, because I'd like to live here as long as possible and contribute to it being a nice place.

I love how kind and accommodating the staff are here, they are very approachable and I feel comfortable going to them about anything. The place is beautiful, clean, and has great amenities. If anything is broken or needs to be fixed, maintenance is very easy to contact and come in a timely manner. The staff is also very respectful and you never feel judged. I’ll be staying here a long time!

So far everything has been pretty great! There have been a few times where the coffee machine has been messed up (wouldn’t give black coffee just hot water, or didn’t have mocha, etc) but that was fixed pretty quickly. Parking can be a little crowded and hard to find at night but we’ve had worse. Overall, everything else has been great! Great amenities and we love our apartment itself!

Love living here. It's a bit expensive yet I really like the amenities. The pool is open year round and the gym is really nice. I don't like the trash service as I still don't think they are worth the $25/ month. Especially since they don't pick up recycling and it's only 4 nights a week pickup. Other than that, this is a great place to settle for a bit.

My family and I moved in a little over a month ago. The application/leasing process was a breeze. Most importantly, Mark and Nancy are very personable and friendly and remember all the residents names! My kids enjoy the pool and the gym is immaculate!

My resident experience has been nice. It is a very friendly community. They keep the atmosphere and overall environment clean, valet trash pickup is a plus. And the office managers are nice and understanding.

Friendly, professional, and make you feel welcome. We had several little welcome packages around the apartment and they even came in before us and made sure the A/C and ice makers were on.

I love my apartment complex for so many reasons! Firstly, the community here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a second family. Mark has been so helpful with anything we need getting settled after our move! The apartment is gorgeous and the amenities are great!! The neighborhood is safe, and it’s a short bike ride to town where there are lots of events and cute restaurants.

I wish that I could give these employees more than a one star because the community they're representing is beautiful and I would have loved to live there. But my experience was unfortunately negative and not just because we were denied leasing at the community. I won't get too in the weeds regarding my review because I could say quite a few less than positive things about Mark. But I'll focus on the main reason they're getting 1 star. My son and I toured the community on a Saturday with Mark and during our tour I brought up a minor criminal history that I have. Mark specifically stated that it would be absolutely no issue at all, it's not violent or s** related. Because he said that we went ahead and paid the $56 application fee and paid the $300 to hold our dream unit. The next week goes by and I haven't heard much regarding our application so I reach out, on the following Thursday. I spoke with a woman who I believe said she was the office manager. She said everything was good on my background and finances, they just needed additional information from my son. We promptly provided what they asked for. Monday comes around and I receive an email from Mark stating we were denied and asking where they can send my deposit back. I'm of course crushed because it's a beautiful community at a wonderful price and I know my son's details are squeaky clean so I call the office to inquire. This is when I speak with Nancy who is incredibly rude. She tells me that they don't know why I was denied which, ok I get that, and that they are sending me a report with an explanation. But why are you all of a sudden rude and short with me when all I'm doing is politely asking why so I can possibly remedy the situation for my next place I apply to. But here's the kicker, I receive the report and it states "*Criminal History Does Not Meet Property Requirements". The specific reason Mark said would absolutely not be a problem. I'm mad because he should have given a less definitive answer and I may have looked into it further before paying $56 for an application fee. In today's economy who can afford to just throw money away on applications?

However, we acknowledge that there seems to have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication during our conversation regarding the approval status. We also apologize if any interaction with our team member during your inquiry was perceived as rude or unhelpful. We value all our prospective residents and strive to provide excellent customer service at all times. We will certainly address this with our team to ensure that all interactions with our prospective residents are conducted with the utmost professionalism and empathy. We love Aura! It’s a very nice complex, clean and new. We love all the amazing amenities! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. We love that the complex is involved with the residents here! We loved the food truck Friday event they had. It’s an amazing place to call home.
