This place is super awesome and well designed. I love the pool, the WFH spaces, the clubhouse. It’s a very well done setup for a rental community.
Aura is a beautiful complex. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, minutes from downtown/beach. Gym is also pretty nice but I wish they had more equipment.
I continue to LOVE life at Aura Delray. It’s effortlessly peaceful and beautiful. The staff is amazing and responsive. My neighbors are friendly and kind.
everyone is super kind and helpful! i really appreciate how Cindy and Nicole are so accommodating. the move in was incredibly smooth. down to FPL and internet. they streamline the entire process.
Lots of problems. Takes them weeks sometimes months to fully correct problems. Had problem with alarm system for weeks. Staff sympathetic. Clubhouse was closed for a period of time.

It is a great place to live. Love my apartment and the location. So many amenities and everything is new. I like the convenience to 95 and Atlantic Ave.
Best apartment complex ever. About a year of living here now and could not have been more grateful for the office staff. Nicole here is incredible helpful whenever you need anything. 10/10 would recommend living here.

It’s a beautiful neighborhood but things break down too easily. The doors slam so violently I got my finger caught once (luckily I didn’t lose it, but close!) The dryer broke a week ago and It’s still not fixed. Getting mail in the parcel room is a nightmare. The walls are so thin you can hear everything on the top floor and adjacent apartments. Thankfully the staff are all very attentive and try their best to keep up with all this madness.

Love the new apartments and incredible amenities. My favorite has got to be the gym! It’s honestly like a mini La fitness and I don’t see the need for a membership anymore

Beautiful building but lacks functionality. Cheap building materials. Gate is always broken, homeless people found in various common spaces. Hallway doors slam shut and echo loudly. Appliances are top of the line but microwave constantly shorts out. People constantly leave their garbage out 24/7. Staff is friendly.

Everyone is super nice and the pool and gym are amazing. We are from miles away and have felt so welcomed moving in to this complex. With coming home late parking is usually worrisome with other complexes. Not this one.

Gates need to be fixed. There have been multiple homeless that just walk in and one was sleeping in the elevator. Pool needs to be heated because it is unusable for like 3.5 months. Construction crew did a poor job in some areas of the apartment. Never got our fire pits we were promised. Never got the tvs in the cabanas that we were promised. Good notes: the gym is amazing, the pool area is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, the office space is beautiful, Nichole, Lee and the rest of the staff are awesome!!

Gates don’t work and this frustrates us. Homeless ppl have come in and we feel less safe here, although nothing bad has happened… yet. We also wish there was a pool heater because the first couple months of living here the pool was so so cold. So, if you want a heated pool or hot tub don’t move here. We don’t have either. If these things get changed we will consider resigning our lease, but as of now… we won’t be. Pros: nice gym & working space. Apartments have a beautiful modern look to them.

I moved in three weeks ago and I absolutely love it. My apartment is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and receives optimal natural light all day. My neighbors are helpful and kind, and the team is professional and attentive. I am overall quite pleased and believe I will enjoy living here.

Just moved in, they really need to get the pest control under control. As we thought it was cleaned but it should have also been sprayed before moving in.

So far this is everything I needed for a while now. The cleanliness, the nice views, and the peace and quiet. Very nice community and amenities! Looking forward to everything staying the same and improving over time!

The community is amazing. Aura Delray is a great place to live with amazing amenities. I will change my 4 star to a 5 star once the pool is heated because you can’t enjoy it in the winter. In addition the gym needs to get a barbell rack. Apart from this, the complex is pretty much the best.
